Let’s Play “Moments: Millionaire Makeover” Part 7
Back at Hebe's house (and a random wardrobe change later...), Hebe is awoken by her phone ringing. She had been driven back to her apartment by Niall, and had fallen asleep in the car. Niall is calling, and says “open the door, baby.” Excuse you, go bother somebody else. She complains about the time, but he says that it's cold, but he has coffee. Which Hebe hates, because he knows so much about her like that. So runs downstairs, where Niall hands over the promised coffee. He also apparently drinks coffee “indecently”, too. Ugh.
Hebe again asks why he's at her house at the “asscrack of dawn”, and Niall remarks that he never really knew that she wasn't a morning person. Which just makes her angry, because he would have known if he hadn't kicked her out the morning after. He says that Morgan has set up an “appointment” at 7:30. For hair and make-up. Why? The gala's over. But Hebe takes it as a personal insult that Niall himself doesn't view her as anything-enough... even though he literally said that Morgan had set up the appointment.
He asks what she's thinking, and practically demands an answer. She says “I wasn't that woman on Friday”, but Niall is quick to insist: yes, you were. He insists that she's hiding behind her hair, her clothes, her shyness... And it's like: yes! You're right! Now, can you tell me exactly why that is? Oh wait, it's you. Your dickish behavior made her self-esteem plummet to absolute rock bottom. He seems to have a brief second of self-reflection and realizes that he's the one who made her into this... but he presses on like a steam-roller, and says that he's going to make up for that.
She gets dressed, and they go to the salon. Follow-up question: why does Niall have to be her babysitter? Why can't Morgan take her? At the salon, Niall tells the hairdresser to make her look good and to highlight her natural beauty. Again, we're given options, but they're all VIP, except for the hair she started with, and then the style she wore to the ball. So I'm like... what's the fucking point? Hebe says that she wants to remain the same, which... girl. About time that you put your damned foot down. She's also flummoxed by the thought of what kind of relationship that she and Niall have. They're not lovers, they're barely even friends at this point. But then Niall randomly shows up and insists that she make a change. NOT FOR FUCKING DIAMONDS, YOU STUPID GAME.
They leave the salon, with hair products and make-up. Niall tells the driver to go to such-and-such clothing store, which both excited yet terrifies Hebe. Not only is it expensive, but they probably don't “carry anything over a size two”. Niall warns her not to fight with him about this, that he's ready to pick a fight with her should she decide to argue. Which only just kind of arouses Hebe. Ugh. When she tries to say that she wasn't going to fight with him, he insists that she was. This just pisses Hebe off, and she sarcastically invites him to take control over her entire life. (I'm kind of sad that she doesn't invite him to do her coding, to... Oh well.) He also seems to think that Hebe's still attracted to him, but he says it in such a way that makes me want to push him into the Grand Canyon. An ego the size of fucking Russia, this one's got. He snaps as to how she can be so quiet around everybody but him is a mystery... but honestly, he should take a good, hard look in the mirror to see the root of Hebe's attitude towards him. He then says that he's going to 100% replace her “shapeless wardrobe”, and then in the same breath, tells her to keep her mouth shut unless it's to say “thank you”. Ready to push this asshole out of the moving car now...
She then asks once again why he's doing this. He seems to be at his wits end with her, and glares at her some. She then pulls out her emotional trump card against him about how he loved and left her. She asks if this isn't some sort of lingering guilt over what he did to her, or maybe it's some sort of thought that he still owes Michael. She really hangs onto the last idea, especially the thought that he couldn't even come back for her. He says that he did make a promise to Michael that he would look out for her, but that he screwed that up big time. But his being there right now isn't about that, although he refuses to say when Hebe presses him about why.
