with these two new companions coming up, we’ll get a really nice variety of male companions to choose from: bastian as the young (surprisingly not naive) tired but hopeful mage/spellsword, argonian warden man as this loner wanderer, and now old arcane knowledge mcmerlin redguard man. Nice variety.

and comparing that to the women companions available it really makes it clear how... well... they all cater to your average cishet gamerbro

mirri (almost an exception because she has a wine-aunt personality) the young pretty dunmer lady who worries about you.

isobel the young pretty breton who worships the ground you walk on.

and ember, the young pretty borederline born-sexy-yesterday childish cat lady who also worships the ground you walk on.
