Ha-naga

I do find it interesting that the greatest of the nagas, rather than being neutral or being posited as an ancestor or patron to all nagas, is explicitly chaotic evil. Ha-Naga CR 20 CE Aberration This human-headed serpent is enormous, its head the size of an entire human, and its body as long as a caravel. Its scales shimmer in color but default to a pearlescent white.
Ha-nagas are the most powerful and magically gifted of the naga lineages. It is a shame, therefore, that they are universally evil. Every ha-naga is self-absorbed to the point of megalomania, and they respect nothing else besides the gods, and even those only grudgingly. Most ha-nagas like to view themselves as divine incarnations, extinction level events, civilization destroyers, and other over the top entities. They have the power to back these claims up on a practical level. Spirit nagas view ha-nagas with a combination of envy and awe, and most ha-nagas have one or more nests of spirit naga minions.
In combat, a ha-naga would rather avoid violence altogether with its mesmerizing gaze. Most ha-nagas have charmed victims to slow down dedicated enemies with, and they do not hesitate to allow said charmed victims to be slain in its stead. If a ha-naga’s mind-controlled allies turn on it, they merely become additional targets for its spells. Ha-nagas tend to like big flashy spells that deal damage over a wide area, and then focus fire on any healers or fellow casters left standing. If they are allowed the freedom of an open-air location for combat, they take to the skies, flying gracefully like a snake swimming through water. Their slam attack is a grasping loop of their coils, and their stings contain venom that causes flesh to decompose within seconds.
Ha-nagas are enormous, and as such require enormous lairs. Abandoned and ruined cities are a favorite, with the ha-naga nesting inside of a temple complex, coliseum or other monumental building. They are very tactile creatures, and often sleep on mounds of treasure in the way that dragons do. Dragons are the only creatures ha-nagas feel remotely threatened by, and some ha-nagas make a habit of eliminating all of the dragons within a comfortable radius of their lairs (and stealing their hoards) before settling down in a location for good.
A ha-naga is about 100 feet long. Their lifespans are best measured in centuries, and a ha-naga can survive two or three millennia if not slain in combat.

My PC Cooling Upgrades Review - Part 2 [first half] (w/ my paper dolls) [Recorded on Jun 9th, 2023]
Hello, June! Here's Part 2 (first half) of "My PC Cooling Upgrades" (featuring my paper dolls). 🙂
And for this part, its time to install these three upgrade items into my custom PC, and hope it'll work! I'm starting off with the brand new Jonsbo CR-1400 CPU cooler fan (with RGB lighting), then the 80mm 12V cooling fan, and the 4-pin fan splitter. 😁🔧
BUT BEFORE THAT, I GOT SOMETHING TO SAY: ✋🛑
Now, you may aware about what happened to my PC, right? I haven't share the details, weeks ago. So, here it goes.
• You see after my revealing three aforementioned items, I returned to my daily computer basis after my sideline for my family's business. I played an online game (which I won't mention the game) for less than an hour. At 3:00PM while I was the middle of the game progress, my monitor screen goes red while my PC desktop still running. 🔴🖥️😧 I don't know what's happening, so I immediately press & hold the power button to shut down my computer. [1st & 2nd Images] And so, It's only a matter of time before I equip these three hardware items to good use, the next day.
I have another spare detail that I will talk about it, in the "second half".

Project Proposal
For my final major project for my time of this course, I have been moved to create a durational installation piece informed by the dissemination of harrowing images and reports of human suffering in Gaza on social media platforms. This piece will be an effort to highlight what I believe to be the worst humanitarian crisis I have witnessed in my lifetime, and to confront the normalisation of such a crisis by the manner in which these images have been presented to the public on mainstream and social media. This project will be the culmination of my work so far in my continued exploration of alternative methodologies in filmmaking, taking inspiration from my previous work with video collage, montage and narrative short film for emotional effect.
The primary artistic inspiration for this piece is Yoko Ono’s book of instructions for performance art, Grapefruit. In this book, Ono uses the conceptual artistic device of an ‘event score,’ wherein physical art is substituted for written instructions for art in which the reader may create, or rather use the instruction to reflect upon and inspire introspection into their own approach to artistic practice. The concept of event scores has interested me for a long time as an artist, with the device allowing deep personal engagement with the piece and highlighting the power of the human imagination to the audience, inspiring engagement and reflection long after the piece has been experienced.
This piece will take the form of a fifteen minute series of text prompts set to an original score, with montage elements inspired by Sergei Eisenstein’s soviet montage technique for emotional and explicitly political effect. The length is planned as such, with each minute to represent one thousand children lost in the conflict since the October 7th Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel. In the current social media landscape while the atrocities occur in Gaza, graphic and disturbing images have saturated users feeds leading to a dissonance of escapism, performance, and brutal reality; thus risking a depersonalised response from users wherein such images become normalised or to be ignored for the comforting aspects of social media. While many will understandably avoid such images for the sake of how disturbing they may be, I believe that it is essential that the emotional truth of these images is understood, even if not seen directly. Therefore, I believe that regardless of ideology, faith and nationality, the human imagination upon seeing text descriptions of these images and reports has the power to recontextualise these images from wartime casualties to unacceptable cruelty against our fellow men, women and children.
For the installation of this piece, I currently plan to have the audience enter a darkened room with a singular television screen set up in front of a seat; wherein the audience will sit for as long as they feel necessary. The screen will play the series of text prompts and montage on a loop, with the montage being constructed with original footage of my own as well as archive footage collaged for emotional effect. The footage will be shot on an obsolete hi-8 camera that has served me well in past projects, due to the personal connotations many have with the medium in which many family home movies have been produced, such as my own. This is to add another element of reliability and humanisation to a situation that many may feel distant from.
I am remarkably aware of the emotional and cultural sensitivity of this proposed piece and will be consulting those of different faiths and ideologies throughout to ensure that the utmost respect is displayed for anyone affected by this conflict regardless of their relationship to it. I also want to ensure that this project does not financially gain from the topic it aims to illuminate, with the ultimate goal being to help the audience process these images and confront their blind spots on the suffering of others in this humanitarian crisis.

