For no reason in particular I offer: Caleb participating in a sexy car wash for a college fundraiser, and zeke borrowing $20 from more before dumping a garbage can on top of his already dirty car

Caleb's wearing short jean shorts (he cut up himself) and a white crop top to be the cougar bait and when Zeke rolls up in his dirty ass Cadillac with sunglasses and a grin seven miles wide on, he feels significantly more naked. The other people at the car wash don't want to help the changeling but that's okay cause Caleb enthusiastically agrees.

When he walks up, Zeke is on his phone so Caleb decides to ham it up a bit as he knocks on his window and leans on the door.

"Hey, so there's like, a no picture rule?" He tells Zeke, nodding to his phone. Zeke looks him up and down, huffs as he pulls out a twenty.

"Oh my most sincerest apologies, sir. I will try to be on my best behavior," He says keeping his grip on the bill when Caleb goes to take it, pulling him a little bit into the car. "Though I do understand if you were to hold it against me."

When Zeke leaves, his car immaculate, the other participants tell Caleb to take a break from the sun. He's looking worryingly red. And wet.

percy doing better than annabeth in college is one my favorite developments in the rrverse. if we reflect on percy and annabeth's academic upbringing. annabeth living at camp allowed her to receive accommodations for her adhd and dyslexia and surround herself with like-minded campers who had the same limitations. whereas percy was ridiculed, belittled, and routinely humiliated because of his adhd and dyslexia. even more so, percy's friends and family leave him out of the loop on so many important issue (no chb orientation film, no information about the great prophecy) which perpetuates his subpar confidence and self-esteem in his skills as a student and a demigod. but going to college at NRU changes his mindset because he receives the accommodations he should have gotten years ago and fucking thrives to the point of getting higher grades than annabeth — a person he deems way smarter and more prepared than him in every way. the most important thing percy is learning now is that a supportive environment makes all the difference, and he is more capable than he initially thought.

Katara had her Oh moment before exchanging a word with Jian Li, and while she gets over it in time (or, at least, convinces herself that she's not embarrassed by her initial reaction to him) this quasi-interaction haunts her for the first couple of days of their stay in Kyoshi Island.

Ok so, idea. Damian says ‘i love you’ as a sort of goodbye/thank you. Like for example “This evidence will prove very useful on this case, I love you Todd.” or “this photo of Titus is most adequate Drake, I shall have enough to start drawing. I love you.” or “The meal was most delicious Pennyworth, I love you.” And everyone coos and is like “aww.” even jason and they look at dick because like obviously dick taught damian that, hes the golden child, the one damian looks up to the most, the most affectionate one…

But the truth is, Damian learned it from Bruce. Damian is there when Bruce calls his other kids, he hears Bruce go “I love you.” As a goodbye the second after the child at the other end hangs up. He hears Bruce say ‘i love you’ to alfred, quietly, when hes patching him up after a mission, hears the frantic ‘i love you’s’ after someone gets hurt on patrol, and he thinks thats how its done. But Bruce seems to think the same as everyone else, that he got it from Dick, and Dick looks so pleased, Damian decided not to correct them. Besides, who do they think Dick got it from?
