I was wanting to see my reflection but Mother Earth knew I'd say negative things about myself so she put something on top of the water so I'd admire it.

Light is shy to admit he doesn't understand how to navigate his own emotional inner landscape super well, and L is shy to admit he doesn't understand how to do his own practical chores very well, and when they are cute domestic boyfriends living fluffily ever after they both sense these little moments and then gently demonstrate how they do those things for each other without making the other one feel embarrassed or put on the spot about it 😌
#both of them grew up kinda opposite mostly focusing totally on either outer achievements or inner emotional landscapes#so they help each other fill in those gaps that they are kinda missing and envy in each other in a super reluctantly admiring sort of way#l lawliet#light yagami#lawlight#p

attempting to watch hannibal for the second time and like. ten years passing since the first attempt is apparently what it takes for me to go from "idc about will" to hollering every time he's on screen. He's wearing glasses rn and I'm doing that cartoon wolf awooga and having to pause
#even funnier that hannibal himself is completely sexless to me.#a weird evil man in a beautiful suit and i am only able to admire him as a flower or a winter landscape#extremely ooc for me but i'm digging it

Grakon - Logzekreallot
"The one who fought chaos and brought order, Grakon, father of Logze Olkathy, challenged calamity and forged the very soil to let order blossom. Once done, he laid down his sword and passed on, for he knew that his horns and claws were no longer needed in a world with no greater calamity to cover the sun." "And so concludes the gods of Logze Olkathy: may the sun shine its warmth upon you and the gods watch over your journey."
This was a lot of fun. I had a great time painting all of these. And I can finally rest happy, as I've honored my gods, or values, as they are known nowadays. I might come back to this idea again to explore further the Logze expanses, as I have gotten a few ideas for it. For now, though, I'll just bask in this little place I built. I made one huge speedpaint for all of these! Check it out!

I currently have to write a thesis, work on the biggest project in my entire study programme and will have to start preparing for my bachelor's exam at some point, and my brain thinks now it's a good time to get back into Red Dead Redemption 2👍
#I bought the game last summer but I'm still only at the very start of chapter 3 because I'm slow as fuck with making progress in the story#tbh I think it's bcI've spent the majority of my playing time so far with just admiring the beautiful landscape and taming cute horsies🐴#this game really brings out my inner horse girl again😭 I'd actually love taking riding lessons irl again once uni stuff is over -#but I'm gonna feel really awkward contacting my riding instructor again after such a long (unintentional) radio silence#like 'hello I got consumed with body and soul by university for one and a half years but here I am again do you still do lessons?'#also aside that I'm just really blown away by this game from a game dev perspective#I read that Rockstar used their own engine to make it so I don't have as much of an idea how they do stuff#but based on all the interactions you can do and things you can discover in the game -#my brain is imploding just trying to comprehend the internal structure of how like objects and their states are managed#and how it keeps track of everything and all that#I'm pretty sure it's not possible with a game like this since it's a company secret but I'd love to just get to look at the code#I probably won't even understand shit but it would still be absolutely fascinating#selnia talks
