Unveiling the Best Fitness and Health Supplements Online
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining optimal fitness and health can be a challenge. Busy schedules, hectic lifestyles, and poor dietary habits often leave us lacking essential nutrients needed for our bodies to function at their best. This is where fitness and health supplements come into play. With the convenience of online shopping, finding the best supplement store in mumbai to support your fitness goals and overall well-being has never been easier.
Whether you're looking to boost your energy levels, build muscle, support weight loss, or improve your immune system, there's a vast array of supplements available online to cater to your needs. Here, we'll explore some of the best fitness and health supplements that you can find online:
1. Protein Supplements: Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth, making it a cornerstone for anyone looking to build strength or recover from workouts. Online platforms offer a variety of protein supplements such as whey protein, casein protein, and plant-based protein powders to suit different dietary preferences and goals.
2. Multivitamins: Even with a balanced diet, it can be challenging to get all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need for optimal health. Multivitamin supplements fill this gap by providing a convenient way to ensure you're meeting your daily requirements of essential nutrients, promoting overall well-being and immune function.
3. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Omega-3 fatty acids are known for their numerous health benefits, including supporting heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. Fish oil supplements or vegan alternatives derived from algae are readily available online to help you meet your omega-3 needs.
4. Creatine: Creatine is a popular supplement among athletes and fitness enthusiasts for its ability to enhance strength, power, and muscle mass. Online stores offer various forms of creatine supplements, including powder and capsules, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
5. Pre-Workout Supplements: For an extra boost of energy and focus during workouts, pre-workout supplements can be a game-changer. These supplements often contain ingredients like caffeine, beta-alanine, and creatine to enhance performance and maximize your training sessions.
6. Post-Workout Recovery Supplements: After a strenuous workout, it's crucial to support your body's recovery process. Post-workout supplements containing fast-absorbing carbohydrates, protein, and essential amino acids can help replenish glycogen stores, repair muscle tissue, and reduce muscle soreness.
7. Vitamin D Supplements: Many people have insufficient levels of vitamin D, especially those who live in regions with limited sunlight or spend most of their time indoors. Vitamin D supplements are readily available online and are essential for maintaining bone health, immune function, and overall vitality.
8. Greens and Superfood Supplements: To ensure you're getting an abundance of nutrients from fruits and vegetables, even on the busiest days, consider adding green and superfood supplements to your regimen. These supplements often contain a blend of nutrient-rich ingredients like spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and barley grass.
When purchasing fitness and health supplements online, it's essential to prioritize quality and authenticity. Look for reputable brands that prioritize transparency, provide third-party testing, and use high-quality ingredients. Additionally, always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medication.
The world of online shopping offers a plethora of options for those seeking to enhance their fitness and health with supplements. Whether you're aiming to build muscle, improve endurance, or simply support overall well-being, there's a supplement out there to help you reach your goals. With the convenience of online platforms, taking charge of your health has never been more accessible.

Thyroid health plays a crucial role in maintaining overall well-being, influencing metabolism, energy levels, and various bodily functions. Understanding the importance of thyroid health and adopting lifestyle habits to support it is essential for optimal health and vitality. In this article, we'll explore thyroid health, its significance, and expert insights from Dr. Altamash Shaikh, a respected endocrinologist in Mumbai specializing in hormonal disorders.
Understanding Thyroid Health: The thyroid gland, located in the neck, produces hormones that regulate metabolism, growth, and energy expenditure. When the thyroid gland fails to function properly, it can lead to various health issues, including hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) or hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). These conditions can manifest with symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, mood swings, and changes in heart rate.
Importance of Thyroid Health: Maintaining optimal thyroid function is crucial for overall health and well-being. A balanced thyroid ensures proper metabolism, energy production, and regulation of vital bodily functions. Imbalances in thyroid hormones can disrupt these processes, leading to a range of health issues and affecting quality of life.
Expert Insights from Dr. Altamash Shaikh: Dr. Altamash Shaikh is a highly skilled endocrinologist, diabetologist, and metabolic superspecialist based in Mumbai. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating hormonal disorders, Dr. Shaikh provides expert care and personalized treatment plans to his patients. As a renowned endocrinologist in Mumbai, Dr. Shaikh emphasizes the importance of regular thyroid screenings, especially for individuals with a family history of thyroid disorders or those experiencing symptoms suggestive of thyroid dysfunction.