He gets all up into her personal space, which makes Hebe have a super freak-out, and she realizes that the door is locked. He hugs her, and seems to be filled with so much guilt and remorse... about a lot of things in that moment. Hebe's still freaking out, and then Niall starts to plant kisses along her neck, which as you might imagine, does all sorts of things for her libido. He grabs her breast before he thinks to ask for permission... Ugh. He then says that the beating of her heart is an indication that he should. DO YOU ALSO WANT TO KNOW WHAT A HEAVILY BEATING HEART IS AN INDICATION OF?! FRIGHT. BECAUSE YOU'RE BEING VERY RAPE-Y RIGHT NOW, NIALL. JFC.
She tells him no, and then immediately asks him why he left her three years earlier. But as before, he refuses to tell her. He then returns to his side of the car, and they eventually reach their destination.
So you know that scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Robert's character goes to the fancy boutique, and the salesladies are really rude to her? It's just like that, but Niall is there. The clerks ignore Hebe and fawn over Niall. He eventually takes Hebe's hand, and thanks the women for closing the shop to help them. He then hands Hebe over to the clerks.
Hebe is taken to a dressing room, where we're given yet another fucking triage of VIP only outfits. Ugh, why. One of them is a ballgown, cause like... a computer programmer's got a lot of reasons to wear a ballgown... But Niall seems pleased, and tells her not to hide her body behind shapeless clothes again. And Hebe's honestly a little turned on about the entire thing.
Hebe goes back into the fitting room, when the clerk says that Niall picked out an outfit for her to try on. Hebe's like “ugh”, but she also goes “bring it on.” The clerk goes to get some shoes for Hebe, and Hebe gets undressed again to try the dress on. But somebody knocks when she's only in her underwear, and thinking that it's the clerk, Hebe tells her to come in. But as you probably already guessed, it was Niall, who's like BONER.
He locks the door, and Hebe notes that the dudebro is totally and utterly horned up right now. He starts touching her breasts. But then Hebe's like WHAT THE FUCK GET OUT. But at least she has the excuse that the clerk would be able to hear them, and that would be weird.
Hebe's phone then starts to ring, and Niall says that it's Bennett, that he'd come to bring her phone. She anxiously hits the accept button, AND SPENDS AN UNHOLY AMOUNT OF TIME TALKING ABOUT HER FEELINGS ABOUT THIS. But as Bennett talks about putting something together, Hebe kind of tunes out as she watches Niall. And honestly, this game isn't even trying to pretend anymore that hooking up with Bennett is going to be an option... we've had like five chances to fuck Niall, and none for Bennett. Anyway, Niall continues feeling up Hebe, and she tells him to stop. He's also randomly shirtless, for some unholy reason. She tells him to put his clothes back on, but he refuses, and says that he'll take his pants off now. Wow, this is... uh... Time to call Lt. Benson. On the other end of the phone, Bennett is apparently carrying on a one-sided conversation with himself, unaware that the girl that he apparently likes is being felt up by Niall.
Hebe then gives some excuse to Bennett. He asks if she'll be at the party, which she agrees to. Hebe hangs up, and drops her phone absently onto the ground. Niall then fucks Hebe... Or maybe he just sticks a “rod” inside of her... because that's all that the narrative calls it. Censored as they are, at least the other erotica don't resort to weird alternate words for penis. Niall turns Hebe so that her back his to his chest, and kind of makes her watch as they fuck. AND OH MY GOD. MY EYES BURN. IT'S LIKE THE AUTHOR WENT DOWN WTFFANFICTION'S LIST OF ALTERNATE NAMES FOR GENITALIA/BUTTHOLE AND JUST... WENT HOG-WILD. WHY. And it is without end. Why. Apparently, a yoyo is used at some point. What the fuck am I reading.
They mercifully eventually finish, and redress. Niall asks if she was aroused, and it's like... you couldn't even be bothered to check, you rapey piece of shit? Niall then announces that Hebe is his, and he'll be damned if he hands her over to anybody.
