Lore drop! Here’s my guys Liminal & Genesis, the Realm of Revival ends up being split between them. Anyway this is my AU/AM?, ‘The Waiting Room’ which is based on the multiverse structure, which follows the journey of an AU:

The Ring of Potential: Where every idea or concept ever thought of is created. Genesis Sans is it’s Guardian, Genesis then transfers them based on their development status to one of 2 places; The Center/Doodlesphere or The Realm of Revival.

The Center/Doodlesphere: What you think of when you think Multiverse, it’s Guardian is Ink Sans (By Comyet)

The Realm of Revival: Where Forgotten AUs, or paused in development AUs go. Basically WIPs with some hope for completion. Also anyone who dies in the multiverse, outside their AU, their soul is sent here until they are revived(Through reset or other means). The Realm of Revival is part of a 2-part realm called ‘The Waiting Room’ whose Guardian is Liminal Sans.

The Realm of Cessation: 2nd part of ‘The Waiting Room’ where AUs & Concepts are sent for deletion, Liminal tends to hold them there, just in case, for a bit before deleting them.

Extra tidbit: Liminal & Genesis can both write words into the air, and sometimes they leave notes for each other, like what is drawn in the realm of revival.

I plan on making a version of them were they never needed bodies to hold their magic, I have seen a lot of people do this trend and I wanna do it too, but different. All the interpretations that I have seen have a humanoid/anthro from, I wanna do a full feral one.

I like to think that he always has a gun on hand. He doesn’t use it on anyone but spiders and is emotionally attached to it due to how many times it saved him. Just a fun headcanon :)

With how their whole positivity/negativity thing works (and that they're the only ones who can mortally wound each other), what if Dream and Nightmare aren't able to physically touch anymore?

Imagine, in the past, the brothers' main love language was physical touch (hugs, play fighting, etc). But after they ate the apples, the negativity and positivity act like poison to the other as a defense mechanism.

Any prolonged contact will burn Dream and make Nightmare's corruption boil and melt. It is extremely painful for both of them.

Imagine how this affects them in Parallel Synthesis.

When after all the fighting, after they've settled on a truce, after they've found peace and are able to actually be brothers again,

there will always be that one thing they can never have back.

Btw this takes place during the lunch meeting mentioned here! The stars and the gang decided to have an outdoors lunch :]

Had fun drawing this, testing out new shadding methods and art procress.

Cross is Trans canon (well, trans-coded specifically)

Also this can be Interpreted as Cross being different / on the spectrum since this drawing was not only inspired by I Saw The TV Glow, but also by the movie’s theme music “Athens for a 17 years old girl”, the music talks about not fitting in with other people, being different from others.

Y’all should watch the movie and listen to the song because they are both just 🤌😩👌