Monster Spotlight: Xiao
CR 2
Chaotic Neutral Tiny Magical Beast
Bestiary 5, pg. 284
Inquisitive, friendly, and flighty, the Xiao are winged monkeys found in Chinese myth on Earth and at the forests surrounding the base of mountains on Golarion. When one thinks ‘flying monkeys with fire powers,’ one can usually land on one of two scenarios: mischievous pyromaniacs, or terrors of the skies that can pick whole villages of people down to the bone. Realistically, any ape or ape-adjacent creature should be treated with completely justifiable caution by people who want to keep all their limbs attached (especially on Golarion, where even seemingly mundane apes can be the herald of something else), but in this extremely specific case, overt caution can slide and anxieties can be put to rest.
Scarcely ever more than a foot tall, Xiao are omnivorous little beasties that nibble on whatever nuts and berries they can get ahold of, but they’re no stranger to catching and eating smaller animals, even catching fish, crabs, and digging up shellfish if needed. However, as Magical Beasts, they possess a bit more intelligence than a common ape, up to and including crafting and using tools to feed themselves, build shelters, and make fire. I find it charming that the book states Xiao are motivated by a love of cuisine and a drive to taste the exotic, being adventurous eaters who rarely ever eat their meals raw, using their 3/day Spark to create small fires to cook their foods over and creating brand new dishes. Endlessly experimental and adorably willing to learn, human civilizations bordering Xiao territory may find the tiny creatures alighting on their windows, watching them cook and learning from them as they do. They can even understand Common!
Infinitely curious of the human creations of flour and sugar, many pantries in forest towns can find themselves raided by the dexterous little apes, their +8 to Disable Device checks usually making short work of whatever locks are in place as they run off with whatever flour sacks and sugar boxes they can carry. I have the image in my head of the little creatures attempting to bake little loaves of bread and sweetened pancakes to varying degrees of success, which is what made me want to introduce everyone to them in the first place. These little buggers are good atmospheric monsters, rather than threats... but don’t think they can’t be threatening. While their CCB attack won’t likely kill anything but a Commoner that’s already been knocked out (their bite deals 1d4-3 damage, their claws 1d3-3), they have Burning Hands 3/day to deal 3d4 Fire damage to everything in a 15ft cone, which can be startling for anyone who sees this tiny pixie-like monkey and expects only painful bites or flung dung.
Don’t forget, however, that Xiao can use tools. This includes weapons if needed; whether created from wood or stone or stolen from homes, Xiao can use their Weapon Finesse feat to give them a shot with whatever they can get their hands on. They have +1d6 Sneak Attack, meaning if they manage to get the drop on someone (like from above), they can do a surprising amount of damage for such a small creature! ... for like, one round anyway. Strike fast to send a message, then fly away.
Xiao aren’t especially dangerous in direct combat, even with their tool use and flaming spell-likes, but those very same fires make them extremely dangerous if offended. With an Int of 7 and a noted tendency to hold grudges, Xiao that are offended, attacked, or who witness members of their colony being mistreated may use their ability to start fires and dart away on their colorful wings (30ft Fly speed!) to cause outbreaks of arson against the offenders and steal away things far more valuable than just food.
Live in peace with them, and they will with you. Some Xiao, in fact, can form close bonds with people who respect them (and share their food) in a manner akin to friends or even siblings. If that person happens to be a caster of 7th level or higher, they can even mystically bond with them to become a Familiar! And suddenly, the world has to be on the lookout of a tiny, highly-intelligent flying monkey with access to scrolls, wands, magic weapons, and Thieves Tools.

