I'm ruminating a lot today after watching Squid Game Season 2. I know it's just a show, but when I watched Squid Game Season 1, it completely changed my life. I started writing fanfiction, and even though I wasn't completely happy with it back then, it gave me so much joy. To say thank you, I'm reposting one of my favourite artists work that she commissioned for me so long ago, and I still have it today <3

The ship that I wrote for back then was Sangwoo and Ali, and with this new season out I think there will be more fic to come! This art was made by @san-tsun who will always remain one of my favourite people!

I know it's such a silly little momento, but I met so many beautiful souls through the SG projects, and this was a true pleasure in a low point of my life :)

Welp Oz, your an unredeemable piece of shit. I hope Batman beats you to a pulp in Batman 2.

Overall, it was an awesome show. They really made Oz a villain, and you really can't root for them him because of the horrible things he has done, manipulate, lies, all. He is not an anti-hero like Venom, Harly Quinn, or Deadpool. He's a villain straight up.

As for poor Sofia, oh poor Sofia. Oz is really a piece of shit. Very tragic ending.

Do you think that part when Puzzles says “I’ve seen every moving picture that exists” includes anime? Would Puzzles even consider anime as something good enough to watch? Or does animation hold a special place in his heart.

I bet his mind would be blown watching a Studio Ghibli movie.

That's- such an interesting concept I haven't thought about!! You're right!! Anime DOES fall in the category of moving pictures, yes, and given the old SMG4 (back when Axol was alive) revolved a lot around anime as an entertainment genre (because that was the main meme material at the time), then I have to say yes, definitely, absolutely!

I think he considers most, if not all, genres good. They're all unique in their ways to create entertainment and cater to specific audiences, anime just so happens to cater to a lot of people in the Mushroom Kingdom. I wouldn't say he would be mind blown with Ghibli movies, not to an extreme at least. He's seen them, he adores the movies for their messages and their film direction, he adores the art design too, and he knows how culturally impactful they are. I'm saying he feels the same way about them as he does to other great films.

Something I think about a healthy amount (read: all the fucking time) is how when they were dancing in the ball episode, when Aziraphale would have to press his hand against other people's hands it would just be his fingers, barely there, but when it was Crowley it would be full on palm to palm, holding hands, like he didn't wanna let go and I can't stop thinking about it it makes me ill.

Now my 2010 re-watch went by faster than expected. The reason for that might be that Hunter disappeared from TV to work more off screen/do two movies about a month after Shawn had left. Coincidence? I still don't think so. 😉

On a sidenote, I will never be able to watch Hunter's words about Shawn the Monday after Mania, Shawn's thank you to him as well as that hug at the very end without crying.

Now those were some tough few days back in the day. Wrestling has never been the same for me ever since. I've grown to love it again, in particular now with Hunter and respectively Shawn in charge, but still... It's different.

Just ascended Astarion, and as much as that hurts for knowing what'll become of Astarion, seeing Cazador explode was quite satisfying, I have to say.

Some days are still hard. Or hard again. I'm working on my thesis and a lot of the time I have no idea what I'm doing or should be doing. Writing job applications for summer with no certainty I'll land anything. Not sleeping enough. And the only way out is through. But when will it end? When will I feel calm and secure for once?
