i thought having a few days to process would help but it has not. next election (if there even is a next election), I cannot do this again.
the democrats are already pointing the finger at literally everyone but themselves, blaming Tim Walz and the “woke AOC progressives” instead of, i don’t know, the absolute nothingburger Kamala had to offer anyone struggling, her right wing border bill and promise to continue building Trump’s wall, the fact she spent two months campaigning with Liz fucking Cheney, daughter of the most despised man in America (arguably more famous for being hated than he is for any of the horrific things he actually did), or the fact that it took until the day before the election for her to cede even the tiniest bit of ground to people upset about the genocides in Gaza and Lebanon (which she only did AFTER she saw that Trump was also going after those people’s votes)
NEVERMIND THE FACT that in early 2024 back when Biden’s campaign was insisting over and over that he was the only person who could beat trump while his own internal polling at the time showed Trump winning FOUR HUNDRED electoral votes. so they were just blatantly lying and knew they were lying the entire time. 400 electoral votes? and you decided to go ahead and run?? are you fucking serious????
they will never learn. they have learned nothing over the last 8 years and 3 presidential races. absolutely nothing. and they NEVER WILL. they cannot and will not change.
i’m getting involved with some local protest groups and looking into my options for volunteering and getting involved in politics at the local level, and i suggest you all do the same.
I voted for Hillary Clinton, I voted for Joe Biden, and I voted for Kamala Harris. I will never vote for a democrat at the federal level ever again. What is the point of voting for the lesser of two evils when they don’t even care if the greater evil wins?

do you think the self-aware boys could be aware of other games you play on the console? this is kind of a silly thought but i got age of calamity when it came out and didn't play much because i was really bad at it. i've been playing totk recently but some self-aware au posts reminded me that i have age of calamity so i popped it back in to try out again (i'm still not great at it). and i just imagined tears getting jealous haha sorry hon i swear i didn't mean anything by it
(not me who plays a ton of indie games on my switch - guys I'm so sorry I just like the silly sushi game)
So as for them being aware of other games, they start off as not knowing much, just knowing that they're there. but after a while they can see the hours played! think the switch timer that shows how much you've played or maybe steam library style, I'm not entirely sure yet
as for your other point - I think their jealousy really depends on what game you're playing, how long you're playing for kinda a mix on the two!
other zelda games could have little/no jealousy or they could actually end up causing a literal fight if those two links met. I actually really need to draw out a relationship chart! cause I've been planning a self aware links meet and I've been stewing over this for a good while <3
say for legend? yeah, he's not going to be jealous of himself - that would be a waste of energy Sky would be a little petty if your totk playtime is higher than his but he gets along well with tears - to the point he'd be willing to share you with him (the same goes for wild/ possibly wars) Twilight wants to work with others - not all of them mind you but time, wild and wind? given the chance he will go out of his way to work with them rather than not and he is the ONLY one who does this - this is not 100% reciprocated with all of those links. (and his allies depend on what console you're on) the others are opportunistic with allies but they don't go out of their way like he does.
other series games? yeah no get them OUT of here they aren't sharing you with them.
in your case though anon?
I think tears would be more than fine with you playing aoc!! he's a little bitter over the fact (in his head) you might prefer the version of him that didn't die but no don't worry he's not that offended Calamity on the other hand? he's going to be a smug little shit. He had more than a bit of an inferiority complex when it comes to the others - aoc kinda flopped compared to other games (4mil copies to totks 20mil (totk sold half of aocs total sales in japan in THREE DAYS)) if you have more hours with him than with wild/tears then he will become more of an ass and get whiny about having your attention on him when he gets out. I also like to hc him as having really bad anxiety which leads to a really clingy yan

Some people look for the most ridiculous reasons to base their hatred... have you seen that? Now Sam didn't create his products because he didn't 'develop the recipe', he just paid for it. Oh, for God's sake 🙄 https://www.tumblr.com/maximumwobblerbanditdonut/744755136698646528/excuse-me-are-you-the-creator-of-your-drinks-the?source=share
Dear Ridiculous Hatred Anon,
That particular blogger, whom I have long suspected (without being able or really caring to substantiate) to be one of the Mordor Sopranos' clone outlet, is particularly hateful towards S.
