Part of her character to it's core is her incredible patience and care that's why! If you want an evil Moon you'd have to add development or a character trait that isn't there I feel like?

She's also one of the main leads so she's not as free range to interpret as Suns and NSH! We know more about her feelings and who she is as a person.

However.. I mean I can see how you can make an au where Moon is toxic. Sounds like a fun prompt for sure!