And just then, the clerk knocks on the door. She seems surprised by what she finds in the dressing room, although I'm sure that she and the other lady were listening outside going “you tell them to stop! No you!! Oh god why!” Niall then says that he's done there, and asks that the clerks call him when Hebe's done in the shop. Which just fills Hebe with this weird feeling because once again, he's fucked her and then walked out without a word. But not surprised. Not again. So she thinks about her end goal instead: Bennett. Niall's actions make her choice even easier.

9 Pantry Staples for Healthy Eating
Between work, school runs, errands, and generally busy schedules, cooking a healthy meal after all of that probably makes you tired just thinking about it.
But before you succumb to the siren song of ordering in or heating up a frozen dinner, check out how easy it is to throw together a delicious meal with everyday foods that are probably sitting in your pantry and fridge right now.
1. Brown Rice
Cook up a giant batch of brown rice on Sunday night as part of your meal prep for the week and you’ll have the base for a slew of filling meals for lunches you can take to work and dinner when you get home.
(Pro tip: Check out these 7 easy tips that will have you meal prepping like a pro in no time!)
You’re probably thinking, “ugh, brown rice takes forever to cook,” “it always ends up sticky,” or “it always ends up chewy/under cooked/etc.” Don’t be afraid of the rice: Here’s exactly how to cook fluffy, nutty, perfect brown rice every time.
Here are just a few of the recipes you can use with brown rice:
Spanish Brown Rice: This is a side you can eat like a meal. Add chicken, tofu, or your protein of choice and dinner is served.
Poached Eggs With Greens and Brown Rice: Who says eggs are for breakfast? In less than 20 minutes, you’ll have a simple, flavorful, and healthy dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Southwestern Rice and Bean Salad: Everybody loves a rice bowl, and this one will bring out the Tex-Mex lover in you. It’s got a medium-spicy kick, plus bright flavors of cilantro and green onions.

Savory Slow Cooker Beans With Rice: Let’s all take a minute to praise the inventor of the slow cooker, the busy person’s (and lazy person’s) best friend. What could be easier or better than throwing a bunch of ingredients in a slow cooker in the morning, and coming home to a hot meal at the end of the day?
Baja Black Beans and Rice: Remember that big batch of brown rice and beans we suggested you cook to use later? Mix them together with cumin, chili powder, tomatoes, and queso fresco. Dinner. Done.
Chicken and Black Bean Burrito Bowl: What’s better than a burrito? A burrito in a bowl. This burrito bowl takes 20 minutes and it’s endlessly customizable, so skip the calorie-bomb takeout versions and make your own at home.

4. Canned Tuna
You can add this versatile ready-to-eat protein into salads, casseroles, and sandwiches. It’s inexpensive and packed full of vitamins and healthy fats; just make sure to look for tuna canned in water, not oil.
Tuna Noodle Casserole With Veggies: This definitely isn’t your mother’s tuna casserole. Made with whole-wheat pasta, kale, and tuna, this dish is packed with protein and makes great leftovers.
Mediterranean Tuna Salad Sandwich: Typical tuna salad can be a heavy, mayo-filled gut-buster. This version, however, is light and bursting with the flavors of lemon, red onion, capers, bell pepper, and more.
Make a big batch and you can get even more meals out of it: Mix a scoop with greens, whole-grain pasta, brown rice, or raw veggies.
Salad Nicoise: Turn your kitchen table into a European bistro with this classic French salad. It’s filled with the goodness of tuna, green beans, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, and more — and it’s only 291 calories per serving.
5. Frozen Shrimp
Enjoying “fancy” seafood meals doesn’t mean you have to buy expensive, fresh-off-the-boat fish. With a package of frozen shrimp, you can create a variety of dishes that are inexpensive and fast.
Shrimp Coconut Curry in a Hurry: If you buy frozen shrimp already peeled and deveined, this gorgeous dish can be ready in 10 minutes. We repeat: 10 minutes.
Garlic Basil Shrimp With Zucchini Noodles: This is the perfect opportunity to bust out that new spiralizer, but if you don’t have one, a vegetable peeler will work just as well. Garlic, basil, and pesto combine to create a rich, flavor-packed “pasta” dish. (Not a fan of zucchini? Try this shrimp bowl with carrot and squash noodles instead.)
