To continue my Monster Cosplay Series, i've decided to go ahead and make a cosplay for Amira, based somewhat on @peargor's Solar Flare!

Cat Eclipse Sighting

I created a monster prom mod a while back and wanted to share some of its art.

First up, Amira! I didn't have a clear idea for her. The sketch was bitterly the first sketch of her. I'll tell you a secret: you should want a sketch that is better than... that.

Character design talk:

She mainly played off the other's poses so they could somewhat fit together. I wanted her to be a little standoffish, but her legs give a sense of imbalance in her stance, giving it a softer feel.

She has a few tattoos. The flame on her forearm she got to embody to work hard to fuel your fire, her father's mantra. The teeth tribal band around her upper arm was actually something foretold to her in a card reading that she totally didn't do; teeth were to be the symbol of her love - she secretly is a romantic. On the contrary, her rose tattoo on her upper thigh - wilting because she is no flower.
