Buffy S7.E17 “Lies My Parents Told Me” + S7.E18 “Dirty Girls”
*Andrew explaining how Faith murdered a Vulcan* Amanda: “What the hell are you talking about? I thought Faith killed a volcanologist.” Andrew: “Silly, silly Amanda. Why would Faith kill a person who studies Vulcans?” Amanda: “He studied volcanoes. He was a professor.” Andrew: “Ah, yes. Well, regardless…”

Who did Andrew crush on? I can see him liking both Jonathan and Warren and then in S7 Xander.

yes tara willow and kennedy are amazing barrier-breaking representation and I adore them with my whole entire heart forever and ever, but also here’s just a friendly reminder that:
spike and angel have canonically had sex, as have darla and drusilla
lorne just straight up shamelessly asks angel out that one time (and is. you know. lorne)
I was gonna split it up into like ten different points but honestly just faith and buffy’s entire relationship you know exactly what I mean
also self explanatory, lindsey’s complete and utter obsession with angel that literally ends with his name being his last words. he is not normal about that old man like “it’s not me you wanna screw it’s him” “I wanna know the details, everything he did to you” UM HELLO WHAT
fred canonically has a crush on willow
buffy has a sexual and romantic relationship with a woman in the comics
lorne mentions picking up demon girls in pylea, meanwhile his mother has a whole ass beard and more testosterone than a bodybuilder (also he’s. you know. LORNE)
xander thinks having sex with spike is understandable because he is strong and mysterious and sort of compact but well muscled
illyria exists outside the gender binary
the visions are canonically passed by what is essentially true love’s kiss, and will only transfer if the person romantically loves the other person. in a universe where cordelia didn’t join angel investigations, doyle gave the visions to angel. I am so incredibly normal about this fact
“recently I’ve been wondering what it would be like to share the slaughter of innocents with another man. that doesn’t make me some kind of deviant, does it?”
vampire willow is very intensely bisexual, and angel confirms that vampires hold the same attractions as their human selves
faith “doesn’t take the guys she has a connection with very seriously”
lilah is canonically attracted to cordelia
CANON GAY ANDREW AND HIS DEEP AND HILARIOUS OBSESSION WITH WARREN XANDER AND SPIKE I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
angel has no problem spanking men <3
so yeah basically hey don’t cry all your favs are raging bisexuals :)

Buffy S7.E09 “Never Leave Me” + S7.E10 “Bring on the Night”
Andrew: “What if she squeals?” The-First-Warren: “Better go for her throat first.” Andrew: “Babe II: Pig in the City was really underrated.” The-First-Warren: “Don't think about Babe.” Andrew: “Right.” The-First-Warren: “You're Conan. You're The Destroyer. It's you against nature. You're the hunter. You're primal. You live off the land. You're Andrew. Everyone knows you. You play by your own rules. It's kill or be killed.” Andrew: [yells] “That'll do, pig!” The-First-Warren: “That’s the worst attempt at pig slaughtering I’ve ever seen.” Andrew: “I’m not very good at stabbing. Isn't there some other way we can get blood?”

btvs season 7 episode 16 storyteller my beloved! episodes that start out really fun and zany but end up being surprisingly sad and poignant my beloved! reflections on the act of narration, on who is telling the story and what their perspective is my beloved! buffy being the badass speech giving girlboss general for most of the episode (because that's how andrew sees her) but then actually admitting how desperate and vulnerable she is to andrew of all people because she knows no one will believe him if he tells them about it my beloved! buffy refusing to let andrew deflect the guilt of murdering jonathan because if there's one thing buffy "you have a choice, you don't have a good choice but you have a choice!" summers can't stand it's people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions my beloved! andrew actually admitting that he murdered jonathan my beloved! the episode ending on andrew not being able to narrate to the camera anymore because he knows there's nothing he can say that can make it better my beloved!
season 7 mostly sucks but when it hits it hits okay

What I loved about the dream sequences is that we’re seeing Michonne through Rick’s eyes. And he sees her as this independent, badass, elegant, insanely gorgeous to the point of distraction woman.
There’s a moment in the Buffy comics where Buffy sees herself the way Spike sees her, and she literally glows and is the most beautiful she’s ever been. She doesn’t even understand what she’s seeing exactly cause she’s just like “I don’t look like that.”
This immediately reminded me of that.

The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

So obviously they had to have Spike leave in Empty Places because he would have stood up for Buffy when everyone was ganging up on her and kicking her out of the house. But my hot take of the day is they had to make Andrew go with him on the mission because he also would have stuck up for Buffy. Buffy is Andrew’s leader now; he follows her orders. They even had to make Andrew leave for the bathroom right before Spike found out about it so we could keep the focus on Spike and not Andrew chiming in in Buffy’s defense. If Andrew had been there when Spike left to find Buffy, he would have trailed right out of the house after him like a duckling.