Please give your opinion on the homebrew subclasses I made.
I’m very open to feed back. Please tell me what you think and if anything needs changing. If you have any suggestions as to what needs to be changed tell me and I can change it.
 Paladin: oath of the Sun knight
Spells-
• 3rd: Burning hands; faerie fire
• 5th:Continual flame; flaming sphere.
• 9th: Ashardalon’s stride; fireball.
• 13th: summon elemental(fire); fire shield.
• 17th: Wall of light; flame strike.
Chanel divinity @ 3rd lv- you gain these two options with this oath.
1. Burning knight: when you invoke this channel divinity any weapon you are holding and your unarmed strikes are infused with the holy radiance of fire and deal fire damage. Opponent’s must make a saving throw equal to your Constitution stat.
2. Holy radiance: when you invoke this channel divinity you erupt in divine light that reaches out 30 feet. Anyone within 5 feet of you is blinded for 1d4 rounds. You have disadvantage on stealth checks and opponents have disadvantage on attacks directed at you. This effect lasts for 30 minutes.
7th lv- Aura of the blaze: when you invoke this affect you are surrounded by an aura of heat. When an opponent comes into attack they are dealt 2d6 fire damage once they reach 5 feet from you. At 9th level you can add this effect to 3 willing creatures. At 18th level the damage goes up to 7d8 and can lend this aura to 5 willing creatures.
15th lv- solar fury: you can invoke this effect 3 times a day. you are filled with the intensity of the burning sun. Any creature you choose has to make a charisma saving throw or be under the fear condition for 1d4 rounds.
20th lv- The suns dragoon: you become an avatar of holy flame and gain the following benefits.
• resistance to fire damage and The ability to instead of taking radiant damage you gain half of the damage you would have taken as health points.
• You are able to change fire damage to radiant damage.
• You are able to give off heat enough i’m to distort your image. Ranged attacks have disadvantage on you.
Wizard: school of Glyphs.
2nd lv- 1.)ritual servant: Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a Ritual type spell into your spellbook is halved.
2.) Glyph weaver: you may weave a spell into a glyph for later use. You may only use this feature up to the amount of spells you posses. The glyphs cannot be put upon any worn item or living creature. The spell lasts for 1d4+ wizard level days before activating regardless of use. The glyphs can be activated remotely at the casters discretion. The glyphs can be dispelled by enemies.
6th lv- Glyph savvy: at this level you cut the ritual time in half for ritual spells. In addition you gain access to three glyphs that can be used once per long rest. You can only use one of these per day. Each glyph takes 1 hour of writing and it’s own components.
• Forest of respite- components: 5 seeds, a branch, 0.5 pounds of brown dirt, and a three drops of blood. Effect: a small forest Big enough for eight medium sized creatures. The interior bares fruit and is pleasantly warm. It lasts for 6 hours plus wizard level.
• Guardian- components: a bottle of ink, a skull of a small creature, and wolf fur. Effect: a beast emerges from the glyph, taking the symbols that were written and incorporating it into its own body. The beasts form is yours to describe but it is hazy and transparent. It is a cr 5 creature with a 12 ac and 45 (8d8+5) hp. It will only protect you unless directed otherwise. It deals mainly force damage. The guardian lasts 1d4+2 hours. It’s stats for attacking and such are dependent on what form you give it.
• Containment- components: 1 spell slot, 5 gold, and 3 raven feathers. Effect: you trap a person, beast, monster, or otherwise inside of a wall of force. The wall itself is invisible until it is struck, once visible it has glyphs woven into the walls that go back to being invisible. If the trap individual attempts to escape they take 4d6 damage plus your intelligence modifier. The wall lasts 8 hours.
10th lv- Protection of arcane: once per day you can engrave a glyph into your body to gain resistance to magical damage of a specific type. The damage cannot be the following: bludgeoning, slashing, piercing. The glyph lasts until you take a long rest. At 14th level you may add an additional protection glyph. At 18th level you may have 3 protection glyphs.
14th lv- Shield weaver: you can use a bonus action to weave a shield of arcane glyphs. This shields ac is your current ac plus your intelligence modifier. The shield is able to absorb and reflect long range damage dealing spells as well as Block physical attacks. You can use a reaction to send the absorbed spell back at an opponent. The shield lasts for 1 minute.

