Anche x me è stato simile con l alcol, ma avendo dipendenza fisica grave non potevo non bere x un giorno, DOVEVO bere anche con il mal di testa e lo stomaco devastato..

Non c era più divertimento, niente euforia, solo un evitare la crisi da astinenza e il perpetuarsi di un abitudine che era diventata addiction..

Ricordo il primo giorno con l Alcover (e quindi il primo giorno senza bere e senza dover bere), ero spaventata ma mi sentii come se mi avessero tolto un basto dalla schiena..

Un basto che avevo portato per oltre un decennio...