Tips for Optimizing Thyroid Health:
Eat a Balanced Diet: Consuming a nutrient-rich diet that includes iodine, selenium, and zinc is essential for thyroid health. Incorporate foods like seafood, dairy products, nuts, and whole grains into your diet.
Manage Stress: Chronic stress can negatively impact thyroid function. Practice stress-reducing techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and support thyroid health.
Stay Active: Regular exercise is beneficial for thyroid health and overall well-being. Aim for a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises to keep your body and thyroid gland healthy.
Get Adequate Sleep: Prioritize quality sleep to support optimal thyroid function and hormone regulation. Aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night to allow your body to rest and rejuvenate.
Consult with a Specialist: If you experience symptoms suggestive of thyroid dysfunction or have concerns about your thyroid health, consult with an endocrinologist or healthcare provider for evaluation and personalized recommendations.
Conclusion: Maintaining optimal thyroid health is essential for overall wellness and vitality. By adopting healthy lifestyle habits, seeking expert guidance from specialists like Dr. Altamash Shaikh, and prioritizing regular thyroid screenings, you can support your thyroid function and enhance your quality of life. Remember to prioritize self-care and listen to your body's signals to ensure thyroid health and overall well-being.

Unveiling the Power of Non-Verbal Communication in Leadership
In the realm of leadership and human resources, the significance of non-verbal communication often remains underexplored. A recent study, however, has shed light on its profound impact, offering valuable insights for professionals at all levels of an organisation.
Surprising Study Findings: Gender, Age, and Ethnicity in Leadership Perception
The study commenced with an intriguing hypothesis: would the gender, age, or ethnicity of a presenter influence how they are perceived as a leader? To test this, videos were created with presenters of varying demographics, maintaining consistency in their speech and attire. Astonishingly, the results defied our expectations. Regardless of the presenter's gender, age, or ethnicity, their leadership ratings remained unaffected. This finding held true across diverse geographical locations, from California to Mumbai, suggesting a universal perception of leadership qualities.
The Impact of Non-Verbal Behaviour on Leadership Effectiveness
The pivotal aspect of the study was the exploration of non-verbal behaviour. Presenters were instructed to gradually shift from common habits to more effective non-verbal behaviours. This subtle change led to a staggering 42% increase in the persuasiveness of their message, a 44% boost in their perceived leadership quality, and a 58% rise in their electability in a hypothetical election. These numbers far exceeded the anticipated 7% difference, underscoring the potency of non-verbal communication in leadership.
Authenticity in Communication: Beyond the Superficial
The research illuminated a crucial aspect of communication: authenticity. Effective communication is not about adopting a façade but returning to our innate, unguarded modes of expression. By shedding habitual defences, leaders can significantly enhance their trustworthiness and impact.
The Role of Identity and Personal Challenges in Leadership
The study also delved into how personal challenges, such as autism or introversion, can shape one's approach to communication and leadership. Far from being hindrances, these aspects can offer unique perspectives and strengths. Embracing one's identity and experiences can lead to more holistic and effective leadership styles.
Who Seeks Leadership Communication Coaching?
Typically, individuals who have advanced in their careers to positions requiring them to act as company ambassadors or team leaders seek to refine their communication skills. This
need spans various sectors, from engineering to IT, where technical expertise must be complemented with effective leadership communication.
The Evolution of Leadership Communication Training
Over the years, the focus of communication training has shifted. Initially centred on public speaking, it has now expanded to encompass one-on-one interactions, a skill made even more crucial in the post-pandemic world. This evolution reflects the changing dynamics of the workplace and the increasing importance of personal engagement in leadership roles.
The Essence of Leadership: Elevating Others
A key takeaway from the study is the concept that true leadership is about elevating others, enabling them to reach their full potential. This approach not only fosters a positive work environment but also drives collective progress. It's a reminder that leadership is less about asserting one's abilities and more about empowering those around you.
