WHAT IF oscar and lando's roles were reversed and oscar's the cool, calm, collected mclaren driver who's sort of gained a reputation for being unflappable, even with his past teammates

BUT THEN along comes lando, oscar's first teammate who's younger than him and he really doesn't know what to do because lando's just a whirlwind of chaos and energy and brightness, and oscar finds he quite likes being swept away

SO bit by bit the media and public start to see more of oscar's personality shine through, which creates quite a buzz because of the stoic reputation he's built, but oh, it's so well received by everyone

AND it's all anyone talks about on social media, how oscar folded over in laughter at something lando says, the fond looks he gives him during interviews, the passionate belief he has in lando and the team's potential, and oscar means every word he says, because he always does, especially when it comes to lando

BECAUSE oscar's slowly fallen in love with his teammate. he's painfully self-aware of his feelings though, and the catastrophic implications acting upon them may have, so instead he does dumb shit like look at his teammate with endless heart-eyes and talks about lando's potential instead of belting love proclaimations

BECAUSE he's supposed to be older, wiser, and he is, but lando makes keeping his feelings together so much harder

EXCEPT lando takes it all the wrong way, assumes that oscar's acting the way he is because he thinks lando's someone to be shielded like a baby who can't take care of himself even though he's perfectly capable of holding his own, thank you very much

SO after another interview bringing up the strong team bonds mclaren seems to be developing between him and oscar, lando storms into oscar's room, door slamming and glare scathing

Oscar frowns in confusion, "Stop what?"

"All this," Lando gestures wildly, temper rising. "The looks and the laughing and the stuff about your trust and belief in me. Don't patronise me. I can handle my shit. I don't need you to be my personal cheerleader."

"Oh."

Lando watches as Oscar falls silent, sullen look overtaking his features. Seconds pass, and Lando's about to say something when Oscar whispers, so quietly that he almost misses it.

"But what if I wanted to?"

This may be a little angsty??? You know how Gideon and Kremy are canonically married….imagine you were Gideon’s partner or something before they got married. Imagine slowly seeing how they’re falling in love with eachother as time goes on. And suddenly you no longer feel as if you’re dating Gideon. Feeling as if you’re just being tossed aside and essentially? That’s what’s happening even if Gideon doesn’t realize. But someone else does. (It could be another person of your choice from the party or even Kremy himself who just so happens to have a leetol crush on reader) but imagine they finally get to talk to Gideon about it and he realizes what he’s doing and suddenly he realizes just how little he’s seen you around ever since they got married. How little you both have talked. Do you still even like him? What is he supposed to do now? He’s not sure, what’s gonna happen. But unfortunately he’s a little to late as when he comes to talk to you about it instead of talking it through you immediately resort to just breaking up with him. And he’s just so sad he’s essentially begging you to rethink and he’s apologizing the entire time because of how stupid he is. It could remain angst or it could end on a happier note!! I just think it’s silly :3

I hate hate angesty stories but at the same time the way it hurts my heart makes me feel things!!!! I think I want to write this with two different endings because I can NOT imagine a world were they don’t all end up together because I need the fluff and happy ending! So I’ll start this and try not to cry the whole time

Jacob

He is cannonlly immune to fear toxin. Because when he was little his father always tested fear toxin on him some many times that he ended up being immune but is still plagued with terrible nightmares.

2. He has cannonlly drank twice and used drugs once at a party he was invited to. He immediately felt extremely guilty and ended up having a panic attack and the middle of the party. He never told anyone.

3. He hates Christmas but puts in a happy face so others don’t worry about him.

4. He hates the smell of smoke. Since he’s mother used to smoke.

5. He struggles to talk to people especially about his emotions. He wants to be more open but is scared others we’ll judge him since he is always the one looking out for the others.

6. No one has very told him that they’re proud of him. And if someone told him that he wouldn’t believe them.

7. He hates his last name but is too afraid to change it.

Cameron

They may not show it but they despise acting so carefree and all the time.

2. They stabbed Jacob when they first met him. Because he came up behind them and they panicked and stabbed him in the arm. Both refuse to tell anyone about this.

3. They sometimes think about all the lives they indirectly took. And even though they try to forget it never goes away.

4. They are very overprotective especially of their siblings and friends because they had no one to truly protect them.

5. They despise their universe father. Which was they were so hostile when they first met the other Slade.

6. They used to have bruises up and down their arms from their universes Slade gripping them too hard.

7. They never want to do therapy in fear of burdening others with their problems.

Micheal

Ever since he found out he was an Angel he feels like an outsider in his own friend group.

2. He despise the way his wings have almost matured into a snowy white. As it gets closer to the color he thinks about how easy it would be to just cut them off.

3. He has smoked one cigarette before when he was 8 but refuses to smoke again.

4. He wonders if Julian still loves him.

5. He has anxiety especially in storms but refuses to tell anyone.

6. He sees Lucifer as his brother but is scared to call him brother since he believes Lucifer might look at him differently.