Quarantine of Colony CR-7-4
Log of Captain Esserth. Captain of the Amathi cruiser Arterrion assigned to the Quarantine of Colony CR-7-4.
Quarantine Day 1:
The Amathi are a cold-dwelling race, this is known. Our thick fur and stout bodies are perfectly adapted to the dwelling of Amath, a small planet far enough away from its small star that temperatures range between bitter-cold and not much better, our summers barely reach temperatures high enough to melt the thick snow that accumulates over the rest of the year, consequently we do not handle the heat well. It is not so much overheating that is the problem, but rather that heat causes our blood to rot, Blood-Rot is a terrible disease whose most debilitating effect is that it can cause the blood of other Amathi to rot. It does not always set in in high temperatures, but when it does it is devastating. In the 7th star system discovered in the CR sector of Amathi space there were three planets within the zone in which temperatures enabled the existence of liquid water. Of those three the 2nd and 3rd planets were deemed too warm for our fragile blood, but the 4th seemed to be well within bounds. We were unaware of the highly variant cycle of CR-7, and after the colony was well established the sudden surge is CR-7′s radiance caused CR-7-4 to bypass that threshold into the territory where Blood-rot can take hold. Amathi were advised to stay indoors as much as possible to keep their core temperature down, but it was not enough, as yesterday a case of Blood-rot was confirmed. In accordance with standard procedure a Quarantine Blockade was immediately established. The population of CR-7-4 numbers 3.4 billion Amathi, protocol states that we are not to allow any ship that enters the blockade or touches down on the surface to leave until there have been no confirmed cases for a period of three months. I have never put much stock in the gods or spirits of Amath, but I find myself praying to them for the protection of the people down below, I know how quickly the Rot can take even the healthiest of Amathi.
Quarantine Day 3:
I have given the order to disable all shuttles from the ship unless authorized by the three ranking officers on board. It was a difficult decision, but necessary. Lieutenant Emfvans came to me last night asking for permission to journey to the surface of CR-7-4. He claimed that he had a wife and two children on the colony, to his credit he was not asking to bring them back thus endangering the crew, but rather expressed his desire to be with his family should the worst come to pass as well as expressed an unwillingness to continue on without them. I told him to speak with me tomorrow as such a decision is not to be made lightly. In this I can say I did not lie, I considered granting his request, but decided that his skill as a communications officer was too great to risk in this manner. Selfish? Perhaps. Merciful? Definitely not. The correct decision? Only time will tell, that being said I have ordered security to keep an eye on him, and ordered medical to be prepared in case I need to order a suicide watch. I pray it does not come to this.
Quarantine Day 7:
My worst fears came to fruition. Initial reports confirm an outbreak, the initial report estimates between one and three hundred Amathi suffering from the Blood-rot, mostly in the poorer sectors. Those initial cases have died. I sent word to Amath.
Quarantine Day 10:
We stopped a trading vessel today. An independent Merchant from Earth-space. I explained that the planet was under Quarantine and for safety reasons no trade could be established by blockade ships. I was expecting a protracted argument, it is well known that Humans are stubborn and stupid creatures so I was pleasantly surprised when are warnings were acknowledged and the trader departed. We received images from the surface of CR-7-4, it was sickening. The infection has skyrocketed, while the disease progresses quickly it seems that every Amathi who dies infects ten before their suffering eases. Approximately four thousand show symptoms, approximately five hundred lie dead.
Quarantine Day 37:
I thought that the number of infected was declining, but the cases have suddenly blossomed again. Lieutenant Emfvans has been increasingly agitated lately, I can hardly blame him. I doubt he is the only Amathi with family on the surface. Amath has ordered us to stand strong. A ship was launched from the surface, they protested that they were all healthy when we ordered them back. They argued that they would remain in low orbit for the requisite three months to prove that they were uninfected. After a discussion with my first mate we decided to allow them to wait out the quarantine in orbit.
Quarantine Day 38:
One of the passengers on the ship we stopped yesterday began exhibiting symptoms of Blood-rot. We know this because the Captain of the ship ordered it to self destruct. We have sent down word to the surface of CR-7-4, no more vessels will be allowed to attempt to wait out the Quarantine in orbit or attempt to escape early by doing so. All ships attempting to leave the surface will be fired upon. Not an hour later I was forced to make good on this threat. Gods have mercy on me.
Quarantine Day 40:
Word came from the surface. Those currently exhibiting symptoms number around 14 thousand, those dead, at least half-again as many. Emfvans was so distraught by the news that he almost missed the signals of ships dropping out of Hyperspace. A battle-group of Earthforce vessels dropped out and hailed us. We explained about the Quarantine and they acknowledged stating they were merely escorting a ship that wished to enter the Quarantine zone. I explained our protocol and the Humans agreed. I suppose the Deathworlders would have nothing to fear from Blood-rot. The squad opened and the vessel that passed by was beautiful, and not at all what I expect from an Earth-vessel. She was pure white except for two large red lines that intersected each other next to her name proudly painted on her side. “E.R.C.M.S. NIGHTINGALE” She passed by silently and headed towards CR-7-4.
Quarantine Day 57:
Horrid news from the surface. The infected rate has climbed to 50 thousand, even worse, three of the confirmed infected are humans. If Deathworlders are susceptible to Blood-rot, then the entire Galaxy could be at risk. I contacted the head of the Earth-force battle group about this. One Commodore Johnson. His response was typical of humans, he claimed that it was a risk, but that it was worth it, he explained that the doctors aboard the Nightingale felt that if whatever caused the Blood-rot was capable of infecting humans it would make it easier to diagnose and develop a treatment because we have more experience treating humans rather than Amathi.
Quarantine Day 78:
The infection continues to spread. The aside from the five humans who were infected none of the others have shown signs of the Blood-rot. Additionally word came from several of the encampments where the humans are present that the infection in those areas has begun to slow, and that the humans do have an effective treatment, although they are running low on it.
Quarantine Day 79:
Another 8 of the white ships dropped out of hyperspace today. We gladly let the E.R.C.M.S. Salk, Pasteur, Domagk, Blackwell, Drew, Fleming, Lister, and Yegorov pass by into the quarantine zone. Additionally an Earthforce vessel known as the E.A.S.T.V. Loxodonta arrived. It stopped outside of the Quarantine rim and launched a series of Drop-vessels towards the surface of the planet near where the Nightingale had landed.
Quarantine Day 85:
Another ship arrived, it was not white, and was identified as the E.A.S.R.V. Anning. According to their captain they carried a number of mathematicians, biologists, botanists, ecologists, and pathologists that had questions that needed to investigate CR-7-4 to be sure. We allowed them in. After they were gone I called in to Amath, we needed more vessels in case the Humans tried to break quarantine. While there have been no more reported cases of human Blood-rot, we still cannot be too careful.
Quarantine Day 100:
We received more images from the surface. It was horrid, the humans walk around in suits of yellow and orange as they treat our people. There are massive pyres of our dead being burned, and entire sections of town engulfed in flames! But worst of all when they encounter our people they shave their fur off! Of course they give them clothing made of silvery Mylar afterwards, but still! To shave off their fur! There was, however some good news. One of the humans sent a message to our ship, they managed to find Lieutenant Emfvan’s family. The mother was showing symptoms of Blood-rot and is being treated but his daughters are perfectly healthy. We were also told that the next step is to implement “Vector Control.”
Quarantine Day 123:
More Humans arrived today. They came aboard Ships of varying names all with the preceding moniker C.P.T.V. They breached the line and approached CR-7-4. They flew over the cities and plains and began to release billions of some kind of Earth-bug which began to fly throughout the air searching for food and a place to roost.
Quarantine Day 136:
We were hailed by the humans today. They sent over a crate to each ship in our fleet containing bottles of fur-cleaner and some kind of spray. We were advised to wash to wash utilizing the fur-cleaner and to utilize the spray on all “soft” surfaces such as beds, furniture, carpets, curtains, as well as all tall grasses that may be present. Similar goods were being sent to other colonies. This was apparently part of the “Vector control.” To prevent the spread of Blood-rot.
Quarantine Day 209:
Against all odds it has been 3 months since the last confirmed case of Blood-rot, or as the humans call it, Yersinia Pestis. The final death count was a staggering 1.3 Million Amathi, and 4 humans. Lieutenant Emfvams was reunited with his daughters, sadly his wife passed away due to the Blood-rot. The humans explained that the Blood-rot was not due to an inherent defect in our physiology but rather due to a disease which lies dormant in certain insects that feed on blood. These creatures become immobile in a death-like state in cold temperatures but become active when things warm up. They will bite an individual who is infected and then spread the disease to others. Hence the release of creature which feed on these bugs, as well as the cleaners to get rid of them and their eggs, the so called “vector control.” The humans also explained that, by sheer coincidence, the bacteria which caused this was identical to a strain which had wiped out nearly a third of the human population in ancient times, a fact they found as a relief due to an initial fear that the disease was brought to CR-7-4 by an unethical trader who ignored proper quarantine protocol, however our extensive documentation of the rare outbreaks proves that it was merely a case of coincidental evolution. The humans expressed regret that they could not do more, and disclosed to us the responsive treatment of the Blood-rot.
By my authority granted by the Grand Council of Amath I hereby lift the Quarantine around CR-7-4.