Like a dog with a bone, that page will obsessively focus on the tiniest details and feel compelled to have an opinion on just about anything you could think of, from hair transplants, to whisky blending, to sweating, to acting, to ghostwriting. Now, that is a mouthful and goes to prove Google research skills do not an intelligent person make. Not as long as you still generously place your commas between subject and verb, in your excruciating phrases.
If this blogger wants to show equanimity and fair play, I suggest to own her reasoning and bravely shout out her dissatisfaction to people like the Rothschilds, who simply bought the mythical Pauillac red wine Château Brane-Mouton and renamed it Château Mouton Rothschild. In 1853. Bottled and sold directly from the property since 1920, just because the Earth continues to turn around the Sun without all the naysayers.
It is one of the greatest red Bordeaux wines on this planet, indeed. But the Rothschilds had no part to play in that mysterious alchemy between soil, sun and water. And the names of its curators, called maîtres de chai, who meticulously take care of the whole process, while known, are never widely publicized.
I suggest you ignore that parochial fuckwit who thinks she is a sophisticated person just because she has access to a keyboard and the Internet. Things are not different when it comes to spirits and S did nothing wrong, this time.
And before she screeches back, let's have a look at this 1996 (an exceptional year, by the way) grand cru classé Mouton Rothschild AOC bottle, bearing the name and signature of the baroness Philippine de Rothschild:
PS: I know a thing or two about wine not only because I lived in France for a good while. I know a thing or two about wine because that was my grandfather's all-consuming passion, by family tradition (they hailed from the Pays Basque, a long and complicated story). An almost teetotaler who produced his own. Go figure.

Slavery is of course an atrocity, one that Daenerys was aware of before her campaign in Slaver’s Bay, but I cannot help but feel that she felt more keenly connected to the cause because of what she went through. At the age of 13, Daenerys was sold to a man at least twice her age, used as a bargaining chip for her brother’s ambition. Viserys, who literally tells her that he’d let the entire khalasar, “all forty thousand men and their horses” rape her if that was what it took to get his army. She was used as no better than a sex slave by her husband at the start of their marriage, and despite the supposed privilege a khaleesi is supposed to have, her quality of life at the start was hardly any better than Irri or Jhiqui’s, both of whom were also used as sex slaves within the khalasar.
Daenerys may not have been a slave in name, did not endure slavery as long as many others had, but she shared a part of their experience for a short, and very traumatizing period of time. It’s no wonder that abolition becomes her cause.
I don't see much wrong with the idea of her feeling more "keenly" that slavery needs to go if she herself has been a slave for however long and for however. For me, it means that it's more passion and real understanding, like when people who lived in the projects here in the U.S. go into NYC tenant housing law as a career. People will advocate for those things that have or continue to have affected them and that doesn't automatically make them self concerned or selfish. Sometimes, as with disabled people and Black people, it is often the only advocation you're gonna get--within the specific context of modern activism. The same people--not all, but often they more often come from marginalized groups--will also try to advocate or support LGBTQIA/queer people, children's rights, abortion rights, feminist projects, etc. even if they are not women or queer themselves bc right is right and wrong is wrong. Because there's a lot of connections and humans fight for or focus on stuff that affects them. We can't fight for some out-of-Earth cause we have no real experience or familiarity with, after all. Meanwhile, you got people who look out for number one and scrounge for every bit of privilege at the cost of others in their socialized group (ahem, Clarence Thomas and AOC).
So, I agree with you but it's also that Dany has a heart, just her herself. There is a direct correlation to self advocacy and advocacy/revolution, they can never be truly separated.

Katy Perry General Reading
This reading is for entertainment purposes only. Please take everything with a grain of salt. Enjoy!