7. He is depressed but as basically gaslit himself into thinking he’s fine. Though he knows deep know he’s not.

Evelyn

Thoughts of what human flesh tastes like have crossed her mind before but she has never acted on it.

2. She is very motherly because her mother was never really home so she basically raised herself.

3. She isn’t a huge fan of thanksgiving. Since she never had a normal thanksgiving since her father was is Arkham and her mother was working.

4. She is very much not a good person. And she knows that but she doesn’t want others to know that.

5. She was a thief. She used to steal jewelry and food when she was younger. Not because she needed it just because of the cheap thrill she got.

6. She has anger issues but hides them very well.

7. She used to have a girlfriend but they broke up since her girlfriend was extremely emotional manipulative.

Cyrus

He doesn’t remember his mother very well but has never thought much about it.

2. He’d a lot more observant than he looks. He can tell that the others are upset but doesn’t know how to tell them.

3. He has a strained relationship with his universe’s father as he always tried to reach out to him but got no response.

4. He knows that Santa and other holiday figures aren’t real but he still acts excited when he sees the gifts.

5. He is not at innocent as he was when he first met the others.

6. He misses Julian a bunch but doesn’t mention it as to not set off Micheal.

7. He misses still being pure and innocent. Of he’s still innocent but just not as much as before. His eyes have been open and he wants to close them again.

OK hot take on good omens 3 I feel like Crowley would be a dramatic bitch for like the first couple weeks?months? like a teen girl who just got her heart broken but then Muriel (not understanding what heart break or human love is) or someone kinda tells him the wrong thing. Then Crowley turns just kinda pure evil?? Like "If Aziraphale gets to be a real angel then I get to be a real demon" beacuse like Aziraphale was the biggest part of Crowley's life all through history Aziraphale was always there... so of course he's pissed off. I think Aziraphale will come down again becuase of Crowley like he's gone crazy and hell won't do anything cuase they like Crowley doing something bad for once.

Hi, I'm curious, which of the three endings do you think will be the best? Which one do you know you'll be most proud of?

ooohhhh, this is a very hard question, I love it.

Its hard to say. It's like trying to pick your favorite kid when one of them hasn't even been conceived yet. By that I mean I've got scenarios 1 and two completely written out but scenario 3 is only planned out in my head right now.

At least with the two I've gotten written I like them both for different reasons. The Quaritch family vacation scenario is way more tense. I feel like it plays more as a hostage situation/ mind game with a lot of back and forth between both Spider and Quaritch.

I'm currently working on the scenario where Spider gets extremally sick forcing Quaritch to take Spider back to civilization. This one is a very slow burn drama where Spiders health deteriorates over time from pneumonia that is severely worsened by his asthma. I think I like the characterization much better in this one then I do in scenario 1 and its actually made me want to go back and tweek some things in that ending so that alone probably gives this one the edge but it's also the one I'm working on now. I finished scenario 1 like two months ago so I need to go back and re read it and see how time has effected my opinion on it. The same thing will happen with scenario two when I eventually move on to scenario 3.

I haven't started scenario 3 yet but I do have it planed out. This one will either be the most difficult one for me to write or the darkhorse for my favorite because I already know this one will be ANGESTY. This'll be the one where the cabin is found by the Sully's private investigator and Spider is rescued. I've been trying to look up the protocol for what happens to a kidnapping victim after they're found so if I'm wrong someone please send me some sources so I can better educate myself, but since Spider is technically a ward of the state, after he's found he's going to immediately be put into a mental health facility to receive daily therapy for everything he's been through. He'll of course get tones of visits from his loved ones but I think this ending will be laser focused on Spiders feelings as he goes back and forth with his Stockholm syndrome and abandonment issues.

So yeah, I think my finally answer is they'll all be good for different reasons and each one will probably have things I like better in comparison to the others. As for which one I'll be the proudest of? Honestly I think I'll just be proud to finish them all. They're getting so long that I feel like I'm writing a Game Of Throes novel. So yeah just finishing them, writing the best story I can, and finally sharing them with all of you, will make me the proudest. 💞

Ok I know I said I would probably stop posting about Dream smp stuff. But it's been about a month and a half and I have processed more.

And honestly I just want to post about silly block people with way too much trauma.

I hate there is so much drama, allegations, and controversy in this fandom, I hate that some of the people who made it aren't who I thought they were, but at the same time that's not what this story and fandom is.

The dsmp is a fascinating story(stories more accurately) and while I will probably always avoid certain bits of it now, I am so attached to my little blorbos now.

They live in my brain, and as silly as it might sound, they're one of the reasons I’m still here. I’m not ready to move on, not yet, one day I’m sure I will, but not yet.

So the tldr and slightly less angesty way of putting it:

The Dream smp is still living in my head rent free so I’m deciding I’m going to post about it instead of just lurking in the fandom.
