REST. RESET. RESUME. || This month has been super off for me. Finding myself super stressed and even being too hard on myself with my #fitnessjourney and other parts of my life (aka work). 🤦🏻 I had to pause and take a little time off and clear my head and remember to take it easy, be patient, and do the best I can. It's good to look back and see how far I've come in just 9 months and realize that it takes time and I should enjoy the journey more. After taking a breather, I can #refocus with a clearer head..