Career: Judgement (R) + Sun + 4oP + 2oS (R) = Self doubt. Wondering where her career goes from here. Missed opportunities. Overly critical about herself. Despite this, she tries to stay optimistic. She's trying to hold onto her security and image. I will say the last album of Katy's I heard was Smile. I thought the album was good like Cry About It Later, Smile, Harleys in Hawaii, and Tucked (MV was a trip) were played on repeat.
Like I was saying she's trying to protect her brand and legacy. 2oS (R) "choices with no winner, stressful decisions". Time to make tough choices for her career. Retire early? She hasn't sold her catalogue, I wonder if that's been brought up.
Love Life: I remember Jesse McCartney had a huge crush on Katy. I think he used a picture of her in his How Do You Sleep music video.
10oC + Devil (R) + AoC (R) = 10oC is pretty powerful and it's surprising to see AoC (R) so with 10 its all about happiness, harmony, and emotional fulfillment, all the opposite for AoC (R). Basically they may hit a bump every once in a while which is common since they've been together for a long time. Also I like that they're just engaged and haven't gotten married yet. Devil (R) is also good. Breaking from from unhealthy patterns, toxic behaviors, and just trying to do better. I recall blind items about Orlando allegedly cheating while she was pregnant, now I don't know if that's true but I remember reading that a few years ago.
Does she regret working w/ Dr. Luke: No, she doesn't regret it. I won't dwell more into this.
How does her label feel about her: PoW (Up and R) = On one hand they see her as a creative indivisual, someone who brings a lot of ideas to the table, but there's frustration, impatience, and missed opprotunites. As we know, not a lot of labels allow their artist the freedom they need so...I know she was a Christian singer (I don't know if she's put out a Christian album) this could have been a rejected idea. Also I don't know who manages her, but she might need some new people on her team. This was suppose to be her comeback and as far as I know its been going downhill and that's coming from someone who hasn't heard the new music.
(This gif is from the Tucked MV)

Genuinely we need to start killing politicians. Or at least dragging them out of their homes and beating them in the streets.
This is not a situation we can vote ourselves out of. The boycotts are a good start in that they target the root of the evil, that being the love of money, but by and large the protesting is not going to break down senators and senior officials who have already sold you out for cash. All of those celebrities at the met gala heard all that trash talk from thousands of protestors and...kept walking.
94% of Congress is controlled by AIPAC. 94% of your government's legislative body answers to the whims of a genocidal settler colony.
Your representatives come packaged with an AIPAC babysitter and AIPAC will always, always have more money than you. Even those who don't take AIPAC money like AOC and Bernie Sanders still openly endorse Joe Biden, their biggest recipient and a segregationist with a history of bloodshed. They are worse than useless to us at this point and only serve to try and drag us back to liberalism with the harebrained idea that you are always on the backfoot, and must make compromises to get what you want, which is how we're being told to vote for the "less evil genocidaire" in 2024. Discard them.
We are only on the backfoot because we keep playing by rules that don't apply to the ruling class. They think you have no power, but you do--but unfortunately, it is going to require using your fists, because they will never listen to your voice.
I am not suggesting you get arrested and detained for life trying to beat Ritchie Torres with a brick. I am suggesting organizing. Physical direct action on the same level as internet-driven boycotts. Akku Yadav these evil motherfuckers.

Is "committing to radical change" a viable way to STAY elected? I'm asking in all sincerity, because I haven't researched it at all. But judging from the level of political knowledge I see around me, it sounds like a good way to get elected for one term, then dumped when your single vote in a 435-person House doesn't actually accomplish all that much. The people demanding radical change don't seem to have much patience for anything gradual - if you don't fix everything NOW, then you've sold out. AOC's done better, but she's also kinda assimilated enough to have a voice with the leadership.
also while we're at it, "progressive" doesn't mean anything and doesn't describe any specific ideology and is a cop out term for people who want leftists to vote for them while not losing out on corporate and further right support. meaningless catch all terms for ideologies that exist to appease rich donors result in people like john fetterman getting elected on vague promises.