Master of Light (An introduction)

It’s been quite a long time since I’ve put pen to paper, in part because I’ve gotten so used to dictation over the aeons. Most likely, you wouldn’t understand the strange pidgin language which I’ve synthesized from the tongues of a thousand worlds, the bizarre and nonlinear dialect with which I compose my dictation. That said, this form of communication facilitates not only coherency but also prudence, as I am forced by the medium to place down my words one at a time. A priest of Lissala once told that this forced hesitation and leisurely taste makes writing the most enlightened form of communication, and while I personally disagree I can understand how a Thassilonian politician would come to think that way (of course, the clarity of his writings proved insufficient to save his civilization from debauchery).
My preferred title is Coeus, as it was given to me by an individual for whom I have nothing but fond memories. I was seven years old when I was first exposed to the magical workings often referred to as the arcane, and this eventually led to my first encounter with representatives of the Elder Gods at age 14. These higher entities fascinated me, guiding my endeavors until after many grueling years I learned to harness a fragment of the strange energies which Yog-Sothoth, the Gate, the Key, the Pattern which binds all that shall ever exist, utilizes in his infinite existence.
Beyond the age of 34, I have ceased to keep track of my passing years, for relativity makes age a rather difficult figure to properly calculate. My infallible memory (a most useful gift from my patron) ensures that I could determine my exact age to the very second if ever I desired, but such tedium has eluded me for the entirety of my existence and will likely continue to elude me so long as there is universe to explore.
You may call me a pilgrim, an individual with a mission far greater than myself for which I trek all of existence. I have no true ambitions of my own, for an individual of my age and experience has come to recognize the trivialities of every worldly goal as well as every vain pursuit of enlightenment. My purpose lies in my work, gathering the knowledge of the universe in the unique implement which Yog-Sothoth has provided me: The Signet of Worlds.
The many-metaled gem which I wear on my left hand is perhaps the greatest repository of lore and experiences in the entire multiverse, a catalog of every planet I have travelled to, every civilization I have seen, every technology I have witnessed the use of, every stratagem I have observed, and every use of magic I have privy to. Up until now, I have filled its infinite memory banks privately, refusing to disgorge even the tiniest fragment of knowledge from its depths. Now, however, my ancient and addled mind has dubbed the universe worthy of a few of my signet’s secrets.
As much as I wish to provide a detailed record of events, I am but one man, hardly important in this infinite multiverse. In fact, I do my best to avoid exerting too much of my will on the flow of history, for I lack to rigor to hold any sort of empire together or to warp the fundamental forces of reality in a manner that pleases me.
Here, I offer my accounts of the small fraction of multiverse that I am capable of understanding for your enjoyment. That said, I envision that the first thing many of you will ask about are the limits of my own abilities and the Signet’s. As I am already sharing a variety of dangerous lore with you all, I feel that this question can be indulged.

