How Akutagwa and Akkata became the King and Queen of Hearts in my BSD Alice in Wonderland AU That I will Probably Never Write

Akkata is the crowned princess of the Kingdom of Hearts. She and Akutagawa grew up together. When she turned 18, her parents began pushing suitors toward her. She rejected all of them. Her parents thought that she was just being difficult, but in reality, she was in love with the head of the royal guard, Akutagawa Ryunosuke. She didn’t think that it would go anywhere, but she didn’t know that Akutagawa was just as in love with her.

He didn’t act on it because he knew that the king would have his head if he was caught with her. So he kept his feelings to himself and ended up distancing himself from Akkata. One day he was patrolling the castle when he heard screaming coming from Akkata’s room. He burst in and saw her writhing on the floor, her eyes were blank and her hands were pressed against her chest. He ran to her and wrapped her in his arms. He went to pick her up and take her to her parents, but she grabbed his arm. Her eyes cleared, “Don’t, I’ll explain later just put me in bed for now.” she wheezed. He reluctantly put her to bed, her screaming started again. It was growing more frantic by the second, and Akutagawa was starting to lose his composure. He sat in bed with her, white-knuckling her hand the entire time.

It was hours before Akkata’s screams of pain diminished to whimpers and then, finally, silence. Akutagawa demanded to know what he had just witnessed, so Akkata told him. She was born with magic, a forbidden thing in the Kingdom of Hearts. Her parents have been taking her to see this doctor who claims he can get rid of her magic. But the methods he’s been using are making her magic unstable, and it is slowly killing her. Her parents are aware of this, but they don’t seem to care. They’ve been pressuring her to get married because they need an heir for when Akkata inevitably dies. Akutagawa is furious.

He rants and raves to Akkata, letting out years of frustration. Amid his ranting, he confesses his feelings to her. Akkata tells him that she feels the same way. And then the two come up with a plan to kill the king and queen. For the next few weeks, Akkata slips a slow-acting poison into her parents’ food. Everyone knows what she is doing, but they don’t stop her. While she does that, Akutagawa goes through the king and queen’s books. Looking for ways to make Akkata better, or at least stave off the curse until they can find a solution. He comes across a contact shoved in the back of a book, he messages them immediately. A week or two later, he gets an answer telling him to meet the contact at a tavern in town. He goes, and secretly brings Akkata with him.

They meet at the tavern and find out that the contact is Akkata’s aunt Yumi, who also has magic. She tells them that Akkata’s father, her brother, tried to do the same thing to her when they were younger. But she was able to combat the side effects with a ritual. Akutagawa is skeptical but Akkata is more than willing to try it. They group together that night. Yumi performs the ritual, and tells Akkata that her magic must even out in order for her to feel better.

Weeks go by, and Akkata feels stronger than ever. Meanwhile, her parents are getting weaker by the day. A month later, both of her parents passed away. That same day, Akkata is made the new Queen of Hearts, and she makes Akutagawa her king.

Fun Fact....

When this storm Area 51 thing started Akkata and Abi immediately wanted to go, but Akutagawa and Gin were like: No one is actually going to do that. You two idiots would be the only ones there. So you are not going.

Then when Akkata saw pictures of the raid actually happening she ran to Akutagawa’s office, shoved her phone in his face and said: “I fucking told you it would happen!” and Akutagawa was just like:🤨 people were actually dumb enough to do that? Then Akkata showed the pictures to Abi who laid on the floor for an hour crying because she wanted to go and break out E.T.

And now Akkata is consoling Abi while Gin and Akutagawa are standing off to the side wondering why they fell in love with these two idiots.

Akutagawa: I mean were we on something when we decided that we loved them?

Gin: *Shrugs*

Akutagawa: That’s what I thought.

Akkata: Oh please you wanna kiss me so bad it makes you look stupid.

Pumpkin Carving With Clan Akutagawa

It was Abi’s idea.

She said it was to “Bring us closer together as a family.” 

This earned her a scoff from Akutagawa.

“Plus, I have four pumpkins and I don’t know what to do with all of them.”

Akkata agreed because she always loved carving pumpkins with her aunt as a little girl.

Gin agrees because she thinks it would be fun.

Akutagawa agrees because he was forced to by Akkata and Gin.

They start and it goes just about as well as you would think.

Akkata had forgotten how gross gutting the pumpkin actually was, and it took her a while to work through all the pumpkin innards.

Akutagawa tried using rashomon but after almost completely destroying the pumpkin Abi made him use a regular knife.

Gin had no trouble cutting open the pumpkin, but she needed a little help with scooping out the pumpkin guts.

Abi, on the other hand, was doing just fine with cutting and gutting the pumpkin.

Now came the carving.

Akutagawa just went for a classic jack-o-lantern face, it was a little lopsided, but he got it.

Akkata tried to carve a picture of a cat, but she messed up so she just detoured to a cat face. 

Gin carved a picture of a witch on a broom.

Abi carved ‘Happy Halloween’ into her pumpkin, but she accidentally added one too many ‘l’s 

They all stepped back to admire their creations.