it has been shown time and time again that committing to actual radical change and standing by it is the way forward and actually a viable way to get elected, making empty promises using vague words that sound radical and then slowly assimilating into the establishment has yet to result in meaningful change

@justgleekout replied to your post “Okay, so, since I am actually liking Persona 5...”:
my duo lingo knowledge would not be strong enough, good luck soldier! 🫡
Welp Anne, the game is entirely in Japanese. There are no language settings. I was super confused, cause I did some DuckDuckGo'ing and I saw many posts going "Yeah it should work out :D" and even Nintendo's official website said that "games defaults to your console's language :D".
Like, I own a shit ton of GERMAN cartridges, since they're sold here as well, and they don't play the games in German (thank God, I'd rather have Japanese).
So I was like 🫠
Till I found some GameFAQ posts where it basically said that if a game has an English version (which AoC does), then it can be played on English with a Japanese cartridge bUT there are a few exceptions.
GUESS WHICH GAME IS AN EXCEPTION TO THE RULE? AGE OF CALAMITY.
The GameFAQ users also said that the best way to check it is to check out the Japanese's eShop's language options and...
Yup. That's Japanese only.
Which is so annoying, cause literally all the other Zelda games do support multiple languages on the Japanse version.
BOTW:
TOTK:
SSHD:
REALLY? THE MAJORITY OF NINTENDO GAMES IN JAPAN SUPPORT MULTIPLE LANGUAGES UP TO THE POINT THAT IT'S THE STANDARD (which is why I genuinely had no clue this could happen) AND THIS ONE JUST HAPPENS TO NOT DO SO.
Well, catch me and the Google Translate camera app against Ganon.

What Is Armagnac? Find Out From The Experts
Armagnac is a unique and distinctive kind of brand that has been produced in the Armagnac region in southwest France. While many people don’t actually know this, it is distilled from wine that is most commonly made from a blend of different grapes including Colombard, Baco 22A, Ugni Blanc, and Folle Blanche which is why it is sold amongst other premium spirits.
However, traditionally it is made using column stills as opposed to pot stills which are used in the production of Cognac instead. The resulting spirit is then moved to oak barrels to age before it is released for consumption. Production of Armagnac is overseen by the Bureau National Interprofessional de l’Armagnac, also known as the BNIA, and also the Institut national de l’origine et de la qualité, also known as INAO.
Armagnac was one of the very first areas in France to actually begin distilling French spirits. However, the overall volume of the production is much smaller than the Cognac production. This is why it is not as well known outside of Europe in regard to French liquors.
In addition to this, it is mostly made and sold by small producers whereas Cognac is dominated by many big brands such as Hennessy, Courvoisier, and Martell. In the past, Armagnac has been used for its therapeutic benefits.
Keep reading to learn more about what Armagnac is!
What is Armagnac Made From?
Armagnac is distilled from wine that is most commonly from a blend of grapes such as a blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Baco 22A. Usually, it is only distilled once, as opposed to Cognac which is distilled twice. Armagnac falls into the brandy family of spirits and remains the oldest of its kind in France.
However, where it differs is in the style and character of production. The process of the single distillation of Armagnac gives this pre-aged spirit its final dose of more flavor and character than cognac could ever have. The alcohol levels vary between roughly 50% and 58% at this point in the process.
Some of the producers will then age and dilute to the minimum of 40% fat bottling stage. However, many do prefer the extra few percent. While this may already sound intricate, this is only the beginning of the journey toward creating Armagnac.
Many houses do prefer to distill the different grapes separately which can be incredibly tedious. They then prefer to blend them together after the barrel-aging has occurred. This required an insane level of skill that can only be obtained through decades upon decades of experience.
Where Does It Come From?
