fin. ... 6/6 ab5042qjq ... Welp, it's finally here. The sixth and final? entry of the main 'I Remember' limited comics. It's been a long and expensive journey since the release of Part 1, but I'm honestly happy to have seen it through to the end ^^ I realize, in many ways, this whole thing's just a glorified OC-insert and crossover, but, at the end of the day this just goes to show how much a series like Tales of Arcadia can mean to a person, how a good story and characters can inspire you and what you can take away from them upon reaching the end. Case in point, when TOA's saga ended with the "Rise of the Titans" movie, I think it's to say the majority, uh... wasn't too happy with how it all concluded, and I'll admit, the desire to create Luke stemmed from a desire to...okay, not exactly "fix" that frown-inducing ending, but, expand upon it in a way so it's at least a little bit less hair-pullingly frustrating; thanks a lot, Guillermo del Toro. xD Speaking of which, Luke's story and this little AU of mine will continue in other formats, but it may be quite some time before he appears in any more comics; hope that's understandable. x}

I want to also give a huge thank you to @muku-gc . When @undeadchestnut disappeared, they really did me a solid by stepping in to draw part six, thank you so SO much, friend ^^ One more, thank you to @roesavalonsigma for allowing me to cameo her special roleplay character, Roes Sigma, who was also something of a cornerstone for Luke, but that's another story ;) I may make a master post providing a link to each comic in order, we'll see. Until then...thanks for sticking with me, means a lot :) ~HSeeker

Arcadiatober 5-6

After things settle in Arcadia, Blinky thought it a good idea to research into the very positions that granted him the human experience. With some help from certain wizards, he managed to recreate the effect lasting twenty for hours given, Trolls day out!

Day- blinky and Aaarrrgghh go about Arcadia, Blinky delights in the local Arcadia news, Aaarrrgghhs just there for the ride as Blinky shows him the wonders of humanity. Cuisine, Sunlight… automobiles. Toby snuck in a nugget Nummy for support for Aaarrrgghhs first day in the sun. ☀️ 

Night- Jim takes the opportunity to takes Draal to his first base ball game and show him the ropes. Just as Draal did with Jim’s Sword.

It's Jim's first birthday after becoming human again! It seems that everyone remembered why Jim was in charge of the kitchen.

JA! It only took me 6 months to finish this JAJJAJAJAJ, it was the bonus day of the jimtober challenge, better late than never.

So, something I should clarify for copyright reasons, 'I Remember' technically (emphasis on that) takes place in the continuity established by "Trollhunters: The Secret History of Trollkind", the comic published by Dark Horse Comics. It's not 100% a complete copy, but it definitely uses said comic and its counterpart 'The Felled' as a baseline. I'd for sure recommend giving them a read if you're interested, they're really solid installments and have the same feel as the books they tie into.

Speaking of which, a HUGE thank you to @itsmergb for allowing me to use their version of Skarlagk the Scorned, theirs is a really great design and take on the character, I'm still shivering with hype ^^

Course, it's thanks to the work of @undeadchestnut that this has been brought to life for our enjoyment, so another big thank you to her as well :)

Trollhunters Headcanons

Jim is able to unhinge his jaw. After Merlin turned him into a half troll, Jim unhinged his jaw every at meal just to unnerve the wizard. This went on for months.

Claire is an eldrich horror and everyone is scared of her to this day. The only ones who somehow don't know - or simply dont care - are Jim and Notenrique.

After becoming a half troll, Jim began making troll-adjacent versions of human food, with Blinky and Notenrique happily being taste testers.

During the nights Barbara was working at the hospital, Jim started teaching Draal about different things humans did in human households.

They had a 'sleepover' the day after the whole Pyrobligst debacle.

Draal and Jim would often compare the differences between human and troll lifestyles.

Toby and Aaarrrgghh helped make Arcadia more troll-friendly after the Eternal Night. Then they made extra upgrades to the town after General Morando attacked and the town found out about Area 49-B.

After making the short film about Captain DJ Kleb, Toby sent it to the Trollhunters in New Jersy for them to watch, since they couldnt be there for the opening night.

Jim purrs. He hates it.

The Trollhunters think otherwise and do their best to make him purr every interaction they have. He purrs the loudest around Claire and Toby.

Aaarrrgghh can regularly be seen with children climing him like a jungle gym.

Jim bullies Blinky relentlessly after the time travel incident. 'Blink, Dictatious was more welcoming than you-'

Jim also has to reassure Aaarrrgghh that they are friends, even now that Jim has seen that side of him. Aaarrrgghh would not let him go for the rest of the day.
