OK this will be an extremely long ask i am sorry. i love radford

i havent sent an ask to people in years but i am one of the radford fans of all time and demonic possession is a fun concept to me, so the idea of gadreel possessing him specifically makes me INSANE

i just think itd work extremely well. radford doesnt take anything seriously and doesnt understand boundaries, but he always puts his concern for others first and his well-being last. he annoys father gregor and compares him to priests hes seen in the movies, and he does spray holy water + offer free candy against kevins wishes, but he also warns rick about the trouble he could get himself into when not giving the right movie tickets, and helps kevin with his job with no pay in mind. hes annoying, but his heart is in the right place

but gadreel is the Ultimate Prankster. him trying to imitate radford would backfire Hard, because gadreels idea of fun is,, More Extreme. he allows kids to enter adult films, he steals candy and says its fine since hes friends with kevin, he tells his friends and brother to break the rules and disrespect authority, etc etc. im unsure what gadreels motives are other than to ruin everyones day, but hes doing a damn good job at it. all the blame is going to radford, and honestly, its just So Easy to blame him for it

i imagine it takes a while for most people to figure out that somethings wrong with radford. he does what he wants freely, wherever and whenever, so these mistakes could be rationalized by him having an off-day. i assume rad would look extremely tired after a days long session of gadreel torturing him (because he loves pushing the human body. bill cipher behavior). but i think what makes everyone truly concerned is when "radford" starts involving Others in his antics

it isnt like rad to encourage bad behavior. he would never tell rick to swap the prices of two items at his new job, or tell robert the best blind spots to steal from stores, or forcing kevin to take his anger out on someones property. the radford everyone knows is ditzy, but kindhearted. if theres trouble, radford would be the only perpetrator

and god, imagine how much worse it gets if "radford" gets in trouble with the police. john would be frustrated seeing his own nephew be so careless and cruel all of a sudden. itd probably even make him spiral and assume the cult had something to do with it, and that john and his family arent safe like he thought. and i think gadreel relishes in that knowledge

im also so curious as to how gadreel and radford met and how long the possession lasted, maybe it was a week? in my head, he came to radford in the form of a snake before revealing his true self and attacking, leaving no time for rad to fully process it and run away. i also assume skid and pump will have some involvement, and pumps eyes turning blue will be a clear sign that "radford" is associated with a demonic entity, or Is one. either way i love gadreels character being a "twisted" version of radfords if that makes sense

yes i imagine the possession lasted about a week, week and a half. Gadreel can't feel pain (at least Radfords pain i mean, he has a higher pain tolerance, as a demon yknow) so he could very well accidentally snap a bone as Radford and not even notice. What im saying is Rad is hospitalized afterwards

after all my hard and awesome and super cool work and effort these past few days, it's time to reward myself on the one day i don't have to go to class... with an ARCADE DAY!!!! been really looking forward to this day to finally grind out my favorite arcade rhythm games, though i almost ended up cancelling my plans due to the rain and none of my family being willing to take me there... but thanks to me accidentally making my mom scold my sister, she took me there and i had the time of my LIFE!!!

struggling to figure out what i wanted to try first, i decided i wanted to grind out some PIU and hopefully regain my Intermediate Lv.10 title that i lost in the switch from XX to Phoenix. i tried looking up the requirements for the title on the website, but they're measured by this weird points/rating system for individual levels that i genuinely can't figure out?? ah well, no matter. if i play enough of the specified level, maybe i'll reach that point threshold soon enough! and so i did... very exhausting...

got tired pretty quickly and failed out of a D19 (MATADOR) at the very last hold, so i moved on to IIDX to get a bit of practice in for my hands while i waited for maya to come online and give me my new list of charts to clear!! first set went alright, i guess, and i even finally unlocked camellia's beach side bunny remix!!

while i waited, i switched over to some DDR and tried regaining my 14 clear lamp, which went alright! i got the clears, but i also got green FCs with them... more preemptive progress for my future goal of getting the 14 green lamp someday... (ohyeah also, kilonova ESP-17 extra stage clear!! exhausting but really fun chart...)

found a free credit in the chunithm cab and eated it (hoping to get the elusive SS rank on Shukusei Shinpan...) only to FAIL AGAIN AUGHHH JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN ONE MIL (ah well, at least i still have until i get onto my card again :]

moved back to DDR to try reclaiming my 15 clear lamp this time, but then i decided to give Ichizu a few tries when all of a sudden... i got THIS.