Armagnac is essentially “the little guy” when it comes to French spirits. It is produced on tiny farms in Gascony which is in the very heart of the southwest of France. In comparison, Cognac, which is produced only 150 miles to the north with different grapes, on different terroir, has over 10 times more production.
Armagnac vs Brandy- What is the Difference?
Knowing the difference between Armagnac and Brandy isn’t hard. This is because Armagnac is derived from brandy! Armagnac, Cognac, and Whiskey are all brandies made by distillation and then aged in barrels.
In the Anglo-Saxon culture, all three of them are known as brandy. However, this is their only relationship. Armagnac and Cognac are both AOC white wine brand that has been aged in wooden barrels.
They are both produced exclusively in France. In terms of taste and texture, Armagnac has notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and caramel. It is known for its all-around mouthfeel. Brandy on the other hand will change flavors depending on the type of fruit that is used.
Usually, brandy is sweet with a taste of flowers. It is usually quite strong and dark brown in color. While Armagnac is derived from brandy, it is important to remember that it is not actually brandy and will differ in taste. Armagnac is column-distilled which is a process where the alcohol is heated continuously between two vertical columns and then switched over to age in French oak barrels, or casks, for a minimum of one year.
Armagnac vs Cognac
While both of these delicious substances come from France, they have many differences that set them apart. The first big difference is the variety of grapes used to create them. While they are both created from undrinkable wine, Cognac is mainly made up of the Ugni Blanc grape while Armagnac is made from Ugni Blanc and Baco, Folle Blanche, Colombard, and a mix of other grape varieties.
When discussing Armagnac vs Cognac, this is the top thing to remember. Another thing that sets them apart is the distillation process. For example, Cognac usually undergoes two distillation rounds in a pot still. Armagnac on the other hand only goes through the process once in a column still.
Contrary to popular belief, Cognac and Armagnac taste very different, even to the untrained eye (or mouth?). Armagnac tends to come straight up with a strong, rustic, and overly robust flavor. Whereas Cognac is more relaxed and comes through with deeper floral notes.
While they are both most certainly exceptional spirits, it is important to recognize that they are actually very different and deserve to be seen as they are. While they do hail from the same country, there are a lot of similarities there to keep in mind when selecting your drink of choice.
How to Serve Armagnac
There are many different ways for you to enjoy Armagnac. Most commonly, it is thoroughly enjoyed as an after-dinner treat liqueur. After you have finished your meal, you can serve it neat as a form of dessert. It is best to enjoy this smooth beverage at room temperature in a rather small glass, usually 6 to 9 cl.
You should also consider using a glass that has a particularly narrow rim in order to ensure that aromas remain delectable and concentrated. You can also warm the glass in your hand if you want to ensure this. After you have opened a bottle of Armagnac, it will usually last for around 1-2 years.
If it is left any longer than this, the oxidation, although very low, due to air entering the bottle, will begin to greatly alter the taste. When you first open the bottle, you should inhale and breathe through your nose and into the glass. When you exhale into the glass, it will raise the temperature of the Armagnac a little.
In return, it will deliver delicious and complex flavors every single time. Want to know how you can enjoy Armagnac in a cocktail, as an after-dinner beverage, and on the rocks? Keep reading!
Serve in a Cocktail
You can easily enjoy your Armagnac of choice in a cocktail. There are many different ways to do this and many types of cocktails for you to consider. One of the most popular cocktails with Armagnac in it is known as an Armagnac Stinger.
It is made of 60ml Armagnac, 45ml crème de menthe, 1 dash orange bitters, and a sprig of mint.
Armagnac as an After-Dinner Beverage
When we begin to speak of Armagnac as an after-dinner beverage, you usually consume it at the end of a delicious and hearty meal. If you plan to consume it as an after-dinner beverage, you should consume it at room temperature.
It is best served in a small glass with a narrow rim in order to enjoy the concentrated aromas.
Armagnac on the Rocks
Armagnac on the rocks is a delicious yet complex way to enjoy your Armagnac. It can easily be enjoyed neat or served on the rocks for complete enjoyment. Served on the rocks, you get full access to all of the flavors and scents without any interruption.
