The Moon has Opinions

(Hey I don't know how Tumblr reacts to original stories, but here we are. Just an old thing that wont leave my thoughts, on how the moon may feel since everyone thinks she's so wise. Critique is welcome .)

The stars saw everything. With large eyes they stare deep within the cosmos, with nimble fingers they tug planets closer to them. Gazes as old as a day or holding thousands of them watched the spheres intently. The moons of the universe had that same pastime, our moon especially. Unlike the stars who glow continuously, until they give in to their own pull and fall away, the moon has two sides. Both put there by the older sibling of our sun, the light and the dark side. The light side walked easily, bright and glowing he swathed the rocky surface in a reflective bath. His vision was firmly on the surface only a few times, the other times he shared it with his dearest sibling, Dark. Dark walked silently. She sees all that happens with her realm of shadows, whether good or abhorrent. She prefers the sight of the colder space than that of earth, having long grown disgusted at the actions inhabitants have done in her blanket of darkness. Dark had seen the murder of thousands under nightfall, the crimes so unspeakable none would ever do them in the light.

So Dark turned from the earth, and watched outward toward the older cousin of hers. The space that held them all in a cool embrace of pure dark. Light however, adored his view of the Earth. He was a nosy force, creeping in on every crack he could squeeze into. Light saw the many creatures and their habits. His favorite had to be Man. The force giggles at their conflicts, sneaking into bedchambers where he watches plans be hatched. He smuggles himself through windows to see dances and bright laughter. Many times he had seen the odd system of romance, couples in an embrace, or their fiery spewing of venom during a fight. He laughs at those too. Light could see much of everything, he could hear their reasoning from one and apply it to another. Oh another couple, he had seen their first embrace and their passionate declarations of love. Only later when sharing the spot with his sister, did he see the same woman and man screaming at one another. He would smile and lean himself forward, the moon beams lighting the man’s betrayed face and the woman's rumpled clothes. Ah so that's how they ended.

His large eye would flick to the windows of the abode the couple had shared, and see the skin of a man who was hurriedly getting out the back door. His laughter roared in the heavens as he watched them fight and cry, no matter how many times he had seen the scene play it was always so funny to him. Dark scoffed from her spot, disgusted as always. His laughter only grew louder as the woman began to throw accusations, and so on and so on. The light had seen this happen many times, in every century. He had come to the opinion that humans don't change. They will always kill one another over a spot of land that will be there long after Man’s children are dust, and the land and soil with no memory of them or fondness. Man will allow its heart to lead itself and be sung as a hero until he himself is long dead, and the story read to his blood line will not even have his name in it. Humans will always be foolish and focus on themselves, even when they will die and nothing they do will affect anything large. Light smirks at the thought.  A human changing something, is like a speck of rock flying at a star expecting to change the fiery soul. Sure the rock will burn up, and the star may glance at it for a moment and then shrug. Because the rock changed nothing, it never had time to change anything. Like Man. They live a breath and then wither to nothing. Man was a long running joke that Light deeply enjoyed, because they wont stop thinking they can do something. By the time the Light gets his fun they are gone and he can watch the next round of Man try something else, it never ends. He had to admit however,while man is interesting, his Child is more so. Light growls at the thought of the underdeveloped young of Man. Dark chitters happily at his discomfort. Light glares at his sibling, knowing she enjoyed his conundrum when it came to the Child. Light can boast he can see all, with the slight help of his sister to fill in the gaps when he can only look out into the deepest depths of space. Light can goad and taunt asteroids that float past, that he can predict Man’s every move, every motivation.

 Until his gaze settles on a Child. Children live in a world they create it seems, they speak to creatures who Light cannot see, tell stories that they have no root for telling. Legends have some reason behind them, a child's tale has nothing backing it up except its overly large head. Light grumbles angrily trying to flip through his long backlog of sights to explain this odd and rather insane behavior. Only to find parental mumblings about an “overactive imagination.” A what? He had seen Men fall to diseases of their minds, and having the same problems. Yet when their young act insane there is no panic. No locking them up, or fear for them. Light didn't understand.

 So he devoted far too much of his time looking at the earth, watching Children. He tried quite hard to understand it, and quickly grew frustrated. How can a Child fight for their life over something he couldn't see? Now three boys slash slicks and plastic weapons at nothing, yet he sees the fire of battle in their eyes. With growing anxiety that had slowly sloped in the past thousand years, Light began to wonder if there was a whole world he couldn’t see. If all this time he had missed a whole layer, and never known it. It sounded vulnerable, it made him feel panicked. Light, not used to feeling anything other than amusement, akin to a child poking an ants nest, hated it.