A BLACK FLAG. ON ICHIZU. AN EVIL AND BRUTAL 15 WITH A BAJILLION 16THS. AUGHHH AND IT WAS A RANDOM CHOKE IN THE FIRST 30 NOTES AS WELLLLL

i tried running it back several times (at least 10 times) in hopes of somehow getting the PFC on another try since i was so close, but it simply wasn't meant to be... i got some really good PFCs up to 300 combo twice, but the fatigue started kicking in and i couldn't play for much longer as i was starting to suffer from a massive headache...

i DID see a friend later that day who tried cheering me on through my failed attempts, so we played a fun set before i finished for the day where i nabbed some pretty good scores that i didn't think i could do!! (melody H4CKER is such a banger song oh my fucking god)

maya finally came online and gave me a list of 10s to try during my set, so i did just that and tried playing with a massive headache going on... big mistake. didn't clear any new 10s and only got AAs on some other charts before i decided that was enough gaming for today and went home... (that HARD BRAIN was cracked AF tho)

Sunny hadn’t always been afraid of the animatronics. It just seemed as if one day he suddenly became terrified of them. As always, their parents did nothing about this. Didn’t care at all. It’s always Mari who has to comfort him, who has to get him up for school, who has to feed him, who has to keep track of him.

Mari squirms in excitement under the bed, finally having heard the tell-tale sound of feet scuffing across the floor. She secures her Foxy mask to her face again, getting ready to pounce. Wait for it, wait for it…

“AUGHHH!!” Mari jumps out and screams at Sunny. Immediately, he clutches his stupid little Fredbear closer to his chest and bursts into tears.

It was a little like aloe on the fire of Mari’s rage. Yeah, she wasn’t powerless. Look at that stupid kid, who thinks he has the right to be so sensitive. He always has it so easy. He has no idea what it’s really like.

She laughs mercilessly at him as he sobs into his plushie. It’s always Mari who has to comfort him, who has to make him shut up.

She takes off the mask, holding it by the straps. “Oh, come on.” She eventually says when the crying starts to make an uncomfortable twinge grow in her heart.

“Don’t be afraid, Sunny,” Mari rolls her eyes, tugging him into a hug. “It’s not as scary as you think.”

Not her fault he was so easy to scare. Really, he should be thanking her. Not just for being the only actual parent around, but for making him stronger. He’ll never survive in this world so soft. Mari never had the luxury of being that soft - why should he?

Fredbear’s Family Diner was like a second home to Mari. That was not a good thing whatsoever.

It was home in the way you resent that familiar spot of mold in the bathroom, home as in the cold locked door to Father’s study, home like crying and unwashed sheets, home like walking past a step on the stair and seeing the blood stain where you cut your foot on a nail that never really washed out. Horrible things, even delightful things, all becoming so familiar it’s just a place that exists and holds you within it. A place you will never escape.

Sunny’s been hiding for his whole stupid birthday party.

Father insisted on it, no matter what Mari said. He’s not even here. He didn’t care at all when Mari kept saying Sunny wouldn’t like it, that it’d be pointless, that he’d cry the whole time, that he was scared. Just got mad at her, acting like he knows everything. And of course, he couldn’t even bother to fucking show up. Not even watch over all these kids. No, that was Mari’s job. Like always.

There’s a new Spaceboy movie out. Her friends even got her a ticket. She’s had to skip it for this. This loud, greasy, obnoxious hell. She will smile today if it kills her. It’s a miracle she got some of her friends to come along.

“Why’s he so afraid of them, anyway?” Hero asks. Thank God for Hero, always by her side.

“No idea. He won’t talk about it. Just decided to be a coward one day, I guess. Maybe at least this’ll put an end to it. Now, put on that Bonnie mask, boy!”

Hero laughs, doing as he’s told. He’d been hesitant at first, but Mari has always been able to drag him into anything. Oh, she can’t wait!

Sunny’s always been so easy for her to pick up. She nuzzles her face to his crying cheek. “Awww, is baby scared? Don’t worry! Big sister Mari is always here! Oh, I know what’ll make you feel better… a visit to your very best friend!”

“Oh, what’s that? I think the little guy said he wants to give Fredbear a big ole kiss!”

Mari laughs, holding Sunny’s squirming, sobbing body. “Don’t be afraid, Sunny,” she says, placing him inside Fredbear’s gaping mouth. “It’s not as scary as you think!”