Shrimp Tacos: Mmmm tacos. We’ve never met a taco we didn’t like, and these tacos are no exception. These are easy to make and tasty to eat; each taco is bursting with ingredients like cumin, chili powder, cilantro, avocado, lime — and more.

6. Pesto
Believe it or not, you can make pesto in 10 minutes flat. This is another one that you should make in a big batch and freeze for later. Even non-chefs can master this easy recipe for basil pesto.
Grilled Veggie Quesadilla: Most people think of pesto as a sauce, but you can use it as a spread, too: A dollop of pesto elevates this roasted veggie quesadilla, and can do the same with any sandwich.
Breakfast Caprese With Pesto: Add pesto to your next egg dish for a savory twist to breakfast. This protein-packed egg-white omelet gets an extra boost with a drizzle of homemade pesto sauce.
Quinoa With Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Pesto: The combination of sun-dried tomatoes and pesto sauce is zesty, earthy heaven for your tastebuds. This is a hearty dish you can eat hot or cold, and it’s perfect to pack for an office lunch.
7. Sweet potatoes
Packed with vitamin A and rich in fiber, sweet potatoes bring a natural sweetness to so many fast and simple dishes. They can be cooked in batches in the oven, microwaved if you’re short on time, eaten plain, or turned into mash, pies, or fries.
When a dish calls for white potato or grains, sweet potatoes are often a great substitute that provide even more nutrients and antioxidants than their counterparts.
Barbecue Chicken Baked Sweet Potatoes: Stuffed baked potatoes are great for when you don’t have the energy to cook multi-ingredient/course meals. With only five ingredients, this dish creates a spin on classic comfort food that will satisfy the whole family.
Sweet Potato Latkes: The traditional latke recipe calls for white potatoes, oil, and sour cream, but this dish swaps in sweet potatoes for a healthier version of this classic recipe.
They’re great for the holidays, or as a side dish along with chicken or fish. They can also be topped with applesauce for a sweeter snack.
Hearty Chicken, Sweet Potato, and Apples: This easy-to-make recipe is a great way to use up extra chicken. In less than 30 minutes, you can create this hearty, fall-flavored dish in the cast-iron skillet that can be stored for easy leftovers.

8. Squash
There’s a squash for every single season, and they are all so useful in the kitchen: Butternut, delicata, kabocha, spaghetti, and others provide endless options for incorporating more veggies and nutrients into a variety of meals.
Beyond simply being diced and sliced, squash provides the perfect healthy substitute for noodles, tortillas (yes! see the zucchini recipe below), and a variety of other grain-based dishes.
Pad Thai with Spaghetti Squash: Looking for a healthy twist on this traditional dish? Make your own pad thai with spaghetti squash. Making “noodles” out of shredded spaghetti squash allows you to pack even more veggies into your meal without sacrificing flavor.
Roasted Butternut Squash With Cranberries and Feta:Â This savory dish is great for any fall or winter meal, and makes a tasty addition to your Thanksgiving spread. Winter squash varieties include butternut, acorn, and pumpkin. They are harvested in the fall and can be used all winter to create flavorful, nutrient-rich meals.
Mexican Chicken Zucchini Boats: What better way to cut down on processed carbs and boost vitamin intake than using fresh zucchini as the base of your dish?

9. Eggs
Eggs are nutritional powerhouses that can be part of any meal — add hard-boiled eggs to make a not-sad-desk salad, bake savory vegetable frittatas, or use them to craft your favorite meat and cheese quiche.
(Bonus: Pairing eggs with vegetables is a great way to get more veggies in before lunch.)
Vegetarian Eggs Benedict: Tired of scrambled or over-easy eggs in the morning? This vegetarian dish uses a healthier version of hollandaise sauce combined with mushrooms and asparagus for a veggie-packed start to your day.