Navigating Leadership Challenges with Personal Insights
The study also highlights how personal experiences, such as living with autism, can offer unique insights into communication and leadership. Understanding one's own challenges and strengths can be a powerful tool in developing effective leadership strategies. It's about turning what might be perceived as limitations into assets that enrich one's leadership style.
Final Thoughts: Recognising and Nurturing Potential
In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of recognising and nurturing potential in others. Leaders have the power to inspire and transform, not just through their words, but through their understanding and encouragement of those around them. This approach can lead to profound changes, not only in individuals but in the entire organisational culture.
For leaders and HR professionals, these insights offer a new perspective on the role of non-verbal communication in leadership. It's a call to look beyond the conventional and explore the deeper, more authentic aspects of communication and influence.

What is Inpatient Alcohol Rehab?
Inpatient alcohol rehab is a type of treatment that provides 24/7 care for people struggling with alcohol addiction. Patients live at the treatment center during their stay, which typically lasts for 30-90 days.
Inpatient alcohol rehab programs typically offer a variety of treatment services, including:
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help manage withdrawal symptoms
Individual and group therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction
Life skills training to help patients develop healthy coping mechanisms
Aftercare planning to help patients transition back to their communities
Why Choose Inpatient Alcohol Rehab?
There are many benefits to choosing inpatient alcohol rehab. These include:
24/7 care: Inpatient rehab provides around-the-clock care, which can help to prevent relapse.
Intensive treatment: Inpatient rehab offers more intensive treatment than outpatient rehab. This can be helpful for people who are struggling to overcome their addiction on their own.
Supportive environment: Inpatient rehab provides a supportive environment where patients can connect with others who are going through the same thing. This can help to reduce isolation and promote recovery.
Confidentiality: Inpatient rehab programs typically offer confidentiality, which can help patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
How to Choose an Inpatient Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre in Mumbai
There are a few things to consider when choosing an inpatient alcohol rehab center in Mumbai. These include:
The accreditation of the center: Make sure the center is accredited by a reputable organization, such as the Joint Commission or the American Association for the Treatment of Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependencies (ASAM).
The treatment approach: The center should offer a treatment approach that is right for you. Some centers offer a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction. Others focus on a specific type of therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
The cost of treatment: The cost of inpatient rehab can vary depending on the center and the length of stay. Make sure to factor in the cost of treatment when making your decision.
The location of the center: Consider the location of the center when making your decision. If you have family or friends who can support you during your recovery, it may be helpful to choose a center that is close to home.
What to Expect During Inpatient Alcohol Rehab
The first few days of inpatient alcohol rehab can be challenging. You may experience withdrawal symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and nausea. However, the staff at the center will be there to help you through this difficult time.
Once you have stabilized, you will begin treatment. Treatment will vary depending on the center, but it will typically include individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and life skills training.
Individual therapy will give you the opportunity to work with a therapist to understand your addiction and develop coping mechanisms. Group therapy will allow you to connect with other people who are struggling with addiction and learn from their experiences. Medication-assisted treatment can help to manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Life skills training will teach you how to develop healthy habits and cope with stress.
Inpatient alcohol rehab is a challenging but rewarding experience. If you are struggling with alcohol addiction, inpatient rehab can help you to get the treatment you need to recover.
After Inpatient Alcohol Rehab
After inpatient alcohol rehab, you will need to continue your recovery with aftercare. This may include attending support groups, individual therapy, or medication-assisted treatment. It is also important to make lifestyle changes that will support your recovery, such as getting regular exercise and eating a healthy diet.
Recovery from alcohol addiction is a lifelong process. However, with the right treatment and support, you can overcome your addiction and live a sober and fulfilling life.

New to Mumbai City
Mumbai… a city that never sleeps and never ceases to amaze you in every way.
But beware!!! Cause this city is going to make you really, really tired.
I moved to Mumbai for further studies in 2013. It has been almost a decade since I moved to this dream city. There are multiple things that I totally LOVEEE about this city but something that really made my Mumbai journey easy is its very accepting culture that welcomes people from everywhere in the world.
