Silco by the end says he loves Jinx and would have never given her up. We’ve all already talked about Jinx and Silco’s parallels and how he sees himself and his struggles in her.

Vander loving and caring but also fearing for Vi because he knew of the things he has done and these two are very similar, particularly how they developed as people. He’s accepted and moved past it but he still feels guilty.

Letting yourself love and accept someone means accepting the fact that you’re capable and deserving of the experience of love and acceptance. Even more so in Arcane because of the parallels between characters and how guilt ridden they are.

+ just how do you show love and adoration to someone so similar to you while turning around and hating yourself, that’s straight hypocrisy.

as much as there are moments where rrr is an incredible fever dream it's the moments of serious emotional tragedy that make it so stand-out. this is a movie about educating, celebrating, and remembering. also sick fight scenes and the power of friendship

no my blood is still boiling like polo killed his best friends sister because he’s a freak with anger issues and couldn’t accept that carla didn’t want to be with him anymore and he feels guilty from that, meanwhile carla helps him cover it up - to protect her family but also because she genuinely does care for him regardless if they’re together or not - and the guilt of that eats at her up as well like they’re almost going through the same thing but somehow she’s the villain here. AND she paid for it more? polo gets his little happy trio with valerio and cayetana and carla is forced into a sexual relationship she doesn’t want to be in (for what would’ve been at least five years if it weren’t for yeray helping her in the end), loses all her friends and even her family, all because of that man. and you guys want to accuse her of trying to rape him. polo would’ve gotten away completely scot free if he hadn’t suddenly developed a backbone and a conscience - because again let’s not forget that he ended up manipulating and guilting other characters into helping him cover it up too, namely ander. and y’all like to villainize carla for covering for him and somehow make it her fault for marina being dead even though she never ever everrrrrr asked him to do that, but cayetana helping him hide the trophy apparently does not make her just as bad as him only because she was his mindless ride or die like y’all are. get the fuck out of here