 The hatred was new and strong, thick and bitter. His frustration and slight joy at watching, had soured. He allowed himself to stare deep into the dark of the cosmos as his sister took her turn to watch, his old mind rotten with hate, which allowed it to drip onto the root of his problem.

Light had his interest piqued. A Child was wandering in his domain. Alone. Over the thousands of years of watching Light had learned that usually Man never let its children wander the dark alone. Well not where the Child is now. The Boy walks in the moonlight deep in the woods, far from his encampment. Still slightly bitter over his revelation, Light welcomed the distraction. He smirked, wondering if he could maybe have some of his frustration burned by seeing a child, the thorn in his side, get lost. Or better yet. Eaten. 

Light leaned close, hoping to see tears, to hear whimpers of distress. Instead the child holds a walking stick waving it softly. He murmurs words that don't register in Light’s mind as he walks. He swings the stick suddenly, a war cry coming from his mouth. “NONE SHALL PASS!!”

There was nothing to hit. Nothing was trying to pass the child. The thing was alone. Rage hot and scouring tore through the spirit. All his bitterness that he had let simmer in the back of his mind flooded it. Light was done with this game, it wasn't fun anymore. His mind began to curl and flicker as he leaned closer to the earth’s surface than he ever had before. Light didn't care if he had to tear the Boy apart, he was done being blind.

🖼 Pisces Sun and Sun in the 12th people often have a partner that works behind the scenes in some manner. For example: a musician who doesn’t perform, but is a song writer, a person who works in the theatre, but doesn’t perform on stage.

🖼 Often times when there is 8th house Synastry, there is a higher chance of same sign Ascendant and Sun. One is Leo Sun, the other Leo Rising. The second one is same degree or house Sun sign. For example: one is Capricorn Sun and the other is Sun in the 10th house. Or both have Sun at a Virgo degree. Usually there is a similarity in personality, that’s why there can be an ego clash or both acting in similar manner. For example: both extremely sensitive, both stubborn, both moody, both leaders. The third one I found was having opposite Moon signs, one Leo Moon, the other Aquarius Moon. Or Sun opposition Moon, such as one is Taurus Sun and the other person is Scorpio Moon.

🖼 On a side note, I found the day/number you’re born on, helps with who you find the most attractive in life or who you navigate towards. Like people born on the 3th looove Gemini Sun people I noticed. A person born on the 2nd likes Taurus Suns.

🖼 This is more an astrology note, but I was not aware all these years that Rihanna and Chris Brown too had 8th house Synastry? He was Pisces over the 8th house and she’s a Pisces Sun. No wonder, she went back to him after assault, only 8th house connection has you doing that. So far I noticed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Quavo and Saweetie, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield had 8th house Synastry.

🖼 There is often a backlash or criticism about Libra Chiron native on who they are hanging with or in a partnership with. These people often are either single for a very long time due to being picky and having high standards for themselves or they “date below them”. These natives really struggle to date an equal. Often people around Libra Chiron don’t like the person Libra Chiron is dating.

🖼 On the topic of one’s Sun conjunction the other’s Moon being often highly regarded in marriage or partnership, I honestly found you either end up having a family or a child with your Moon sign person or it’s a person you dated when younger, somewhere in the period between teenage years and below your 30s. Literally I see no inbetween in real life. Or you were roommates/lived together at some point with them. I’m talking about if you are Aries Moon, then this could apply for a partnership with Aries Sun person.

🖼 I know 3rd house, 6th house is praised for wellness, but often I noticed Gemini/Virgo Suns, Mercury in the 5th house and Sun in the 3rd/6th house procrastinate on working out or not taking it seriously.

🖼 It’s funny how each person you end up dating has the signs of your Venus sign, house, aspects and degree, because it literally indicates the person you attract in your life. For example: you have Taurus Sun in the 6th house at 22 (Capricorn) degrees, your person could have Sun in the 10th house, Sun conjunction Venus, Sun at a Virgo degree in their chart. And usually it’s different partners you end up dating, but all have similar placement. So it’s like you end up dating different versions of the same person.

🖼 One sign that is even more prone to bloating than an average person (even when eating very little or just drinking water) is Virgo Lilith. These poor natives often struggle with bloating and issues relating to it.

🖼 I noticed Taurus Venus and Libra Venus often have more than enough food for themselves and others. And people just randomly give them food or share it with them often. Like even when this people might not have the money they want, they are overabundant in food. 😄

🖼 If you have Pisces over the 9th house or Neptune in the 9th house you should definitely vacation on an island or travel where there is a forest, a resort, a pool or a sauna.