In addition, I have enhanced all of my ability scores by 5 using the Wish spell. These modifications increase my total CR by 2.
Immortal (Su) I have lived far beyond any human’s normal lifespan. I gains the +3 bonus to my Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores for having lived beyond venerable age, yet I do not take penalties to my physical ability scores. I am immune to disease and to all forms of madness (including confusion effects and feeblemind).
Mythic Contingencies (Sp) In the event any misfortunes befall me, I have prepared contingencies which activate under the following conditions.
If I wink with my right eye, I am affected by a Mythic Globe of Invulnerability spell which negates non-mythic spells of up to 7th level
If I wink with my left eye, I am affected by a Restoration spell
If I ever stop tapping my right big toe for longer than one minute (a tendency which I perform even in my sleep), I am immediately recalled to one of my concealed sanctuaries as per Word of Recall
Finally, if I am affected by an compulsion effect, the effect is immediately dispelled as per Greater Dispel Magic.

SIGNET OF WORLDS

DESCRIPTION
This bauble has kept me alive for more lifetimes than I can be bothered to count, and acts a reservoir for the tremendous lore I have collected. The Signet of Worlds functions as a spellbook which contains every spell I have ever encountered, and any character capable of preparing spells from a spellbook can use the Signet of Worlds to prepare them as if from a spellbook. The Signet of Worlds can be presented in place of using any material or focus components used in casting a spell (this includes even expensive material components). A character who prepares spells using the Signet of Worlds is also considered to know the Mythic versions of all spells prepared using the Signet. In addition, the wearer of the Signet of Worlds can take 20 on any intelligence-based skill checks they make. New spells can be scribed into the Signet using the same method as scribing spells into a spellbook.
DESTRUCTION
The Signet of Worlds can be destroyed by speaking the verbal components of every spell contained within the signet in a perverse and primordial dialect of Aklo. Afterwards, the signet must be exposed directly to the Azathoth, at which point it would explode in a surge of arcane power.
At the very least, that’s what I’ve been able to intuit about its destruction.

[ARTICLE] 2nd song of Re:flower Project will be 'Don't want a drive (Will you take me?)'
The girl group is releasing some of EXID's secret masterpieces.
On the 7th, EXID’s agency Banana Culture Entertainment released the teaser image with the release date of the second 'Re flower' project on February 12 through the official SNS page.
The teaser image was chosen as the second song recording of Re-flower project, after the solo "Dream". ‘’Don’t want a drive’’ from their first regular album released in 2016.
It’s a R&B song that expresses the nightime walk with lovers, and the guitar riffs and sophisticated rhythms combined with EXID members' voices add an atmosphere to the song. Impressive, realistic lyrics and easy melody that express the image of the lovers who feel happy even if they just walk together.
The 'Re flower' project is a re-release of the hidden masterpieces that were hidden from the title track of many of EXID's songs that couldn’t see the light. This project will be a meaningful gift to fans as EXID can look back on the roads and memories it has taken since their debut.
EXID's secret masterpiece 'Don't want a drive (Will you take me?)' will be released on various audio-related sites at 6 pm on the 12th.

Modron, Quarton

[In the original Monster Manual 2, quartons have absolutely no unique abilities whatsoever. Which allowed them to be a blank slate for me. So I gave them powers of crafting and construction, and also a bunch of references to the spells and magic items of original AD&D that assumed that high level characters would settle down and build their own dungeons. On a related note, is the lyre of building a joke about Nero? Or is there some myth or story about construction sped up by playing a lyre that I don’t know?]
Modron, Quarton CR 18 LN Outsider (extraplanar) This humanoid giant has four arms, two enormous and two small. It has fan-like wings growing from its back, and a head like a helmet. A symbol of a diamond sits on the center of its forehead.
Quartons are the modron hierarchs that represent Primus’ mastery over artifice. They are engineers and builders of incredible skill, mixing magical and mundane techniques to create buildings and tools that are unparalleled throughout the planes. They often act as architects and supervisors, coordinating the efforts of lesser modrons to perform the bulk of the labor, and then adding the finishing touches to optimize efficiency. As such, a single quarton may oversee construction projects throughout Regulus, delegating to a team of decatons for most of the day-to-day affairs.
Although quartons have four arms, they are decidedly uneven in size. The smaller pair is used for spellcasting, while the larger pair is used for combat and manual labor. A quarton typically carries a massive two-handed hammer as a badge of office, and blows with this hammer can shatter inanimate objects and clear earth and stone with ease. A quarton often focuses its strikes in combat on enemy gear rather than on their flesh, hoping to demoralize foes and persuade them of the wisdom of surrender. If this fails, or if fighting chaotic enemies, the quarton instead fights with maximum lethal efficiency.
As quartons rarely leave the bustle of Regulus, they provide tools in order for other modrons to fulfill the will of Primus on other planes or planets. Their workshops build the vast majority of the weapons wielded by modrons, and they also provide hierarchs on the Great Modron March with tools for securing and defending territory. Instant fortresses, lyres of building, and simple scrolls of stone shape and move earth are provided to expeditionary forces. On the rare occasions where a quarton leaves Regulus, it is usually to inspect a site captured by modrons to determine if it is suitable for long-term occupation, and to design fortifications to spec if it is.

