💗 Angel buys David flowers FREQUENTLY. It stuck with them that they were the first to get him flowers—Plus, the look on his face when he sees the new cluster each time? Bro is just “-////-”

🍇 Asher is. Too good at Guitar hero. Also his go-to song for it is Yellow hy Coldplay :)) Basic (..?) but a classic

🦋 I love to make parallels between Sunshine and Bestie, so. They shop(ped) at the same thrift store for aesthetic little candles. Sunshines decorates their room with it, Bestie uses them for shrines and Altars!

💝 Angel has been cheated on before—More than once too. They had just expected that to be a definite end for all of their relationships. They’d live it up with someone until they felt that feeling in their gut. Untik they met David. And even though things were a bit questionable to begin with, Angels insecurity left. And they never doubted their mates loyalty. Though early on they definitely had a fight abt trust and that. Thats was a tough one.

handholding headcanons 🤲

slight insinuation of mature themes in milo & porter's sections, but nothing explicit!

— freelancer often holds hands with each person within the damn squad, including coworker/dear.

-> they find that huxley’s hand is the biggest and gentlest, damien’s hand is the warmest and most tense, lasko’s hand is often the one with the most prevalent veins, gavin’s hand is the smoothest, and coworker’s hand is, well, whatever you make of it <3

— elliott & sunshine would hold hands all the time, even before getting together. it added to their ‘will they won’t they’ experience very much (and both of them often thought about it in a totally platonic way).

— avior has a tendency to hold starlight’s hand with both hands when he’s telling them things that’re important to him.

— darlin’, asher, and angel have all held hands with david at some point. they all say it feels different ways.

-> darlin’ describes it as if a dad was holding your hand out of necessity instead of want. asher says it’s tense but sweet. angel says it’s nothing but gentle (if not a tiny bit clingy).

— sam has the tendency to run his fingers over darlin’s veins. he says it’s habit more than anything else.

— after the first time, hush now finds that the warmth of doc’s hand is preferred over the absence of sensation. he tells them it’s something he’s unused to, but fond of.

— blake’s handholding has never been gentle, even way back when. he holds with possession instead of guidance. he also always interlocks his fingers with bestie’s. -> even so, whenever they mention to him that his grip is too tight, he loosens it- but only just.

— geordi, after being physically away from cutie for certain amounts of time and then seeing them for checkups, tends to wonder if they might get the chance to hold hands during such checkups. they never do, but his gaze tends to linger at their fidgeting hands often.

— guy, even in his chaos and all, will always kiss honey’s knuckles without fail when they hold hands. every. single. time.

— milo never fails to hold sweetheart’s hand during private and/or intimate times, although as much as he insists to it, it’s mainly because he likes to know they’re there and they’re safe. sweetheart finds it quite, ironically, sweet.

— morgan wears jewelry on his fingers, and talks with his hands. there's been times where he'll softly grasp obscura's hands for emphasis on his talking points, and will only notice that they've been holding hands for longer than intended after it's pointed out to him. (he notices beforehand, actually. he simply likes holding their hands. not that he'd admit such)

— porter's touch is very restrained, with lack of better term. he'll brush fingers over treasure's knuckles and fingertips without holding. he teases their skin with intent to hold but without action to do so. treasure wonders if it's too intimate for him to bear.

Freelancer is the type to throw one year friend anniversary surprises everyone in the D.A.M.N crew (Huxley and caelum both cried )

ANGST HEADCANNONS BECAUSE I COOKED WITH THESE I FEAR

Huxley who got bullied in highschool for liking flowers and making flower crowns which led him into a mindset of toxic masculinity which he practically carried throughout highschool and only started getting out of that mindset after moving to study at DAMN.

17 year old Lasko who constantly went to Jessica for advice, to the point where they started developing a mother-son dynamic of their own, and after the Inversion, while Damien and Huxley had their own mothers to reunite with, Jessica showed up to check on Lasko.

Damien who got his cooking skills from wanting to help out his mom after his dad left and can still remember some of her recipes by heart, which makes him wonder when they'll reconnect again whenever he makes them.

Guy who works at Max's Rustic Pizza because Max is actually a close friend of his parents and allowed him to stay and earn for a living seeing as his parents were almost too lazy to raise him almost his entire life.

Aggro being a rescue cat with one eye that Milo took in when he was in highschool and hid from his parents until they found out, to which his dad reacted negatively and tried to send him back to a shelter, only for Aggro to find his way back and sneak back in through Milo's window.

Ollie and Geordi as cousins and when Geordi came out and majority of his family reacted negatively about it, Ollie was one of the few who comforted him, but they drifted apart after Geordi got into his first relationship (*cough* Ben *cough*).

Child Aaron who always developed a routine whenever his parents would argue, of locating Elliott and taking him to his room, where he would lock the door and keep him distracted/entertained as much as possible.

baaabe who traces their finger across asher’s scar when he’s asleep, remembering how close they were to losing him

freelancer who forgot about caelum, but still feels an oddly paternal instinct around children that look like him, they don’t get why. (we get why)

damien who had major internalized homophobia in high school, sneering and even arguing with some of the openly gay people in his classes. he still lays awake at night thinking of all the bullshit he spewed at them.

morgan whose first vision was the death of his cat, oreo. he cried for days.

angel who fell into a depressive rut after that fight with david, they had gotten so good at hiding them that the only difference you’d be able to spot was that they would stop eating unless someone made them, david stepped up for that role.

sweetheart who wanted to be an actor but their family forced them to work in the department, they silently envy milo since he was able to choose his own path

darlin who used to have the most amazing hair but quinn told them to buzz it, so they did. it’s just now getting back to the length it was before. hair holds memory ‘n all.