Characteristics of Armagnac
Armagnac is a complex liqueur that is usually only distilled once when we are speaking traditionally. It is very fragrant and flavorsome which is why so many people adore it as their first choice.
Taste
Armagnac is very well-known for its deep flavor. It combines interesting notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and caramel. It has a very rich mouthfeel. It is aged in French oak barrels that deepen the flavor to completion.
Color
When it comes to the color of Armagnac, it is important to know that the shades of color will change throughout the process. The long aging process in the oak barrels softens the taste and causes the development of more complex flavors. From there, a deep brown color is made.
Smells
The very first smell you will experience with Armagnac is the smell of alcohol. However, after this scent has subsided, you will be greeted by subtle aromas such as wood, vanilla, roasted nuts, and dried fruit.

In The Past 24 Hours...
12:00 EST: Taylor released a new Anti-Hero Remix for 69 cents.
3:00 EST: Ticketmaster canceled the general sale for The Eras Tour less than 24 hours before it was set to start, due to “insufficient ticket inventory.”
In a since-deleted explanation (link to @cages-boxes-hunters-foxes transcript: x), Ticketmaster claimed
Over 3.5 million people registered for the Verified Fan Presale, the largest in history. 1.5 million people were given presale codes, while the remaining 2 million got waitlisted
An “unprecedented” amount of bot attacks led to 3.5 million system requests, 4x their previous peak
2 million tickets were sold in the first day, November 15. Every ticket went to someone with a Verified Fan code, only 15% of users experienced issues, and 90% fewer tickets are posted for resale
Ticketmaster’s chairman also revealed that “14 million people hit the cite, including bots”
Fans pointed out that Ticketmaster chose how many people got access codes had a week to prepare for the demand.
4:18 EST: AOC tweeted about the outrage, calling to break up the Ticketmaster-LiveNation monopoly
(Link to the letter writing campaign in her tweet)
The monoploly has resulted in the majority of stadiums across the United States having an exclusive contract with Ticketmaster. The majority shareholder for Ticketmaster also owns iHeartradio, SiriusXM, and Pandora, making it nearly impossible for artists or customers to not use their “service.” This has allowed Ticketmaster to get away with paying scalpers to buy tickets in order to get a cut from the resale market, along with various other shady business practices.
ROUGHLY 10PM EST: News breaks that Twitter has closed its doors to its employees, causing a mass migration to Tumblr (and widespread glitches).

"When you ride with Donald Trump on damn near everything for four years, I don't think you can be considered a hero."
Remember, Ana Navarro is the RepubliKKKan strategist who, in 2020, said she would vote for a potted plant before she voted for Elizabeth Warren —so does Vote Blue No Matter Who™ only count when it’s a GOP-lite, conservative “Democrat”?
It’s funny how centrists and neoliberals are sO hyped to cape for Liz Cheney, but wouldn’t piss on Bernie Sanders or AOC if they were on fire. Liz Cheney repeats the Republican lie that abortion is “murdering babies after they are born;” Cheney voted against the John Lewis Voting Rights Act; Cheney publicly sold out her own sister and used her wedding to boost her first campaign, against marriage equality; Cheney voted with Trump most of the time; and Cheney cheerfully endorsed the torture of Muslim prisoners at Abu Ghraib.
Jesus Christ. Liz Cheney is NOT a good person.
Not even a little bit.
YES, we can all be happy that Cheney is grinding an axe on Donald Trump. And YES, we can be glad it might finally cause Trump to be held accountable. But that’s where tf it stops. Please stop gassing her up and calling her brave. She isn’t. There is literally a civil war going on inside the Republican Party. Trumpublicans vs the DeSantis wing of the party. Liz simply picked a side. And when November rolls around, she is going to vote for whoever the anti-choice, forced birthers run in the 2022 midterms, and then she will vote Republican in 2024. Because she is still a RepubliKKKan.
