#mayor iceburg #water 7 #i reused on old canvas that i did some textured painting on but didnt think to sand it down before repainting anew (lol)#irl you can see the uneven textures underneath #the pages i used don't have any meaning in particular. i just used some papers that i practiced restorations on #would have been a waste to just store them otherwise... if you look closely you can kind of see where i mended a tear in the page #the iceburg washi is from my friend sugu who sent me a roll of their merch 🤤 i have paulie too and i want to use it in another painting

hey hey hey! i wanted to show y'all some of the details of the acrylic standee that's one of the tier rewards for the Glitches & Glitterglue DCA fanzine! i got permission from our lovely mods to share this!

the standee is double sided with correctly flipped face plates on both sides. sun takes the forefront on one side, and moon is up front on the other! the wire wrapping around them also matches with whichever attendant is in front, so that it makes sense flipping from one side to the other. and if you look really closely at the base, it almost looks like someone wrote something on it with some markers…. :3c

i'm really really proud of how this turned out, and i'm so pumped and AMAZED at this fandom for hitting not only the main goal, but all of the stretch goals so quickly!!! YALL ARE INCREDIBLE

it has been an AMAZING experience getting to work with so many fantastic artists and creators - and our wonderful mods! they put everything together and really made this dream come to life!!!

Begging, clawing, SCREAMING at creators to release more stickers, pins, and patches. I can't afford a 30 dollar T-shirt I won't wear in a year because I have so many other shirt options. I can't afford a 60 dollar hoodie! The few plushies I saw circulating were expensive and snapped up too quickly!!! God, please, just make a shit ton of stickers and let me buy some before it gets "sold out" pleaseeee it's all I can afford!

I hung up my Spy x Family calendar recently and was surprised to realize each page is supposed to cover 2 months and that it uses English for the days of the week. I was fully expecting to see things like 月 and 火 rather than Mon and Tues. I'm still happy with it, but I guess surprises like this are what I get for not taking a closer look at it earlier.

Also, can I just say that I rather like this image? There's a subtle heart in the way the people are positioned that I'm a fan of. I also like that Anya is pulling Loid closer to the rest of them rather than letting him trail behind like he's not really part of the group. I'm very much in the camp that believes that while Twilight meant Forger as in forgery, Anya is going for the other definition of that word and is doing her best to forge them into a real family.
