Tomorrow evening I see the Aladdin theatre show and I cannot wait!!! 😍 I’ve had the tickets booked since Christmas Eve last year and have amazing seats ❤️ Then on Saturday I’m seeing Wicked- at first I didn’t have any interest in seeing it but I’ve seen so many really good reviews about it and also my little relative really wants to go 🥰 some other things planned too so hopefully a lovely weekend ahead 🙏🏻

✨️A Song for Orion✨️

Recently I came across this deleted song from Aladdin. It's called "Proud Of Your Boy" and it was written when Aladdin's mother was still in the movie. The song did get cut but was used again in the musical.

I really think that this songs fits to Orion, who would do anything to make his mom and dad proud of him.

(I've chosen the demo from the movie because the musical version is abit too fast-paced for my liking. I prefer the slower tempo from this version here.)

Fun Fact: The voice actor for Asmodeus in Helluva Boss James Monroe Iglehart is well known for also playing The Genie in the musical version of Disney’s Aladdin.

And in actual demonology Asmodeus is the king of Jinn which are more commonly known as Genies.

Uhhh there are a lot of cool things- One thing I like is that there are 4 Jasmine solo songs in total (not counting Peacock Princess) and NONE OF THEM come from the animated Disney film!

10. Who is your favorite person to talk about your special interest with?

Well, there aren't many Aladdin franchise fans, and I don't really bring it up unless people ask. However... Digit (the asker) is one of my all-time faves and we have SO MUCH FUN ALWAYS! (BRING BACK OTHO AND HANNAH!!) 💜🦜

Another favorite is someone I really look up to! @purplefloyd is such a talented artist and kind friend! I yap their head off about all things Aladdin on Broadway and they always make me feel comfortable! Plus, we have silly inside jokes and headcanons like the Kasladdin incident of 2024 lol! 💜💜

Aladdin the musical was absolutely AMAZING 😍 We were second row so has the most incredible view, I’ve loved Aladdin for as long as I can remember and know the story and all the songs by heart so to see it on stage is such a great joy to me 🩵 I would go again in heartbeat 💗 I got myself the plush Jasmine doll who I adore 🥰 The pin and the bauble which will now I go on our Christmas tree every year 💙
