ANGST HEADCANNONS BECAUSE I COOKED WITH THESE I FEAR

Huxley who got bullied in highschool for liking flowers and making flower crowns which led him into a mindset of toxic masculinity which he practically carried throughout highschool and only started getting out of that mindset after moving to study at DAMN.

17 year old Lasko who constantly went to Jessica for advice, to the point where they started developing a mother-son dynamic of their own, and after the Inversion, while Damien and Huxley had their own mothers to reunite with, Jessica showed up to check on Lasko.

Damien who got his cooking skills from wanting to help out his mom after his dad left and can still remember some of her recipes by heart, which makes him wonder when they'll reconnect again whenever he makes them.

Guy who works at Max's Rustic Pizza because Max is actually a close friend of his parents and allowed him to stay and earn for a living seeing as his parents were almost too lazy to raise him almost his entire life.

Aggro being a rescue cat with one eye that Milo took in when he was in highschool and hid from his parents until they found out, to which his dad reacted negatively and tried to send him back to a shelter, only for Aggro to find his way back and sneak back in through Milo's window.

Ollie and Geordi as cousins and when Geordi came out and majority of his family reacted negatively about it, Ollie was one of the few who comforted him, but they drifted apart after Geordi got into his first relationship (*cough* Ben *cough*).

Child Aaron who always developed a routine whenever his parents would argue, of locating Elliott and taking him to his room, where he would lock the door and keep him distracted/entertained as much as possible.

Cyanbug's Redacted Audio Headcanons

(Some of these I might use/did use in fics, but others are just there)

1. Huxley had a bunny growing up. It was potty-trained and very curious about all the flowers his moms' and him would bring into the house. They had to keep the lilies locked away in a different room, to make sure the bunny didn't eat any of them.

2. Babe got a stick and poke tattoo of an outline of a wolf on the lower part of their thigh, as a teen. It wasn't the best, and it's pretty much faded now, but they remember how upset their mom was about it when she found out. They forgot that they couldn't wear shorts or else she'd see.

3. Babe also used to go explore abandoned buildings when they were younger. They mostly went to this one building that used to be an old gristmill, but stopped going there when the roof collapsed after a bad storm. They did it to escape to a place where it was quiet, but sometimes they'd bring a friend along to go exploring. They have a bunch of printed photos from those times.

4. Asher likes to joke with Darlin' that they should serenade Sam by playing "Your Man" by Josh Turner. (baby lock them doors and turn the lights down low-)

5. Smartass was in love with horses as a kid, and would ask for a horse/pony every birthday growing up (they never got one). But they used to collect horse figurines, and still have them in a box somewhere.

6. Asset's favorite board game as a kid was "Chutes and Ladders".

7. For a year or two, David was a social toddler, but at the end of preschool he started to get really shy (nobody really knew why). The only time he seemed to open up was when Asher was around, but was never as social as he once was.

8. Christian likes to go zip-lining and he and Amanda once went on a date to one of those zip-lining and ropes courses.

9. Amanda had braces as a kid, and in her early teens, but she got them off before she headed into high school. She preferred getting neon pink rubber bands.

10. Sam got the chicken pox as a kid (his Grandma mostly took care of him for that week or so when he was sick), and one of the first good things he realized after he got turned into a vampire was that at least he wouldn't have to worry about shingles (or vaccines in general) anymore.

11. Hush doesn't really care for cheese, but whenever Doc gets something that has gooey cheese, they'll let him do the first cheese pull since he likes seeing how far he can get it to stretch. So far he's managed 16 inches with cheesy bread sticks.

12. Aaron likes Neo-Expressionism art.

13. DAVID AND ANGEL GET A CAT. They originally were going to get one after their honeymoon, but then that didn't happen because life got busy again. David thought getting them a cat might be a good [insert holiday] gift, and the two of them could go pick out one at the humane society. But then one day David found a kitten on the street as he was walking by with Milo. The kitten just waddled right up to the two of them and actually seemed to like David. So he takes it home, especially because if Milo were to take it, Aggro would have a problem sharing his people (someone made a headcanon of that awhile ago and I AGREE. Aggro doesn't like to share. He wants to be the one and only best boy. I'll have to find it later. Shout out to whoever thought of it.) And voila. They have a cute little kitten now and are cat parents :D (I have a draft of this storyline, i just haven't finished it)

14. Treasure is really into bats and has been since they were a kid. Their family would always buy them bat stuff as a kid and into adulthood, so they have a lot bat themed things. They also have an old 3rd-grade informative essay, explaining different types of bats, hidden away in a folder. They wanted to be a zookeeper as a kid, specifically so they could take care of the fruit bat exhibit. Porter thought it was ironically funny when he first was invited to their home and the amount of things related to bats (and in correlation, vampires) that they owned.

