I bet Bill will enjoy this way more than Therapy! Huge thanks to my awesome brother who helped tremendously with the art on all of these while I was too burned out to do it alone. I adopted a new dog, got diagnosed with ADHD, and am started to move forward with a new chapter in my life. And she did. Not just in the sense of the curse causing the zombies to suffer as the undead for 300 years, but that being undead for 300 years, with no way to move on, meant they had all of that time to realize that what they did to Aggie was truly wrong and unforgivable. She most likely didn't think that they would ever feel any sort of remorse for their actions. Gosh it would've been so easy to just make Aggie the good guy and the zombies the bad guys, but they didn't. The zombies were still people who made a terrible decision out of fear and misunderstanding. Agatha was someone whose curse needed to end, but not by being "defeated" in the traditional sense but by someone who could understand her and help her move on in peace. The whole situation is so tragic all around

I swear every so often I just get random flushes of love and admiration for aggie and her character. Like everything about her is just so perfect. Her human design is so pretty (not in a weird way obviously) and adorable, and her spirits design is so abstract and perfectly demonstrates her rage. And her story itself is so heartbreaking yet beautiful. The fact that the entire film you were lied to about the witch, you were made to believe she was a truly evil old hag, until you see that it's just an innocent little girl who was different yet harmless, just like Norman. I love her so much💔💔💔💔💔

Her spirits design is so fucking creepy too. Like if a little child saw this i think they would be horrified (I probably was). But it fits so well with how she too was a child, an innocent child who had to face something horrible for something she could not control, and now those horrors have become her.

My favorite character design by far. Beautifully horrifying. A nightmare not only to look at but also to design and animate. Those poor animators. So worth it though.