• Now, you've already seen this before during my unwrapping parcels, right? So, here's the 4-pin fan splitter connector for my Motherboard. And the reason to buy is because I need more than one PC fan to get the ventilation going & prevent from overheat the hardware components (including the motherboard) 🌡️💨❄️🖥️. I wish I could buy more than three slots (w/ more PC fans), but since my tower case is an old style, I guess this will do (for now). 🙂

• [37th to 39th Images] Lastly is the 80mm 12V PC fan with w/a blue light strip around closer the transparent fan blades. Sure, an affordable normal PC fan is fine but also boring. So, why not get this? Because the transparent fan is rad & a colorful LED light strip (which depending on what color you choose, so I picked "Blue") was icing on the computer cake (no pun intended). 🥰💙💡
• [40th & 41st Images] Also, I was expecting to be a 4-pin fan connector, but instead, this mini fan has a Molex connector; in both male & female ports. And you know what, I'm okay with that, a single Molex slot should make room for it. And I can't secure the PC fan without a pack of four screw bolts.🙂

Throne of Night Theory Builds Extras Part 2: The Aquatic Drow and Companion
This build come about by pure coincidence. I had been searching around for more art by Michael and then I came across this. At the time it never dawned on me that it was without the Fire Mountain Games on it. All I saw that Michael’s name and website attached. As such, this is an extra build that wasn’t part of the “Throne of Night” AP. At least, it doesn’t appear to be. That didn’t stop me from coming up with a build though.
I honestly have no idea what this art was originally meant to go with. The site I found it on has since closed, but thankfully I found the art before it disappeared completely and was able to save it to my Pinterest folder so I could use it at a later date.
If anyone knows, please tell me the origin of this picture/what its intended use was. It’s really cool to look at.
After looking over the build, be sure to read my final words regarding how things may or may not go after this and “Throne of Night” in the future.
I will say that I do have one more planned entry for the “Throne of Night” AP, but it’s not regarding a build or anything like that. It’s something I’ve been putting together with other game designers and a few players. It was something far too big for me, so I invited others I trusted the opinions of. I’m not sure how long it’ll take before I do that particular post though. We’ve already been working on it for a week, and it hasn’t seen much conclusion so far.
As always, for space reasons, I’ll be cropping the encounter build.

Finally, before I get to it, I hope everyone’s staying safe right now.
When I found this picture, I had just started up the builds for Book 5, when the PCs were traveling the Sunless Seas, and I absolutely thought this was someone who would aid the party in discovering what happened to all the kidnap victims, and not a random picture that was meant to be used for something else entirely separate from this AP. Well, for the purposes of this build, that’s its new intended designation.
The best part is because this build is completely extra, that means it’s entirely for fun and doesn’t need to conform to the OGL rules that the others would have to. To publish sources outside the official company, you need special permission to use non OGL material, or reproduce everything in its entirety. For example, a feat that’s not OGL would need to be placed in a side bar on the same page, a nearby page, or at the back of the book. In my experience, when I first started, I unfortunately put a publisher or two in that predicament without realizing. I’ve since been told what consequences my actions have had with their books. It’s not necessarily a problem, but it does add unnecessary word counts to books that tight printing guidelines, so I knew there’s no way Gary would put himself in the position. But this? All bets are off, and it was fun to colour outside the lines, even if just a little.
I will say that had I not figured out that this wasn’t AP related, I had honestly considered doing a summoner build with the eidolon looking like a variant version of the hippocampus. Why? Because the drow had read up on them, they seemed cool, and she really wanted one. Instead, we get a druid and her actual hippocampus. I’m surprisingly happy about this change.
Despite this being a Book 5 build, she’s only a CR 15. The PCs are supposed to be level 14-16 during this time, and I didn’t want to make her so powerful that she’d be capable of possibly soloing encounters on the PC’s behalf. I mean, she is a controller type build with lots of summoning potential, and doesn’t really involved with fights personally, although she’s still capable in her wild shape.
Unlike the gug slave, who is meant to fight the party first, then be won over and unleashed upon its slavers, this drow is meant to be an ally right out of the gate. An ally that might be willing to share her discovery of a secret area that might just eventually lead to the sealed doors of the trapped demigod lich.
Slight tangent: Book 7 was going to be an “extra adventure” that was unlocked in the Kickstarter, where you discovered the demigod lich and apparently gained his phylactery and became a lich as well? Maybe stole the lichdom? I honestly wish I could say that anything regarding that encounter or discovery of location is mentioned anywhere, but sadly it’s not. At least not that I ever found. Just art for the phylactery, the lich, and the lich disintegrating? Losing power? You can see more of that in my Phylactery Guardian build. What was seen, however, was when Gary released the “world map”, there’s a spot all unto itself called the Hidden Sea. It’s my belief that that’s where the lich resides. Sadly, with the Fire Mountain Games site gone, so it the map. Thankfully, a much smaller, resized one was put up on /tg/, renamed “Underground Seas map.“
As for this drow’s story, she’s just a drow that loved the Sunless Seas, and felt drawn to it, and wanted to explore it during her younger years. A few years ago, she discovered a wounded hippocampus that had somehow been swallowed up by the above waters and dragged down the underground seas. She saved it, nursed it back to health, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.