God, Mari hates this place. She stands stock still, barely breathing, blood frozen in her racing heart.

“Ballora, no, no,” says the voice. Achingly, terrifyingly familiar. “She’s a friend! She’s helping us! She’s going to get us out of here, she’s not like the others.”

It feels a little like home, this hell, dark and rancid and tense. Blueprints and dust, cold locks, hiding under a desk and waiting patiently for the tell-tale shuffle of inhuman feet. Shocks and eyes following her home.

“Yes, that’s it, that’s it,” encourages the voice. He had always sounded so distant, in a way, so stone-faced, except when he was crying. Crying and crying and crying and c- “Let her pass. She’s our friend.”

The mass of weirdly wet sounding wires slowly dances away. She can’t see in the dark, only guided by the voice she’d follow into Hell. Mari could cry. That’s the thing, she supposes. They’d both always been crybabies.

“She is right behind you, but she won’t follow. She is afraid,” whispers the voice. “The scooping room is right in front of you.”

Mari had sometimes hallucinated and dreamt of that voice. Had ever since the party. She’d wander the hall aimlessly, hearing far off crying and pleading. Never could find the source. She’d do anything to hug him again.

She walks forward steady, fast, silent, and opens the door. Something feels wrong. But something feels wrong constantly, so she just breathes through it.

It’s a little brighter here, but not by much. Dim light glints off the scooper, rust like dried blood on its edges. The door closes behind her with a damning thud.

“Don’t be afraid, Mari,” she whispers to herself, an empty, desperate comfort. She doesn’t notice the wires wrapping around her arms and legs, prepared to squeeze tight at a moment’s notice. “It’s not as scary as you think.”

It was So. Augh. I can't put it into words akdhqkdbn. How they shared stories about baking pies. How Sniper was flustered but also accepting Medic's flirts. The whole story of Sniper and his repression being equated with his experience as a kid and his dad calling him greedy for wanting pie???? Medic wanting to kiss is SO BADLY but restraining himself bc he doesn't want to make Sniper uncomfortable. But then Medic inciting the chase with the flour??? And Sniper feeling genuinely comfortable and letting himself have this fun??? AUGHHH TABLE SLAMMING this scene made me smile like a goofy, hyperactive child in a candy-store

Just??? The way you make these scenes so natural are Too Good <3 I'm seriously looking forward to the consequences of the failed uber (Medic may have pushed a littleeee too much this time uh oooh and Sniper is sooo gonna beat himself up over being this unprofessional on the battlefield)

it seemed nothing could go right

first thing, he was late to classes

mostly because of a hold up between the transport and a large villain that he was unable to help take care of, reminding him of his powerlessness

spilling tea first thing and ruining some of the handwritten notes detailing a change in the school system that he was unable to save

then proceeding that with the mountain of papers he needed to grade and having to scold Izuku for shattering a bone - yet again

he loved the boy but Recovery Girl gave him a good tongue lashing for not teaching him better

also kind of a little jab for his still lacking teaching skills, it didn't hurt too much but he clearly had ways to go on the road to improving

coughing up an immense amount of blood, effectively ruining his coat

and keeping him from teaching his afternoon class when he was inevitably sent home from said blood loss

it began to pour and he neglected to check the forecast - he got into a taxi sopping wet

after making sure to leave the driver enough money to get his seats cleaned and for the trip

the cherry on top of this already frustrating day, he finds that the elevator was out of order so that meant he'd have to take the stairs

... he felt about ready to collapse, he was already sneezing and swaying woozily once he entered your apartment

like a gift from above, you descended, like an angel to usher him into a warm bath and dry clothes

sweeping his worries away in the instant he came through the door, Toshinori was whisked away to warm his body

you even put his clothes and towel in the dryer for the heady warmth it gave

cool water for his parched throat and a nice, filling meal waned the blood loss's effects on his tired, tired body

now he sat with you, settled into the couch

all cozy and wrapped up in soft blankets to ward the chill, listening to the rain fall as you lavished him with kisses that made his heart melt and brain spin

the relief he feels resting in your arms is immense and he thank god for blessing him with you

"Aughhh!" Lily yelled, resulting in a very alarmed  Aiden dashing into their kitchen.  

"What? What's wrong?" He asked, concerned.

Lily slammed the pan of what he assumed was chocolate down onto the counter, she had been holed up in their apartment all day and wouldn't tell him why "What are you doing?"

"I'm trying to bake." She said, glaring at the pan.

"Bake what?"