After a decade year of experience, Here is what I can tell:
1. Mumbai is a land of opportunities as every other MNC has its office here. Hence ample job opportunities for freshers.
2. Local trains are literally lifelines here. So if you are going to travel during peak hours in the local train then I wish you luck ;)
3. Work hard and party harder is the motto here. Saturdays and Sundays are the party days in Mumbai and hence you will see a massive rush at restaurants, cafes, pubs etc.
4. House hunting is going to be a TASK!!! At first, I was staying in my college hostel but once I got done with my graduation I had to find a new place to live. I spent almost 2 months looking here and there…from one broker to another…from one local PG to another local hostel... It was all hectic. But then finally I found my comfy and cozy home through this website named www.GetSetHome.com
5. Mumbai’s never-ending traffic!!! Do you really want me to talk about this?? LOL
6. This city celebrates each and every festival with great unity and gusto. Mumbai lits up during the festive season which makes this city even more beautiful.
7. You really need to watch your eating habits. Mumbai will get you super addicted to eating out. From drool-worthy roadside chat to fancy cafes… Mumbai got it all. So you better keep a watch on how much you are spending on food. Go home and cook a meal…I know it's tough but come on you can do this ;)
8. Marathi…you must know a few basic words of this language if you want to survive in this city. Every other person here talks in Marathi.
I know I have not covered a lot in this but even if I had to cover everything, it will take a whole day (or even more) for me to note everything down cause I can go on and on…

DAY 4163
Jalsa, Mumbai July 31/Aug 1, 2019 Wed/Thu 1:02 AM
Birthday Ef - Sheetal Patel .. August 1, 2019 .. all our greetings and love for Sheetal on this special day .. from us all at Ef world .. 🌹
Involve yourself in work other than the profession and you find yourself addressing the issues as it were to be the enactment of the character played in film on shoot ..
.. happens ..
acceptance is a great virtue .. it be prudent to accept and agree and leave the rest, for them to figure who have been left with nothing to argue debate disagree with ..
deliberate ignoring never works .. it demands a great amount of performance skills to be able to pull it off .. not to say that it be a difficult task .. no never .. the acumen of the most unknown is the edifice on which humanity rests .. ever ..
.. Ef messaged : ‘ISRO informs us that : ‘चाँद की फ़ोटो किसी भी बीवी से मैच नहीं करती !!’ ।।
ना जाने कितने गाने, हमारी फ़िल्मों में सूरत , और चाँद का टुकड़ा लेकर बने हैं ।।
ISRO , the Indian Space Agency informs us that the picture of the Moon does not match any wife’s face ..🤣
A lighthearted little something that came to me on the social media platforms that I work out off, and am taking the liberty of posting it here, not to create any controversy but to have a gentle smile on your face , when it has past the midnight hour ..
That this little adventure shall eventually find its way in the august pages of the print media by the morrow, there isn’t a doubt, but there is but one revert -
Language has the uncanny habit of turning its tail up to defy defend accept or ignore the spoken or written word .. these observations - and it shall be wise to term them such - shall of course bring up the troll creativity of the mass and wither it down to being a ‘confirmed misogynist, and being worthy of the name’ ..
hehehaaahahah ..😁 .. the word ‘misogynist’, came to my ears as early as the days in Sherwood .. our sister school All Saints was on a hill across ours along a valley, that was for obvious reasons out of bounds .. but the bravado of youth would tempt many of us to scamper across during playtime to go visit the girls across a guarded ‘wall’, where some of us ‘privileged’ seniors would get to talk to them .. just a very noble social event .. BUT , not in permission of the School laws and therefore up for punishment .. on one such occasion of the visit to the ‘wall’ , a few of us got caught and were given six of the best and stopped from any further ‘leave’ from School .. the School term end was in November after the exams were over and while our results were being checked and complied and marked the School had a week of free days .. we were allowed to do what we felt like doing .. no studies, no classes .. nothing .. but of course all this within the School compound !
At the time of leaving School for our holiday our Vice Principal, Mr Thomson, an accomplished teacher and musician would design what was a Farewell Concert for the School, where the entire School would participate in various fun loving acts depicting the course of that year in School in the 9 months that we were there ..
