Liios (also Gridanian starter) wouldn't really understand the importance of having a chocobo egg stolen because his clan didn't raise livestock. But I'm sure Yukinko's clan had a very small and precious herd of mountain goats or something similar that provided them with fur and milk.

So when the chocobo stable people are like ME CHOCOBO EGG! IT'S STOLEN!!! Yukinko was immediately like yeah ok that sounds serious. They're attacking your means of survival.