All in all they did fine and no one died.

They decided to place their pumpkins outside of their respective apartments.

Drunk Couple Akutagawa and Akkata

When they are drunk separately 

Akkata Rye

She isn’t a lightweight per se, she’s in that comfortable gray area where she isn’t a lightweight but she doesn’t have an iron liver either. 

It takes a few drinks to get her tipsy and a few more to get her completely drunk.

It really depends on what alcohol she’s drinking

Akkata is an affectionate, laughing drunk.

One moment she’s got you wrapped up in a hug telling you how much she appreciates you and the next she’s giggling wildly to herself in response to a passing thought.

When drunk, Akkata will sometimes slip into her mother tongue.

She bounces in between Italian and Japanese, and no one ever completely knows what she’s saying.

When drunk, she’ll smile for almost anybody.

Her smile is really cute.

She has dimples and she smiles big and wide.

She is also much more affectionate when she’s drunk.

Sober Akkata isn’t big on PDA, but drunk Akkata will make out with you in front of a crowd of people and not care who’s watching.

Akutagawa Ryunosuke

Akutagawa is a lightweight.

He can only ingest a few shots of vodka before he’s out

Akutagawa is a clingy drunk.

 His filter isn’t there either so sometimes he’ll just say whatever comes to mind.

This causes him to mumble to himself occasionally.

He still doesn’t smile much, but there is this cute blush that stretches across his cheeks. It’s endearing to look at.

Drunk Akutagawa is a bit more handsy than sober Akutagawa.

He’ll have his arms wrapped around Akkata’s waist and not care who looks at them funny.

If anyone makes a snide comment he will skewer them with Rashomon.

When they are drunk together

Don’t separate them.

For the love of god please do not separate them.

There was this one time when a very drunk Akkata went to the bathroom and Akutagawa hadn’t noticed.The guy nearly decimated the bar looking for her.Luckily, Akkata found him again before he could do any more damage.

No one needs to try to flirt with Akutagawa when Akkata is within five feet of him.Not only will you get cursed out by Akutagawa, but Akkata will try to shank you.

The same goes for Akkata, don’t flirt with her unless you are prepared to get skewered.

Remember when I said that Akkata will slip into her mother tongue when drunk and no one can understand what she’s saying? 

Yeah, I lied.

Akutagawa has a semblance of what she says.

He got Akkata to teach him some Italian so that they can have secret conversations.

He puts his knowledge to the test when they’re drunk.

Sometimes he’ll get a few words wrong and it’ll send Akkata into a laughing fit because the words he gets wrong makes what he’s trying to say sound stupid.

Anyone who’s with them that night has to drive them home.

But be warned, drunk Akutagawa and Akkata mean horny Akutagawa and Akkata and they will attempt to have sex in the back of the car.

One time Chuuya had to drive them home, and he had to repeatedly yell at them to stop feeling each other up in the back of his car.

Overall they are a chaotic duo of shameless drunk crackhead energy, but they are entertaining to be around.

Abi: Yes he does

Gin: Yes he does

Chuuya: Yes he does

Clan Akutagawa Domestic Headcanons

A/N: I have decided to start calling Ryunosuke, Gin, Akkata, and Abi clan Akutagawa because I can. Anyway have some domestic headcanons in these trying times.

They all go grocery shopping together. Abi always wants to ride in the buggey, but no one will ever let her.

“Why can’t I ride in the cart?!” “Because you are too old” “And?!”

Abi, Akkata, and Gin try to have an ‘all girls night’ but they can never get Akutagawa to leave the house, so he just hangs out in his room until he inevitably makes the mistake of entering Gin’s room.

“Hey Akutagawa-san! Do you wanna join us? We have an extra face mask” “...”

Minutes later he is sitting in between Abi and Gin with a moisturizing face mask covering his skin with Akkata lounging across his lap

He can and will pitch a fit if someone tries to paint his nails

“Want me to paint your nails?” “NO!”

They have family movie nights at least once or twice a month. It started as an Akutagawa and Akkata sort of thing, but then Abi and Gin weaseled their way into it and now it's a group thing.

Akutagawa always acts like he’s annoyed, but secretly he enjoys the time he spends with them

In the mornings after Akkata and Abi stay the night, Abi makes breakfast. Akkata, Ryunosuke, and Gin don’t have the best cooking skills so food prep goes to Abi in the mornings.

Sometimes she even takes the time to make everyone little bento boxes for lunch

“I made you all lunch” “Oh, you didn’t have to do that Abi” “Oh, well if you don’t want yours Gin…” “No! It’s mine back off!”

Family game nights are always a fucking battlefield, because Akkata and Akutagawa are insanely competitive, and don’t like losing

Abi once brought Mario Kart to play and Akkata nearly strangled Akutagawa because he beat her at Rainbow Road.

“You Fucking cheated!” “I did not I’m just better than you” “😡😡😡”

Abi had to hold Akkata back from hurting Akutagawa.

What the OCs Do on Valentine’s Day With Their S/Os

Happy Valentine’s Day guys! I had this idea yesterday and decided to finish and post it today. Enjoy!

