If the Dlc wanted to be funny, they should have made it so that after you beat consort radahn if you had already slain all demigods in both dlc and base game Godwyn in his rotton fish form bursts from the ground and fights your for killing his siblings.
My brother thought he could discern the essential nature of the soul, snipe. You know I had to do it to him, snipe. My castle long, my experiments beyond fire and dark. I'm sick in the head. I'm on those Tseldoran crystal candy suckers. I'm smoking Shulvan kush through a glass pipe and blowing bubbles in a giant's head. This shit ain't nothing to me, man. I don't care if I go Hollow I ain't need to see the Humanity cost on that shit anyways. Call that pussy the Grave of Saints because I jumped in without a ladder and now I'm covered in rats. I'm moving like Varangian Faraam. Y'all gotta stop playing with me man, I threw estus shards in the Undead Crypt under Drangleic Castle. I pushed an elephant warrior through a Pharros lockgate. Don't be shy girl you know I love Mirran dueling masks.
Don't matter how lit, how fresh, a mid will remain a mid. Check the box art, you stupid piece of shit; I'm Him.
Yung Hollow, knowing this, do you still desire peace?
WARNING THIS POLL CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE FOLLOWING GAMES: Dark Souls II
Quote 1: "Men are props on the stage of life, and no matter how tender, how exquisite... a lie will remain a lie." - Aldia, Scholar of the First Sin, Dark Souls II
Quote 2: "My mortal enemy, Chang'e. Are you watching? Look at the numerous lives and deaths, the impurities, this poor soul brings!" - Junko, Toujou 15: Legacy of Lunatic Kingfom
Propaganda under cut
Quote 1: The “lie” Aldia speaks of is life itself. It's fragile, fleeting, and ultimately an illusion. The gameplay mechanic of respawning is an in-universe occurrence, brought upon by the Curse of Hollowing that ages humanity for eternity, while the mind continues to wither to nothingness. The “Light” is the brief conscious existence we have, whereas the “Dark” is the eternity of the Soul. Humans live in ignorance, believing that by the blessing of the gods they are mortal, and will dream of eternal rest someday, only to realize that there will never be such a grace. Aldia is arguably the smartest character introduced in the entire series, monologues some of the most profound and layered dialogue it has to offer, claims the final boss role of the game if you exhaust all of his speeches, and then literally never appears ever again. This is one hell of a character. Don't ask about the monstrous and cruel human experimentation it took to get here.
This is actually so funny how Aldia became your second fav after Micolash, considering the two ARE actually very similar! They're both madmen to their respective 'man in power that holds massive L' in the setting (Vendrick and Laurence), scholars with schoolhouses of OTHER madmen, really fucked experiments, went beyond all contained knowledge of the setting but accomplished nothing, and traces of their madness are seen all across their game- I can go on and on but it is cute that you have the type, okay? xd
You're so real about this! These both have A LOT of common, even petty things like weird hats wearing by their "minions" jhfjdhkjhkj (vide mensis cage and dragon acolyte mask). Shame we can't speak normally with Micolash like with Aldia. Mico literally invites the hunter to conversation but all the hunter can do is chasing and killing! And who's crazy bitch here? xD