Invariably there were fun songs written .. and the song done for the 7 of us that were caught at the ‘wall’ , all in good humour , was a sing along ditty which talked of the term ending and packing our boxes to get to Kathgodam the train station at the base of Nainital from where all of us would be put on trains to our respective cities and homes, for a jolly holiday .. and one of the lines for the 7 of us went ..
‘we’re now confirmed misogynists, and worthy of the name,
we’d rather run a thousand miles than meet a blooming dame ..😁
the adventure of attending a game, thank the Lord, worked out well for us today .. I normally do not even see the TV on such occasions for fear that when I see we loose .. the WC2019 semi final being one such recent example .. so .. i desisted .. but SON, wanted me to come along to the Kabaddi game tonight and off we went .. and we WON .. !!
NOW the team management wants me to attend all the games ..🤣
SO .. whether its India and Cricket or Chelsea at Football or any sporting event, when the like minded sit together at the TV, pop corned and soft drinks invested, its a world of its own .. and being at the Stadium is another World all together .. !! .. if ever there were to be a demonstration of common emotion, that would be it .. WC Football in Brazil, or Russia .. cricket and the lot .. and more .. the unity of dress in the Team jersey, the cheer slogans .. the unanimity of sound in the same vein and direction, could in a collective moment, move a few mountains .. !!!
Its a spirit found no where else ..
bring thy spirit then to the cause of generosity to each other ; to give succour, to amend paths ; to rise above in unison and cheer for humanity at its best .. communication has brought us all the closest we have ever been - and the farthest .. !!
That is the tragedy ..

Separation Anxiety - The Twins
A/N: For my mob AU which was inspired by the ever lovely @borhap-socials posts. Imagine the Twins however you’d like physically. Thank you to my PSM @mollymarymarie for proof-reading and being the inspiration for this. I am going to miss you so much on rotation. 🖤
Warnings: anxiety, traumatic event mention, separation, pretty fluffy tho
Word Count: 1.1k
How lucky do you have to be to find your soulmate in this world? Well, finding them is the easy part. Recognizing them as such is far more difficult. So often, we think they have to be romantic, that we miss the platonic ones gifted to us.
Early Life
Prudence and Temperance have been together literally their whole lives.
Like since conception.
They were separated into different classes in school, but that didn't really work.
Pru had a nasty habit of talking Tempe into switching places throughout the day.
Famine was the only one that caught on.
Eventually, the school gave in and let them be in the same class.
Their productivity increased and they got more social, which is not what the teachers were expecting.
As they got older, the girls got more involved in student government (lots of skills to be sharpened there) and held Class President and Vice President from 5th grade until they graduated.
Pru always ran for president, her ambition knows no bounds.
Tempe always ran for vice president, she was always needed to temper her sister.
Famine was usually secretary, always making sure that his girl and her sister had everything they needed.
College
In college, they double majored in criminal justice and political science.
They saw each other 7 days a week and turned in the best projects and papers their professors had ever seen.
They had to work their way up the ladder from freshman to senior positions in student government.
But they graduated as the President and Vice President that changed the most within the University for student life.
They always felt like they were destined to shake things up and move the world forward from some dusty tomb an old man deemed tradition.
Some things never change.
Adulthood
As they left college and became more involved with the family, Pru and Tempe's work got more intertwined.
There isn't a day they don't communicate through some means.
Most days, it's face to face and constant texting.
Occasionally, one of them will just take a day off and hide.
They can’t switch places as easily as they used to, but they know enough to be interchangeable when needed.
Substituting one for the other is never as good as having them in combination.
They feed off of the other’s energy while simultaneously balancing the other out.
Pru bolsters Tempe’s quiet confidence, reminding her that she’s almost always right and should trust in Pru if she feels she cannot trust herself.
Tempe quells Pru’s lust for power, reminding her that there is more to the world than she can control.
Mumbai
One day, Pru got a call to go on a long distance job.
Her strategic skills are unmatched and she’s often contracted out to plan missions in other countries.
Usually, she can do this from the comfort of her own home.
This time, she had to go in person. Something about a unique security system that wasn’t on the books.
