[Just a made up scenario from my head]

Buck laid in his bed, arm behind his head, staring at the ceiling. He'd gone to bed 2 hours ago but wasn't even close to falling asleep. Tonight's events, or event to be more accurate, was playing over and over again in his head. Tommy had kissed him.

Tommy had kissed... him.

One minute they were talking and the next minute Tommy's lips were on his. He didn't even know that it was something that he wanted until it happened and then the pieces of puzzle that he didn't know were missing suddenly fit into place. Was that possible? To want something that you didn't even know you wanted?

Since Tommy had returned Buck had felt something; a feeling that he couldn't describe. At first he had thought it was jealousy. Tommy was confident, strong and knew himself. Sure Buck had confidence, too but not like Tommy's. There was always a little insecurity tucked away inside. Tommy didn't have any insecurities. At least none that Buck could see.

And when he came over tonight and they talked about Eddie, and Buck had admitted he was jealous of Tommy spending time with Eddie, Buck thought that maybe it was about his own insecurity regarding someone thinking he wasnt worthy of friendship.

But suddenly Tommy was standing in front of him and looking into his eyes, listening intently to every word Buck was saying. Before he knew it he was admitting he wanted Tommy's attention all along and not in a platonic way.

Bucks fingers grazed his own lips trying to find the missing feeling. He could swear he still tasted Tommy's lips on his. He let out a centering breath to try and calm the bubbling and fizzing feeling in his stomach - a mixture of excited butterflies and nasuating fear.

It was nothing like the excitement first kisses he'd experienced dozens of times before. This was different. And not just because of the stubble.

First kisses always made him a little nervous like most people, but he knew he was an excellent kisser - he'd been told that by multiple women for which his ego thoroughly enjoyed - so the thought of being a bad kisser had never before crossed his mind.

But this time he couldn't help going over in his head trying to remember if he had brushed his teeth after lunch. Could Tommy taste the garlic from the bruiscetta Cap had made? What if he did and he hated it? What if he hated the kiss entirely? Tommy was probably going to forever remember him as the bad kisser with garlic breath. He sighed and shook his head. His phone pinged on his nightstand. He scrunched his eyes at the blinding light as he opened the message.

"Really looking forward to Saturday. T."

He couldn't help but smile as he typed a response. His fingers knew what to say before his brain had made up its mind.

"Me too x"
