Steven's dad, President Joseph Stone, is a horrible person in the manga, and nobody ever talks about it. He killed Aster so he could imprison and experiment on Rayquaza, and gets away scott-free.

Okay okay so, generally I still think Emerald is the best Hoenn experience and it’s one of my favorite Pokemon games ever, but one thing that oras absolutely has over the original gen 3 games is how they do Maxie and Archie. They were literally interchangeable in gen 3, but oras made them really distinct and also made them five times divorced minimum

But what I find really interesting is that like, in Ruby Team Magma and Maxie are the villains and in Sapphire Team Aqua and Archie are the villains, and in both versions the opposite team is just kind of there. Archie’s stated goal in Ruby is to oppose Maxie because his goals are dangerous, and Archie is presented as a well-meaning ally. And the reverse is the case in Sapphire. In Emerald the’re just. both villains and still basically the same personality wise even if their goals differ

When you meet Archie in Omega Ruby, though? He’s... actually kind of threatening. Like he sounds playful and calls you “little scamp” and all that, but he also basically tells you “thanks for fucking with Team Magma haha I hate those guys. but you better not think of fucking with me and Team Aqua, stay out of our way”. Like, Archie’s not the Villain in this game, but idek if he’s our ally except out of necessity. Idk what Maxie is like in Alpha Sapphie since I haven’t played that version, but idk I think this is neat! Like even in games where they’re not the main threat, there’s still that underlying feeling that they could be one. It’s such a more interesting way of presenting both of them and making sure that their now distinct personalities can still be consistent in both games

I began this life-size Mudkip back in ~September 2016. Back then I was struggling with anxiety and depression, like, big time. I could only finish the head.

I began medication for both anxiety and depression. I also came across a big inspiration. Then, after months of not crocheting, I retook it in summer 2017 and finished it.

It was a birthday present for a friend! And he named it PANCHITO (all in caps, lol)

I followed no pattern. But I’m considering about remaking it to write it down.

Your favorite to hang out with is Yaku since he’s a beta and the only one who’s not controlled by their instincts— he also helps you parent the others basically along with Kai sometimes

But you also like being around Kenma since he’s usually so calm, and there are moments you’ve let him scent you (platonically of course) to help calm him down when he’s particularly stressed

And although rarely, there have been a couple times Kenma has given in to alpha tendencies around you, particularly when someone is getting close and he’s the only one who can protect you in the moment

Yamamoto is your very own Tanaka honestly, so at this point you’re just always ignoring him lmao, but he loves it

And omg THE! FIRST! YEARS!!

Lev, Inuoka, and Shibayama are convinced they are all in love with you

Lev is constantly trying to show off to you, which usually ends up with Kuroo spiking a ball in the back of his head

Inuoka loves following you around and helping you with your managerial duties

And Shibayama becomes a blushy baby everytime you speak to him

All in all it’s the cutest thing ever if not a little annoying at times tho

So basically being Nekoma’s omega manager means that you have a ton of boys who are overly protective of you and swear that they’d die for you

But they’re your dumbass alphas (and betas) and you love them

Dream Trip: Home to the Rockies, tbh. I want to live in a cabin for like...a whole summer or something really dramatic. Give me my mountains back. But beyond that, I would sort of like to noodle my way around the country in a car/camper and just...absorb everything. Like an epic roadtrip. Go to all the national parks and just breathe the air there. At least two people I know have had the time/inclination and I’ve got a yen to try my hand at it.

Why I created this blog: This is the third iteration of the original sideblog I had on my main account for like...fan stuff for Black Jewels things. But then I started wanting to follow people with it (so I made a new account and transferred the sideblog, then eventually moved everything to the accounts main blog) and follow some witchy blogs but not overwhelm my fan/writing stuff on my dash. And basically over time it evolved into a comfortable space where I could explore an unexplored facet of my personality that, ah. Well, that’s a long story. So this blog is more or less a refuge for me, just enough separate from my main self, and much more overtly witchy. It allowed me to play with pop occulture and express more of my internal workings on several different axis than I can basically anywhere else. It’s like an alpha test-bed from which I then mesh these newly-explored bits with the rest of my life. Vital and useful and makes me happy, even if I mostly just post pictures of sunsets and dragons. :)

There are so many things wrong with that sentence he doesn’t even know where to start. Panic attacks. Being stuck inside his brain sucking so hard he needed to be alone and moving. The sense of relief that came with crashing into Peter. He shouldn’t be okay with this. He didn’t give Peter permission to sleep in his bed. His dad will be home soon.