The job took 2 weeks in Mumbai with radio silence.
It is still the longest and farthest they’ve ever been apart.
The girls don’t talk about it often.
They still functioned independently, but Famine could see that something was missing from Tempe.
Those 2 weeks dragged on for her and she seemed to wane like the moon, holding only a fraction of her usual radiance.
Prudence returned home a little beaten and bruised, but with her usual poise.
She never breathed a word of what happened to anyone, not even Tempe.
If the two days following their reunion were quiet and still, no one commented on it.
Partners
Famine has known the Twins since they were in Pre-K together.
He is the only person that has been able to tell them apart for their entire lives with no visual coding.
He has always been drawn to Temperance.
Something about her settles him in a way he can’t explain.
He and Prudence have also gotten along famously well.
Prudence respects the fact that he’s never tried to force her away from her sister or made the mistake of confusing them as the same person (inside and out).
Conquest didn’t come along until they were almost through with their training within the family.
He was taken by Prudence immediately.
Her poise and the power she holds in her stance is absolutely captivating. He still finds himself distracted by it all these years later.
He also has the innate ability to tell the twins apart at all times, even when Tempe calls from Pru’s phone and vice versa.
Temperance was the first of the twins to trust him.
She pushed him to pursue Prudence after figuring out his feelings. He has always loved Tempe for this.
The Wedding
Prudence knew that Famine was going to propose before he bought the ring.
The day he came to ask for her approval, which was much more important than their father’s, she asked him what took so long.
There was almost a fight over who would have Pru on their side at the wedding.
Tempe won, obviously.
She was the best Maid of Honor that they could have asked for.
Pru knows both of them so well that she could have planned the whole thing herself, but she only handled the day of.
If anything went wrong, and boy did it, Tempe and Famine were none the wiser.
She even managed to arrange a small photoshoot for her and Tempe.
It was just 3 pictures, but they meant the world to both of them.
Tempe opening a gift from Pru (a string of pearls), Prudence placing Tempe’s veil (handed down from their mother), a shot of Pru’s face after seeing Tempe in her completed look for the first time.
Looking back, there’s not a second of it either of them would have changed.
The Engagement
Temperance has waited on her sister all her life. It’s a habit she picked up from being 7 minutes older.
The day Conquest finally came to her was the second happiest in her whole life.
She helped pick the ring.
Not that he needed it. All the choices he showed Tempe were perfect for Pru. The one Conquest favored the most was actually the one that they picked.
Tempe was also responsible for getting the couple a moment of peace in their usually full house.
Conquest decorated the room (after removing all of his beloved’s little toys. There isn’t a room in the house she doesn’t at least have ears in) and Tempe pampered Pru making sure that she looked her absolute best for the photos later.
No one but Pru and Conquest know exactly how it played out. It’s their favorite secret to keep. Tempe knows better than to pry.
Prudence knows exactly how much her sister was involved and doesn’t think she could ever say thank you enough.

What are the Tips And Tricks to Prepare for the IAS Exam?
It is critical to have a strategy in place for preparing for competitive exams, but this method is especially necessary for clearing the UPSC IAS exam. The following are seven strategies that will undoubtedly assist you in passing the exam:
Become acquainted with the course materials: The curriculum is at the heart of any exam. You must first comprehend the curriculum before beginning to read. Before you start reading the books, you must first understand the curriculum. It will help you decide what you should read and what you may skip. Because all exam questions are based on the syllabus, it's important to keep an eye on them at all times.
Develop a Reading Habit: If you want to be an IAS officer, you must understand that reading newspapers is critical to your CSE preparation. Keep yourself informed about what's going on around the globe. Current events and issues are, in fact, live topics about which one can learn by reading newspapers.
Examine the papers from the previous year: You should go over all of the prior papers to get a better knowledge of the exam. This will give you a concept of the main section as well as the questions that will be asked over and again. It is critical that you investigate each question further since doing so will help you focus your study habits on the subjects and themes for which UPSC has prepared the questions.
Is 1 year sufficient for IAS preparation?