🖼 One good tip for Virgo Moon or Virgo Venus/Venus in the 6th house when it comes to managing sweet tooth is if you don’t feel on the inside at ease eating it, it’s probably not that great for your overall wellbeing. Because you guys get irritated when you don’t nourish yourselves properly. I noticed this people genuinely glow when they put healthier, more organic versions of snacks in their body. It doesn’t have to being anything extra healthy, just not completely artificial.

🖼 If you have Composite Scorpio Ascendant, you two probably met on a cloudy/cold/rainy/foggy day.

🖼 Pisces IC/Pisces over the 4th house/Neptune in the 4th house people often get blamed for whatever wrong is going on in the family. So they are compensating with their escapist tendencies to not feel guilt or shame about it.

🖼 It’s underrated how Sun square Saturn or any square Saturn transit is challenging and tough. You literally get so challenged on how you live, your beliefs, outlook on life and it’s truly a reality check.

🖼 Solar Return chart is great to look into your life a year ahead. But Lunar Return chart is excellent to see it for roughly a month.

🖼 I would keep a high-quality connection with my sibling, if I were to have Scorpio Mercury. Usually these people enter adulthood, enter post-marriage life and start hating on their sibling, even if close in younger years. What happens to you is often in their hands and they can last minute “save” you. It’s best not to say something too quickly and too brash to your sibling, because they will remember those words. You are likely to have arguments over parent’s inheritance too.

🖼 It might go against the grain, but I noticed people choose their profession mostly based on their Moon sign. That’s why you also see Scorpio Moons often struggling to settle on a career, being pulled in so many directions.

🖼 Mars sign often shows people you lust over. But I noticed it works more if it’s not in a cerebral sign. Like if you have Sagittarius Mars or Mars in the 9th house, you might not necessarily find Sagittarius Sun people that physically attractive.

🖼 Saturn in the 3rd house people usually find a job in a different city than home town.

🖼 When it comes to celebrities, you may relate to people who share the same signs over houses that you have in your own Natal chart.

🖼 Pisces Moon can be too arrogant to learn from their past mistakes.

🖼 Venus square Neptune people often desire to return to a past lover (even if many times) in order to try to get better results or wanting to “make it right at least once”. So they can end up being in a cycle or repeating pattern trying to prove that there was love there after all.

🖼 With Composite Sun in the 10th house or Sun at a Capricorn degree (10, 22) it’s close to impossible to hiding anything in this duo from the public eye, parents.

🖼 Whenever someone’s Sun conjuncts the other’s Vertex the connection doesn’t go how you want it to go. Sun person can also “reject” Vertex person in some way, resulting in a fated event.

Astrology observations 🌊🐟🌊

🌊 Cancer Sun men (some other Cancer placement can be that as well like Cancer Venus, Cancer Mercury) are I noticed veryy indecisive. But they are masking that indeciveness behind “oh I just haven’t met the right person for me yet”. As partners they tend to get lazy, more controlling with time, but paint a very very almost this ideal picture in the beginning. You might not be able to find anything bad, because they seems so ideal on paper. They could be cheap too. They also dislike paying, prefer to split 50/50, but make sure that they are spending LESS than you, so they still feel taken care of. They pay only what is theirs and if something is shared between both of you, they expect you to take care of it.

🐟 A lot of Taurus Sun people are gym/workout freaks secretly, but can be inconsistent with it, so you might never openly know this about them.

🌊 I find it’s a slight, small and funny difference between Scorpio Moon and Scorpio over the 4th house native. Scorpio Moon is so secretive, private and doesn’t disclose information easily. You might be their best friend, but still don’t know their family situation to the full extent. But with Scorpio over the 4th house I noticed can kind of be oversharers?? It’s harder for them to keep a secret and when they vibe with someone in a nice conversation, they end up overspilling information.

🐟 Your partner can be a mix of your Juno, Jupiter and sign over 1st, 4th and 7th house. 1st house because there could be found people that are so “in your face”, because you were literally meant to meet them in this lifetime, 4th house is people you introduce to your parents, take home and 7th house are people that are similar to you, yet different enough that you feel they complete you and that you can learn from them.

🌊 Your IC sign shows some of the deepest parts of you that have been instilled in you and have been in your family for generations and generations. It is also what you know best, what already comes to you naturally. For example: Aries IC you are unafraid of conflict, you are not scared to be confrontational.