Lily tensed up "Nothing, none of your business!"

Aiden picked up her pink recipe book, looking at the page it was opened on "Heart shaped dark chocolate...I didn't know you had a boyfriend." It's not like he was privy to every aspect of her life but they told each other everything and after Nate she had practically ruled out relationships.

Lily blushed, yanking the book from him "I don't."

"Then who are you making it for?"

Lily crossed her arms looking away from him "Maybe it's for you and you ruined the surprise."

"Me?"

"Yeah, you always get me flowers so why can't I give you something?"

"You cook for me every year and besides I hate dark chocolate."

"Well then maybe it's for me!"

"You hate dark chocolate."

"Ugh! Listen, did you just come in to interrogate me?"

"No, I came in because I was worried, you're the one being difficult."

"Fine! I'm making it for someone happy?"

"Who?"

"Why does it matter?"

Aiden shrugged "I'm just curious."

"Well...don't be!" She turned him around, pushing him out of the kitchen. "Now why don’t you focus on your own love life and leave me alone." Lily huffed walking back into the kitchen, leaving Aiden standing in their living room confused.

As much as it aggravated her to admit Aiden was right, she was trying to make chocolate for someone and that someone was her fellow soldier and sentinel, Kaidan Alenko. It was stupid, they weren't dating and she wasn't even sure he liked her so why she was stressing herself like this she didn't know but she was bad with words and everyone liked getting chocolates on valentines day right?

Lily gasped, what if he had a girlfriend? He hadn't mentioned anything but he was also a private person so he probably wouldn't have anyway. Lily fixed her ponytail "Whatever, if he puts all my good work to waste I'll kill him, asshole." She grumbled as she went back to work. 

Kaidan shuddered "You okay LT?" Ashley asked.

"Yeah, just a sudden chill." He told her, a troubled look on his face.

"You know they often say that happens when someone is talking about you, maybe Lily is the reason?" She teased. Ashley knew about Lily and Kaidan's respective crushes on each other, her only problem was she couldn't tell either of them. Lily was her best friend and if she wanted her to keep it a secret she would and Ashley was no gossip but damn if it wasn't hard.

Kaidan rolled his eyes "Please, she doesn't even like me."

Oh if only he knew "Then why did you drag me, her best friend on to the Citadel just to pick out a gift for her huh?" Kaidan was silent "if you truly believed she didn't like you, any old box of chocolate would do, wouldn't it?"

"Just tell me what kind of flowers she likes."

"Aiden already gets her flowers."

Kaidan sighed "Of course…"

"She likes stuffed animals though.” Ashley informed him.

"You're kidding." Her? Miss shoot up a colony just because they don't have the time to throw a couple gas grenades. She collects stuffed animals? 

Ashley shook her head "Swear on my life, she has quite the collection."

"If you say so." If anyone were to know it’d either be Ashley or Aiden and he certainly wasn’t about to ask him how to win his sister’s heart. 

"Come on, I'll even help you pick one out." Ashley grabbed his wrist and pulled him over to shelves filled to the brim with pink, red and white stuffed toys.

"They're cute but they all have 'I love you' written on them." He said as he put one back on the shelf.

"Well are they wrong?" She pried.

"I'm not answering that." Kaidan picked up a white dog with red hearts all over it "aren't hearts a little...forward?"

"Kaidan."

He looked over at her "Yeah?"

"It's Valentine's Day, that's the whole point." Kaidan was definitely the endearingly awkward type and Lily was just awkward. They'd be a match made in heaven if they'd just knock it off and be honest with each other.

"Success!" Lily cried out collapsing to her knees on the kitchen floor, exhaustion finally washing over her. She had been trapped in her kitchen all morning and afternoon trying to get this chocolate to mold correctly and she finally did. "I'm never fucking making chocolate again." She said as she stood up "so he better enjoy it while he can."

Lily hummed happily as she set the heart shaped candy into a small pink box, wrapping a bow around it, trying to push the thought that Kaidan may not feel the same way to the back of her mind "It's fine, I'll just order a heart shaped pizza and cry alone while Aiden has a nice evening with Liara It's okay." She laughed to herself, aware of how crazy she probably sounded. She hoped that didn’t happen but she stopped being an optimist a long time ago.