Yes, one year is sufficient for IAS preparation without tutoring. If you concentrate on your studies, you can pass this exam on your first attempt. Preparing for the UPSC is a full-time job in and of itself; you'll need to devote at least 6-8 hours per day to it.
First and foremost, you should be familiar with your own self-assessment. Knowing where you are in relation to where you wish to go makes the work much easier. The candidate is able to create a schedule that will allow him to successfully study for the IAS exam.
In both the prelims and mains, the UPSC is emphasizing current events. I recommend that you go over the syllabus thoroughly and then prepare current affairs based on the themes covered in the syllabus. Each level, prelims, mains, and personality test, has its own set of problems that you must be prepared for. The prelims will test your knowledge of concepts and facts, whereas the mains will be more analytical. To clear it, you'll need better knowledge. Discuss a variety of topics and make it a habit to go into detail on each one.

Breast cancer for men too!
Cancer is not a disease. Normal cells undergo cell division during its growth. There is also a gene to control this. Some cells sometimes lose control of growth in division and divide as they wish to swell too fast. They even unjustly snatch and eat the food they need from the cells on the side. This is what cancer is all about. There are about 200 types of cancer in the world. Of these, only about 10–15 species are widespread. The most important of these are found in the breast, cervix, and abdomen of women, and in men, in the prostate gland, and in the abdomen and kidneys.
¶ Some tips on cancer:
• Normal cell division occurs uncontrollably and that is what causes cancer. The cells in it can penetrate the neighboring house and its adjoining areas without anyone's permission.
This is a very satirical cell. Quietly destroying the tissues in that space.
When the cells in it mature, they leave just as we travel around the city to look around the rest of the body.!
Don't they need a vehicle to board? That is the lymph vessels and blood vessels. These can be loaded and unloaded at desired locations throughout the body.
Go down wherever you like and multiply her chicks there .. Abundantly. These are the special function of cancer cells.
If detected early, it can be completely cured. .
There are about 200 types of cancer.
It must be said that cancer has an impartial purpose. It is cancerous to touch and persecute children, young people, the elderly, the poor, the rich, men and women alike.
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in developing countries.
Even though cancer is a devastating disease, with a little care and careful handling, most of the deaths can be avoided. 30% of cancer deaths are preventable ..!
• Others can be completely cured if diagnosed and treated early.
¶ Factors of cancer
The exact cause of cancer has not yet been determined. Everyone has a factor.
Tobacco users are more likely to get lung cancer. But air pollution and radiation can also lead to lung cancer.
Cancer is a 90-95% environmentally related disease. Only 5-10% comes from traditional genes.
Cancer Research Centers are known for their causes:
1. Tobacco: 25-30%
2. Obesity: 30-35%
3. Radiation: up to 10%
4. Stress, lack of physical training & environmental pollution..15-20%
As of February 2011, there are 1.2 crore people living with cancer in India. Most of these are caused by tobacco.
55% of this number is cancer preventable. 65% of cancer patients are diagnosed with stage 3 & 4. When this condition is known, their treatment is difficult.
¶ Cancers affecting childhood
Childhood cancer in general is rare. About 1/600 children under the age of 15 get cancer. But the factors are not yet clear. Globally it is only 1%.
They do not get lung, breast, stomach and rectal cancer in adults. Over the last 10 years the treatment for this has increased and their lifespan has been saved.
¶ Places where cancer can come
1.Breast
2.Lung
3. Male reproductive organ
4.Rectum
5. Female reproductive organ
6.Urinary tract
7.Kidney
8.Dining path
9.Head
10.Neck
11.Skin
12. Blood
13.Brain
14.Bone
15. Endocrine glands
¶ Breast cancer that can be easily cured
Breast cancer has become something that is bound to be treated. The main reason for this is the currently increased awareness and the availability of mammograms and CT scans to test it.
It can be easily removed by surgery without any problem. If detected early, it can be treated with chemotherapy and radiation after surgery.
¶ How to find a thief ..?
If cancer is suspected, it is very easy to diagnose it with a medical test. Their nature can be seen by examining the cells taken from that area. Cancer can be easily treated with chemotherapy, radiation and surgery if it is known to have developed.
Fixing it depends on how brave you are, where it is and what its development is.