🐟 I noticed Taurus over the 12th house or Taurus Lilith are more prone of wanting to steal something material from you, like a material item, if they feel you hurt them emotionally. Watch out for Taurus Lilith especially, because they feel like they are never abundant enough, I noticed there is something missing when they are around you, like you might start missing your umbrella or something little and mundane.

🌊 I still think about 8th house Synastry that usually both people need to change. So it’s not about pointing fingers that planet person or house person. It’s usually not enough just one doing the changes and the other not, for the connection to run more smoothly.

🐟 I noticed Composite Libra Rising couples really struggle with other people. Usually the only conflict these two have is about other people. You might not even complain about each other, but when there is tension, it is about other people. Like your/their friends, how much time they are spending with certain other people.

🌊 Composite 1st house shows the things you liked about each other in the beginning, but these are the very same things that you resent with time or dislike later on and complain about. For example: Composite Aquarius Rising: you will like that you are still able to be with them and chase your dream goals, you like that you still are able to have your independent life besides them, that they give you enough freedom and personal space. But later you will start noticing that you “drifted apart/didn’t take enough time for each other”.

🐟 Taurus Venus natives really crave a partner that pays for them. But I noticed once they get older, it reverses from what I’ve seen? They are usually the one getting taken advantage of and paying eveything or a lot of the things for their partner.

🌊 Venus in the 8th house in Synastry chart gives energy of “We are not in a partnership, but I also don’t like you trying to date other people”. 😅

🐟 Composite Pisces Mars, Mars at 12 degrees or Composite Mars in the 12th house will really hold you accountable, even when you will be trying sweep thoughts, feelings, conversations, under the rug.😩 Like yes, it is known for sweeping topics under the rug, giving too many chances, forgiving. But you will notice things go wrong or poorly/bad in the connection when you just let it slide. Like the universe won’t allow you to do that, if it’s not genuine. You might not vocalize certain of your genuine thoughts, ideas, feelings for the sake of keeping peace in the connection that one time, but it will blow up in your face later all at once, because the universe won’t let it slide. 😬

🌊 Often when people say “Oh my partner did that for me in the beginning, but they don’t do it anymore now”, I suggest look at your partner’s Venus sign. This is how they behave towards you to attract you. This is “the attractive you” you are usually in the beginning, early stages of getting to know someone or when you are going in for y job interview. For example:

Aries Venus: they will asking YOU firstly jokingly “Are you trying to flirt me?😂”, they can slide this one casually in the conversation.

Taurus Venus: buy you a little gift (but usually great great quality), treat you to a meal out or sharing snacks with you. might also gift you clothing for the very first birthday you have, which is their way of telling you they like you.

Gemini Venus: helps you out a lot (sometimes forces their help onto you😅), pays for drinks, seems like they will help you or be there for you if anything happens every day out of the week.

Cancer Venus: they usually potray themselves as the emotional one and describe people around them are all “so stone cold”, they are more emotionally open in the beginning to lure you in, but later you realize they are quite stoic actually or even nonchalant.

Leo Venus: gives a lot of attention mostly in the beginning. because later they wanna experience being the one that is the center of attention in the relationship.

Virgo Venus: will text you consistently and always make sure that they are there for you, also the one to likely help you out, but with ulterior motives😅

Libra Venus: another one that pays for your meals, they will take you out, wine and dine you, you will feel like they know all the good restaurants.

Scorpio Venus: now, this one is hard. it’s usually in their stares. If it’s there, it’s already in the EYE CONTACT. If you don’t know what I mean by eye contact, then the sparkle is not there. but quite soon, they will have a a little, but manageble jealous episode, when you mention your female/male friends and that is how they reveal themselves that they care about you.

Sagittarius Venus: oh this one will take you places, organize that bike trip, show you a city they know really well and take you around, feed you with their stories and impress you with their many life experiences.

Capricorn Venus: acting too busy, burdened with duties, but actually hanging with their parents in the free time or playing video games. oh gosh, they give such air of being on their own constant strict schedule, that you will feel like they don’t have time for you, so that when they give you their time, you will think it is special.

Aquarius Venus: this one is unique, will likely organize a set up, group situation with a few of their trusted friends with you going for a drink/meal, but it’s a test try, to see how well you would merge in, another type is acting super busy and productive with you, but actually hanging with friends, partying.

Pisces Venus: lure you in by giving you things, items for free or impressing you with their musical talent, sing you a song, make you homemade art, treating you to a nice sweet homebaked treat, they will give the impression of being naive, but that’s quite far for it.