Kaidan sat at the table in the mass hall, the stuffed dog he had gotten for Lily laid in front of him, he felt silly as he waited for her to finish getting ready, the rest of the crew was either on dates or at Flux but he had stayed behind to wait for her. Kaidan might have sorta kinda forgot to ask her out on a date so he had to do it last minute when she probably already had one. He was an adult he could handle rejection, it would suck but he’d get over it, he just needed to get it out of the way so he could get over it. Kaidan gently flicked the dog's ear “Hopefully she’ll think you’re cute enough to forget that she hates me.” at least that’s what she liked to tell him, she was aloof one day but flirted with him the next it made no sense, Ashley liked to tease him by saying he didn’t understand women but maybe he just didn’t understand Lily. It’s not that she was all that easy to read.

Lily peaked over at Kaidan from behind the elevator, her hands behind her back holding the pink box containing the chocolate she made for him, he had a present in front of him too, they were the only two left on the ship was it for her? She didn’t want to assume things but she really hoped it was, she had fantasizing all day in between bouts of chocolate related anger. Taking a deep breath and steeling herself she slowly walked over to him “Kaidan?”

He looked up upon hearing his name, breath catching in his throat at the sight of her, he had never seen her in a skirt before and her gorgeous raven black hair was out of its usual tight ponytail and instead tied into a braid laid over her bare shoulders. At the age of thirty-two here he was blushing like a school boy on valentines day because of his CO’s younger sister. When was the last time he was on shore leave? “Lily you...uh...you look beautif-nice! You look very nice…” he said as he stood up to greet her, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. 

Any other time she would’ve teased him but not now, she didn’t feel like it now, it’s not that she wanted a relationship really, she hadn’t for a long time but she didn’t want to have a just sex relationship with him either, ignoring the fact Kaidan wasn’t the type, what she felt for him wasn’t just physical attraction it went deeper and that terrified her. “I uh...I made these for you.” she said, blushing as she handed him the box of candy. 

“You made it?” He asked, surprised as he opened the box.

“Yeah, it’s always a hit or miss with store bought chocolate so I thought i’d give it a try.” she told him as she started tugging on her skirt, the ship suddenly feeling very hot and the more she thought about it the more she realized homemade, heart shaped chocolate may have been too forward.

Kaidan smiled down at her “Thank you Lily, I can’t wait to try them,” he turned around, picking up the dog and holding it out to her “I got you something too, I had heard you liked stuffed animals so…” now it was his turn to blush.

Lily’s face lit up “For me?” she gently took the stuffed down in her hands, looking at it briefly before hugging it to her chest with a smile on her face “I love it, thank you!” Kaidan had never seen her smile, not at him anyway all he got was a smirk at most but not this time, this time she gave him a genuine smile and it was gorgeous. Kaidan didn’t know her history, he didn’t know why she rarely smiled but he wanted to. It’s not like he was big on smiling either but someone like Lily...someone like her deserved to always be happy, to always smile from the bottom of her heart, even if he wasn’t the reason behind it. 

“I know it’s very last minute but if you don’t have a date I would like to take you to dinner.” It had been a long time since he had asked someone on a date, probably before he even enlisted and he hadn’t anticipated doing it again for a long time yet here he was jittery with butterflies in stomach as he asked the woman he had a crush on out on a date. God crush...such a juvenile term for him to use but that was the best way to describe it and for as much as they bickered it was probably a long shot but something deep down told him he’d regret it if he didn’t. 

“I’d love to, I actually didn’t have any plans either.” She was hoping he’d give her some but she wasn’t going to say that out loud. 

Kaidan let out a breath he didn’t know he was holding “Great, that’s uh...great.” he hadn’t planned past this mainly because he hadn’t anticipated her saying yes but before he could trip over his words again Lily took his hand, pulling him along.

“There’s a restaurant I've been wanting to try but I haven’t had anyone to go with.” She said, it was an obvious lie, she could’ve dragged Aiden along but she didn’t because she was holding out hope that she’d be able to go with Kaidan, they weren’t dating, not even a little so to have such hope was silly but she was nothing if not a hopeless romantic, a side of herself she hadn’t seen in a long time. 

“What restaurant?” He asked as he was rather willingly led up the stairs.

“Apollo’s? I don’t remember but it’s named after one of those Greek gods, it’s on the presidium I know that much.”

Kaidan chuckled “I’m sure we’ll find it.”

“I hope so! I’m starving Kaidan, absolutely wasting away as we speak.” she said, her tone over dramatic and dragging her feet as if she was about to pass out on the stairs.

