Characters: Ajax and Rondeal from End of Days SMP Tw: suicidal ideation, self-harm? Plot: What if the beds poison anyone who truly tries to sleep, and what if Ajax was okay with that.

"What if I just don't wake up…" they say calmly. The thought had run its course in his head many times, but they'd just never voiced it till now. It wasn't like Rondael would hear them either way; he was far too busy looking and getting way to ansty. The world around them heard, but they would do nothing.

They lay down on the black bed, hearing slowly how the world falls asleep, but they can't, the air is too thick, too hard, too harmful? They hadn't realized when they started taking the damage, just that they were now down to 3 rows of hearts. They don't move. Ajax doesn't know why they don't, at least not consciously. They want this event to end. They want to go back to their normal. Not this weird event where they can build homes and make actual connections.

2 rows now. They just lay in silence, letting this odd pain go throughout his body. This was probably another method that God had put in to stop people from sleeping.

One row left. They laugh a little, no one would be here to watch them perish. But they would be. They get to finally die by their own means not someone else's idea of fun, but their own.

3 hearts left. Gods were they pathetic, they've played all these events and they just wanted to stop. Stop everything. To not wake up.

1 heart. This was it, one life down the drain because Ajax couldn't get up. What a way to die.

Half a heart.

"Ajax!"

Rondeal had pushed them out of the bed. They would live.

"Ajax What the fuck, you could of died there" Rondeal says with pure and entire worry for their teammate. This wasn't the normal amout of concsern for your team mate, this was more, more then what Ajax has seen in a long time.

"I-"

"Don't speak, you idiot, eat a gapple first, or I'll make you. " Ajax just nods. They grab one of his many golden apples and start to eat it, feeling the energy heal them. They were okay.

"I'm sorry" Was all they could say to the man before him.

"Your a dickhead, you know that, but you don't need to be sorry. I think everyone has gotten in their own head once and done something real stupid, you're no expection to that. Now are you ready to kill some fuckers"

The first time my father took me fishing, I was really bored sitting in the cold and waiting for the fish to bite. But as soon as he started telling stories, time flew by.

As I got older I started to find in it something... meditative? Fishing helps me clear my head after a tough battle or prepare for the next one.

most would run in fear, but you seem to cherish his monstrous form, scratching behind his horns with a hum. Foul Legacy melts when you call him beautiful, and under your gaze he even believes it. his crystalline eye slips shut, leaning into your hands with a soft purr and gingerly licking your fingers. cute. beautiful. lovely. all words you call him with a sincere smile and gaze. his Abyss-coated heart softens and warms, curling his body around yours and holding your hand in his claws.

actually i'm not keen on discussing the plow™ or whether odysseus was "justified" for killing palamedes or not because it's the only story people talk about in regards to palamedes at the expense of. everything else. so it's basically annoyed my interest out of the subject i think

It’s so funny to me that victra has like…a normal job. Everyone else is either military or military adjacent, but she’s literally just the ceo of a huge shipping company, she’s not even in politics. Like sure, she’s former military, but she hasn’t been doing that in years until the war comes back to mars. Like imagine turning on the tv and you see footage of Jeff bezos beheading an enemy general. That’s what the citizens of mars were experiencing during the battle of Phobos.

not really a ramble and more of a brainfart but i really do find it interesting how mercy is,,,really really similar to both ajax and fox, the two girls she replaces in the roll-calls. Like ajax she is very confrontational, quite aggressive, and quick to defend and fight, but like fox she is also quite insecure in her standing and worth in the warriors and is very eager to prove herself to them. and in my opinion, the former makes fox entrust the warriors to her in reunion square, and the latter makes ajax trust her in sick of runnin'. I dunno what this all means but um yea I just find it neat that she takes after the two characters that really got fleshed out the most compared to their movie versions!
