俄經濟部長稱援助受制裁企業效果好於實施報復

北京時間9月17日凌晨消息，俄羅斯經濟部長阿列克謝-烏尤卡耶夫（Alexei Ulyukayev）周二表示，俄羅斯應該更多專註於援助那些被西方國傢的制裁行動影響的企業，而不是實施針鋒相對，但是可能傷害到國內制造業者的報復措施。

俄羅斯國際通訊社引述阿列克謝-烏尤卡耶夫的發言說，“我們必須考慮，如何幫助那些在制裁名單中的企業。首先，我是指銀行和金融機構，因為經濟其他領域的工作都依賴它們。以這種方式，我們可以中和制裁對我們的市場，對我們的制造業者的負面沖擊，而不是通過對稱或者是不對稱的報復性制裁。”

阿列克謝-烏尤卡耶夫還說，唯一具有一定合理性，俄羅斯可以實施報復的領域應該是農業。他表示，“隻有在食品這個方面，我們真正可以成為不僅自給自足，而且是出口一方的國傢。”他還說，“至於其他的領域，我不認同（實施報復措施的）邏輯。因此，我相信這樣的行動是沒有幫助的。” （孔軍）

俄羅斯經濟9月陷入停滯 受西方制裁影響

北京時間10月23日凌晨消息，據俄羅斯經濟部周三發佈的數據顯示，受西方制裁的影響，俄羅斯經濟增速在今年9月份陷入停滯。

今年俄羅斯經濟增速將可能創出自2009年以來的最低增長水平。俄羅斯與西方國傢在烏克蘭問題上的僵局增加瞭俄羅斯經濟的下行壓力，因為西方制裁和潛在的不確定性加劇瞭資本鬥爭也扼殺瞭投資活動。

俄羅斯經濟部長Alexei Ulyukayev表示，2014年前九個月，俄羅斯經濟增速僅為0.8%。

上個月的官方數據顯示，今年1月至8月份，俄羅斯經濟增長瞭0.8%，這意味著9月份俄羅斯的經濟增長已陷入停滯。