¶ Symptoms of cancer
Usually the symptoms of cancer vary according to the type of cancer. However, there are some common symptoms.
Usually for all cancers, weight loss, there is a tumor somewhere. Occasionally there is fever, anemia, and night sweats.
Denmark has the highest rate of cancer in the world. About 100,000 women die of ovarian cancer in India every year
¶ Breast Cancer
Breast cancer is most prevalent in urban & rural India. Breast cancer accounts for 28% -35% of cancers in cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai.
This is mainly due to age change / reduction. Previously it came to 50-60 year olds and today coming to 30-40 year olds is very worrying and informative information.
Because hospitals that do not have a lot of cancer centers treat breast cancer, many of these problems and substandard surgeries are performed, which can reduce a patient's life expectancy.
¶ Imaginations and misconceptions about cancer
Cancer is not a contagious disease from one person to another. Cancer is entirely physiological. Cancer does not develop through localization. It is a misconception that the wrong diet is the cause of cancer. Even people with poor eating habits can get cancer.
¶ Things to do to prevent cancer ..!
1. Be first and foremost about life, with unwavering, unwavering confidence and good sense.
2. Eat lots of plant foods, legumes.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Use natural products at home and outside.
5. Keep body weight under control.
6. Drink less alcohol.
7. Exercise more.
¶ Breast cancer ..
It is a bitter truth that one in 14 babies born now has a chance of getting cancer in the future ..! Men also get breast cancer. Its symptomatic, and all treatment is feminine.
Breast cancer is caused by the muscles of the breast. Breast cancer usually develops from the mammary glands / gland flap / folds. Breast cancer is a human / mammalian disease. Although it is a disease that affects both men and women, 22.9% of women worldwide are affected by breast cancer. In 2008 alone, 458,503 women died of cancer. This is 13.7% of women worldwide who die of cancer.
About 1% of men develop breast cancer. Each year the number of new breast cancer patients increases by 300 in Europe and 1,910 in the United States. Breast cancer is found in 0.7% of male cancer patients in India. The number of breast cancers in women has increased by 12% in the last 5 years. Similarly, the number of breast cancers in men is increasing. In February 2011, doctors reported a 1.5-2% increase in the incidence of the disease in men, especially urban men.
Breast cancer for men can come at any age. But usually, it comes in the 60s-70s. In February 2011, a friend in Erode contracted the disease at the age of 40 and died. Excessive radiation, high secretion of the hormone estrogen (a hormone for women) and a few traditional factors such as having breast cancer in someone in the blood relationship in the family. Excess estrogen is produced by hormones, drugs, obesity, and liver disease. And male breast cancer is also caused by bad, chronic alcoholism. Most male breast cancer is caused by Klinefelter syndrome (a genetic disorder, having XXY chromosomes) and an unexpected genetic mutation in the BRCA. But researchers have found that most cancers are caused by unexpected genetic mutations.
The symptoms of male breast cancer, surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and alternative medicine are all similar to those of breast cancer in women. Men do not have mammary glands. Sweat glands act as mammary glands in the breast tissue. For it to function, it needs stimulation of the hormone estrogen. In men, the hormone androgen, which is secreted from their sperm, does not allow breast tissue to grow. That is why men have very little breast tissue. With less breast tissue, breast cancer is more likely to spread quickly to nearby organs.
Male breast cancer, as in women, can be diagnosed with symptoms such as a lump in the breast, drainage, pulling of the breast inwards, chronic swelling in that area and a lump in the armpit. Its treatment is similar to that given to women. If someone's mother, sister, etc. get breast and ovarian cancer, they are also less likely to get breast cancer.
According to a September 2011 medical study, the number of male cancers is higher than ever before. Not only that, but breast cancer in men is more likely to be diagnosed at a more advanced stage than in women. This information was provided by Dr. Sharon Giordano, a female oncologist doing research at the Anderson Cancer Institute in Houston. He also says that in the last 25 years, breast cancer in men has increased by 25%. Breast cancer in men is a cancer that spreads and goes everywhere because there are no muscles to breastfeed. So usually men go to the doctor when the disease is advanced.