It was rare for her to joke with him like this but he liked it and as much as he was getting his hopes up it had him wanting more nites like this but for now he was going to savor this one. The sound of her giggling, something he didn’t expect to hear from her, the sight of her smile, the one she was only directing at him, the smell of her floral perfume, it was light but so very Lily and most of all, the feeling of his hand in hers. Lily’s hands, like the rest of her, were much smaller than his and they fit together like puzzle pieces. He wasn’t about to be sappy and say they were made for each other, he didn’t know that yet but it sure was a nice thought.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW HARD THIS IS  TO PICK A FICTIONAL UNIVERSE TO LIVE IN AUGHHH because on one hand, like star wars universe?? amazing. i want my own ship so bad.  lord of the rings? i’d literally give half my organs to be a hobbit and literally do nothing but celebrate and eat cheese.  harry potter?? be a wizard are you fucking kidding me of course i want to be a wizard 

i think because my current hyperfixation is star wars im gonna say star wars. but like, exclusively during the prequels, groundhog day style. no empire in my lifetime, no thanks. 

29. morning, afternoon or night?

night, most definitely. im most creative during the hours of like, 11pm to 4 am and there’s something so peaceful about the nighttime- no expectations, no noise, just you and the moon. i’ve always been a night owl too, i swear to god my natural circadian rhythm is 4am-1pm. i’ve always wanted to be a morning person but i’m coming to accept the fact that night is when i thrive. 

HOWEVER

i do have to say that waking up at the crack of dawn and standing outside with a cup of fresh coffee to watch the sunrise does slap. morning air just has a different quality about it.

also I love that at the beginning of the issue we see whirl with the missile launcher thing, and that’s what cd uses at the end here....good bookends. jro is really great about putting stuff in the story that just seems like innocuous filler/fun character building but turns out to ALSO be plot relevant later

AUGH this issue was a rollercoaster, phew...and the emotionally devastating conclusion to this arc is still yet to come! 

I will say that it’s super interesting looking back on this, in the sense that rewind & chromedome are introduced as the first ever gay tf couple, and a few issues after we get told this explicitly, rewind is killed. this doesn't really end up being an issue representation-wise bc literally everyone is gay and there are a bunch of other significant gay characters/relationships later on, AND rewind comes back later 

but still! it’s interesting to think about how, at the time this came out, the phrase/concept ‘bury your gays’ wasn't really something that was talked about a lot (or like, it was, but not as often as nowadays, and not really under the term ‘bury your gays’ iirc), but at the time of publication this would have fallen under that trope (though rewind coming back later negates it imo). I think it would've been tough for this story to come out nowadays due to the backlash that would've occurred from rewind’s initial death (it also makes me wonder if there was any backlash when this DID come out) 

to be clear, this isn't a writing criticism - in fact, the reason this is able to work at all is because of the crazy amount of representation mtmte has. it’s like, youre able to kill off gay characters without it being ‘bury your gays’ if literally all your characters are gay by default, and there are a bunch of significant gay relationships happening - technically speaking, any death in mtmte is bury your gays lmao 

this is a completely disjointed rant but my point is like, if this issue came out in 2020 people would probably be pretty put off by rewind dying (understandably), but in the context of the series as a whole I don't consider this to be bad writing/bad representation/bury your gays 

and like, WERE people really mad about this in 2013? I am curious now, bc I would definitely feel kinda betrayed if I didn't know all the stuff that happens later 

but its pretty nice, because now I'm free to enjoy the writing and be emotionally devastated by rewinds death in a normal way, and not a ‘I'm angry at the writers for killing off one of the only gay characters’ kinda way

molly blood maledicting the spider before yasha even REACTS to it targeting her...taliesin immediately as SOON as Matt says it going "blood maledict obviously" BAWLS

OH caleb keeping the coins he found secret so he can call jester aside and give them to her...even though she was very Spoiled at him and even though he was mad... them both making amends for it...that was very very sweet. two bastards becoming friends? 

in the middle of jesters fun jokey doodles there is one picture of yasha lit up by the lightning and I think that's very sweet #yasha faintly smiling as jester sits with her and shows her her sketchbook........ #amor.........

jester talks about yasha being a protector and feeling safe while she's sitting there and she starts to slip into the same tone as when she talks later about oskar...eyes emoji #sublimating those feelings into straight ones I see...

(also later note seeing pumat a bit later iirc, with yasha for the first time, and someone calls a cool longsword Fine and jester quietly dreamily goes “so is yasha...” Jester..............)