Kimi Kumin 

Kimi makes dinner for her and Kid, and gets him a nice card, Kid always gets Kimi a present, it can be a simple, as a new sketch pad or a stuffed animal or as elaborate a necklace.

After dinner they exchange gifts, and cuddle on the couch watching whatever cheesy romance movie there can find. 

This year Kid got Kimi, a stuffed bear, some chocolate and a new necklace

Kimi got Kid three white hair clips, which she pinned in his hair he was extremely happy about that, and a sweet card

Akkata Rye

Akkata had told Akutagawa not to make a big deal out of Valentine’s Day. 

She has explicitly told him that “If you get me anything big, I will lock you out of the house”

But Akutagawa finds his way around that, he can’t get her anything big, but that doesn’t mean he can’t cook for her, and that’s exactly what he does.

Well that plus getting her a small teddy bear, which, even though she won't admit it, she really likes it. It’s a panda bear plush, that she’s named Mr. Stuffington, and when Akutagawa’s away on abroad missions she spritzes it with his cologne, and cuddles it until he gets home. 

This year Akkata got Akutagawa a new calligraphy set, and she swears he was blushing when she presented it to him.

Nina Franchesca

Chuuya always takes Nina out to dinner on Valentine’s Day, and any other holiday, other than New Year’s Eve.

He normally just leaves a dress on the bed with a note telling her that he is taking her out to dinner and to get ready. 

When they get home they exchange gifts, Nina always insists they do it after dinner.

Chuuya got Nina this necklace with an emerald pendant, and some new lingerie

Nina got Chuuya a new pair of suede gloves, they came in a matching set, and why would she not jump on that opportunity, and this really nice trench coat she saw him eyeing one day. 

Danielle Osa

Since Danielle’s birthday corresponds with Valentine’s day Dazai, Oda, and Ango combine the two holidays into one day.

Oda is in charge of distracting Danielle, he does so under the guise that he is going to pick out gifts for Dazai, and Ango, while Dazai and Ango decorate their apartment for the small party they’re throwing for her.

Once Oda brings Danielle back from the store Dazai and Ango jump out from their hiding spots and surprise her.

After they sing happy birthday. The four exchange gifts, they have a system for this they draw names from a hat and whose ever name you get that’s who you need to buy a present for.

They then eat cake and cuddle on the couch, while simultaneously teasing Danielle about getting old.

Attaka Lan

Attaka and Atsushi’s Valentine’s Day is pretty normal.

Atsushi gets Attaka a stuffed animal and a box of chocolates.

Attaka gets Atsushi a card, and makes him some chazuke.

After they exchange gifts, and eat dinner, they curl up on the couch, and watch romantic comedies late into the night.

Abigail Yu

Abi and Gin normally just exchange gifts and cuddle on the couch until they get tired

But there are some years when they go out to dinner, and exchange gifts when they get back from that.

Sabrina

I imagine Valentine’s Day to be a big day in Brightmoon, and everyone treats it as such, except Sabrina who has no idea what Valentine’s Day is.

Scorpia doesn’t know much about Valentine’s Day either, all she knows is that you’re supposed to give gifts to your loved ones.

Scorpia gives Sabrina a card she made all on her own, with her claws that is a very big accomplishment.

Sabrina gives scorpia a cape she sewed for it’s red and has a big heart in the middle of it.

Lacy Gretchen

Every year before she met Lawless Lacy has spent Valentine’s Day with Lily. 

This year, she is spending it with Lawless, since Lily is spending it with Licht.

Lacy makes Lawless a pair of enchanted gloves, that wash themselves.

Lawless gets Lacy a big bouquet of roses, and a box of chocolates.

After they exchange gifts Lacy makes dinner while Lawless finds them some movies to watch.

After dinner they watch the movies, and fall asleep together during them

Lily Van

Valentine’s Day with Lacy was always a tradition for Lily, but this year she wants to spend it with Licht. 

After asking Lacy’s permission, which she so gracefully gave, Lily grabbed her gifts and headed to the hotel Licht was staying at.

When she arrived she quickly made her way to Licht’s room. She said a quick ‘hello’ to Lawless as they passed each other on the stairs.

Lily found Licht sitting at the piano randomly hitting a few keys. Lily walked over to Licht and sat next to him on the piano bench.

Licht instructed Lily to sit in the chair across from the piano as he was about to give her, her present. Licht plays a beautiful piece of music that brings Lily to tears. After he’s done he gives Lily a box with a angel necklace in it.

Lily gives Licht an angel wing sweatshirt, and a bracelet.

Corrupted Akkata AU

Currently thinking about an AU where Akkata’s parents did experiments on her to get rid of her ability.

Here’s how it would go, there has not been a person born with an ability since Akkata’s aunt Yumi was born. But then Akkata got an ability and her parents were furious. So when Akkata was eleven years old they took her to a shady scientist. They were hoping that the experiment would take Akkata’s ability away from her, but instead, it turned her into an angry, bloodthirsty monster. She killed her parents and the scientist and ended up at Yumi’s house. Everything after that is normal canon.