15. Lovely plays the Sims A LOT (they like to build houses or other buildings the most).

Before Sam, Darlin’ bit their nails down to nubs. Not even for any reason other than they hate long nails, except their claws. Now they love sitting on the couch with him gently and absentmindedly scratching his back while watching tv.

Sam loves painting Darlin’s fingernails.

Guy, who grew up watching Suite Life of Zach and Cody, makes the “Honey, you mist auburn big time joke” anytime Honey says they missed something. (Yes I’m older than most of you, shup! 🤣)

Honey hates scary movies. It is one of the few times they are touchy on Guy with zero prompting. Burying their face in his neck or chest, holding his hand, if it’s really scary, sitting in his lap while he plays with their hair.

Hux and Lasko binge and rewatch The Legend of Vox Machina after each season finale together. Sometimes Damien, FL, & Gavin join them, but they have thrown Gavin and Damian out for making too many sus jokes and asking questions every few minutes.

The first time Caelum tried ice cream, he did a little dance.

Porter likes old crooner & jazz music. (Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong, Sinatra, Bing Crosby, & Sammy Davis JR.)

Lasko’s first celebrity crush was Audrey Hepburn.

Milo was Smartass’ ex that was magical. They ended the relationship amicably.

Aaron has had a ring for Smartass for months.

Baabe has written a few books, but is too scared to show them to anyone.

When David, Asher, and Milo were younger they rode their bikes through town and Asher crashed, leaving a pretty good gash on his leg. Someone ran over to them and healed him. None of them remember who it was, Sam does, but he doesn’t need another reason for them to call him grandpa.

Redacted Characters as Things My Partner & I Do - Part 2

✩ Damien writes Huxley love letters in French because, for some unknowable reason, it feels less embarrassing than writing them in English.

✩ Baabe pulls the “I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed” card every time Asher comes home with a Red Bull.

✩ Lasko talks so much on a regular day-to-day basis that whenever he stops talking for longer than 15-ish minutes, Dear is immediately concerned that he's upset or something is wrong.

✩ Before they moved in together, Sweetheart would ask if they could steal Aggro every time they came over - the answer was always no.

✩ Honey has threatened to leave Guy on the side of the road if he said “skibidi” one more time.

✩ Cutie rarely understands the weird songs Geordi gets stuck in his head and inevitably remixes with something else, but at least he's having a good time.

✩ Darlin tries to categorize Sam's sayings / phrases as either southern, old, or just a him thing - he will dispute their ruling no matter what.

✩ David covers Angel's eyes during the especially gorey parts of horror movies but still laughs when they get scared.

✩ Gavin stares at Freelancer any chance he gets, just memorizing every detail about them and smiling to himself.

✩ Aaron will tickle Smartass's sides then get offended when they do it back.

Whenever Lasko sees anyone smoking/vaping or smells the smoke from it, there’s always a very clear frown on his face since he doesn’t like it when people smoke. Like a full on :C. He’d also always blow the smoke away or put the cigarette (if they were using a cigarette) out with his magic. (rip stoner Hux😔)

During their childhood, Elliott used to change his wardrobe whenever Aaron did to resemble his older brother’s. Aaron noticed this quite quickly and got really annoyed at first, but then he grew to find it very endearing and made sure to tell Elliott what he would wear when going out so he could prepare something similar to it.

Whenever Asher is driving or when he’s in a car and they pass a traffic light as it turns yellow, he hits the ceiling of the car. It’s a tradition he and his sister did when they ere younger and if you hit the ceiling of the car when passing a traffic light that’s turning yellow, you’d get an extra day added to your life, but if you do that when the light doesn’t turn yellow you get a day taken from your life. He then passed it on to the pack and they like to do it as a challenge for who can hit the ceiling first.

Huxley has a rock collection of rocks he either got while on vacation, on a walk, or just because he thought they looked cool. He used to just have it on the side of his desk, but now it has grown so much it has a dedicated corner somewhere in his house. He also has a rock with foundation on it. No, there’s no context. Just an oval rock with foundation on it.

Guy has a scar in the space between his thumb and index finger from a butter knife. He was washing the dishes one time and accidentally cut himself there with a butter knife he was holding. And now he was beef with butter knives and has put a little >:( on the handle of the knife that cut him.

Geordi has a little rubber duck on the front of the inside of his car. That’s it, he just has it. He doesn’t know where it came from, but it’s just there now. He calls it “Bartholomew Barbecue Barsalona Barbra Barbara Baraba the lll, barbaric barber bearing the botanic plague”

For the last day of the school year, Dear makes all sort of baked goods and gives them to their classes as a treat for making a whole year. They make sure to have specific treats for students that had dietary needs and saves some for the D.A.M.N. Crew.