Broken Souls on Halloween
Happy Halloween everyone!
It’s been a while since I posted to Tumblr, but in celebration of the holiday (and since I got a shout-out from my favorite Pathfinder tumblr and wanted to freshen the page up a bit), I thought I would post a stat block and summary from what I consider the best horror encounter I’ve ever run. This was from the only campaign I’ve set in Golarion that wasn’t an Adventure Path, so I was free-forming my own theories on things like the Sun Orchid Elixir and the permanent gateway to the First World in Thuvia near the Junira River.
The party had traveled to Thuvia to investigate an attack on a temple of Cayden Cailean, and found it desecrated and ransacked by a group of divs. Inside, the divs had captured and tortured a member of the Pathfinder Society, Denarath Lithernorn, and perfected their technique for creating broken souls. (Note that some of her base abilities are not what they are in the NPC Codex. I modified her spell list and skills and traded Extra Performance for Weapon Finesse. We also used Automatic Bonus Progression and Background Skills in this game, so she has the benefits of these variant rules applied as well.)
Denareth was captured, tortured, and mutilated by the Div in Thuvia. They, among other things, removed her face and turned it into a puppet under her control. The torture sundered her psyche, so while she relentlessly and insanely attacked the party, she was recounting the last few moments of her sane existence over and over again.

Shredded flesh: I was investigating a story that there was a giant Sun Orchid growing beyond the gate.
Puppet face: Whatever you want, I’ll get for you!
[Round 5, when combat begins but the soliloquy doesn’t end...]
Shredded flesh: I discovered that the First World may in fact be the origin of the Sun Orchids.
Puppet face: Not the Knives! Please! Oh god, those aren’t knives!
[Round 6]
Shredded flesh: Seeds from the giant flower cross over to our world, where they grow into Sun Orchids.
Puppet face: Just tell me what you want to know!
[Round 7]
Shredded flesh: This explains why, no matter how much they are hunted, Sun Orchids never go extinct…
Puppet face: I’ll tell you anything!
[Round 8]
Shredded flesh: And also why they can’t be cultivated.
Puppet face: Are those spiders? Spiders don’t have that many legs…
[This repeated until round 12 or 13, when the poor Pathfinder was finally put out of her misery]

Agonized Wail (Su) As a standard action, a broken soul can wail. All creatures within 120 feet must succeed at a Will save or become shaken for as long as they remain within 120 feet of the broken soul. A successful save renders a creature immune to that broken soul's agonized wail for 24 hours. This is a sonic mind-affecting fear effect.
Baleful Gaze (Su) Any creature within 60 feet of a broken soul must succeed at a Fortitude save or take 1d4 points of Strength, Constitution, and Charisma drain. Whatever the result of the saving throw, the creature cannot be affected by the same broken soul's baleful gaze again for 1 minute.
Torturous Touch (Su) A broken soul can make a touch attack that deals 2d6 points of slashing damage and 1d6 points of Dexterity damage, and causes the touched creature to fall prone in a fit of convulsions and be dazed for 1d4 rounds. A successful Fortitude save negates the Dexterity damage and the convulsive fit.

TAEIL] during the time NCT 127 debuted and a year passed we won the rookie of the year award and we coined together the word 'nctzen' for our fans and we also won 1st place in the music broadcast, but during that time we were together and happy and for that I am so thankful; and in the future I hope to spend the days with our cizneys enjoyable and happily. love you~~ [From. JOHNNY] To my one and only cizneys, it's starting to feel like the days are passing by slowly, but I feel like I'll realise just how quickly time flies in a few years; if I look back in 10 or 20 years, I hope to see a ton of memories spent together with our cizneys. DOYOUNG] hello. it's Nct127 doyoung. when something important happens I seem to write what I see like a diary. today I want to try and write a letter to you guys. because today is the day of NCT 127's special 1 year debut anniversary. I couldn't be together with you guys from the start but you know that my heart was always with you guys, right?^^ in the past 1 year every single hour was full of happiness and I learned a lot of things as well because I had you guys and it was also a time where I thought of stuff. is that why I'm doing well today? I want to tell you guys some serious concerns and words that I have been holding in. our fans and the staff call us artists or idols, right? What I think the meaning of 'artist' is, is being able to deliver your feelings by looking, listening, and feeling. and 'idol' [he said it in konglish] came from the word 'idol' [he said it in korean]. thinking about these things made me wonder if we are doing things that fit our performance name; I wondered if we were understandable people. so my goal is to be able to convey my emotions well and a become someone's idol.. this may be my dream but it is a big one so I hope you guys can help me out ㅎㅎ like the past year please share many emotions with us and cheer us on a lot. there are so many people I'm thankful to. ㅎㅎ I'm thankful to our members who I always work hard together with and who I spend my life with, and I think one reason why I can't wait to see what my life will be like in the future is because of our members ㅋㅋㅎㅎ and to the SMTOWN members and staff who worked hard for us throughout the year... I'm so thankful I can't express myself through words. lastly the fans that also cheer us on with endless love!!
