a little headcanon scene i have for finn’s storyline in season six, this would basically take place in 601 ‘loser like me’ instead of ‘suddenly seymour’ ✰

i want to upload my whole headcanon to tumblr but i still haven’t figured out how(?) i basically have a whole different show from season four to the finale lol. it focuses a lot more on the glee club, especially the newbies, no new york, and it will have a pov primordially from finn’s, showing his whole journey in finding himself and becoming a teacher, that includes rachel not taking charge of the glee club in season six, it would be finn !! omgg i have a lot of storylines, songs, justice for the characters, i can’t wait to somehow share it here

THE BEST THING about autumn, in kim minji’s very humble opinion, is the delicious-sounding crunches of the fallen leaves piled on the ground. they harmonize with the whispers of the wind, the flow of the atmosphere, synchronizing with her beating heart.

the other thing, which minji is pleased to share, is that with summer’s departure and autumn’s arrival comes new jokes that she is appalled to see no one else enjoys except her. guess she doesn’t have the qua-leaf-ications that she thinks she does. haha! get it? qua-leaf-ications? like qualifi-

“what are you thinking about?” you smile at the taller girl, who’s suddenly stopped, transfixed by the array of leaves on the concrete sidewalk. minji’s gaze snaps up to you, a dopey grin etched on her lips.

she squats down, picking an unbroken leaf to present to you alongside another pun. “what’s it called when a tree takes time off?”

you cross your arms, amused and knowing of the imminent, but willing to humor her anyway. “what?”

a giggle almost makes its way out of her mouth before she even gets to the punchline, but she puts on a stony face. “a,” she pauses, “paid leaf.”

that was anticlimactic. no longer amused, you feign disappointment and continue your walk to the company building, causing minji to need to jog to catch up to you… though it’s not much of a hindrance due to her long legs and athletic nature. “come on, that was a good one, wasn’t it?”

“sure,” you deadpan, then giggling at the girl. it’s hard to stay composed when you see that her thick-framed glasses are perched upon her nose, only enforcing the ‘minji nerd agenda’. “i’m not laughing at the joke, just so you know.”

“you’re still laughing at me, though—that’s still a win in my book,” she bumps your shoulder with hers, “i got another one.”

apparently ‘another one’ doesn’t mean she was going to say it now, because it takes her around a minute to start it, eyes lighting up after one particular leaf crunch under her ugg neumel boots. “if we were leaves, we could get back to practice much faster via autumn-mobile.”

you groan, pushing minji away by the shoulder with your hand. “that one was even worse!”

she tuts, shaking her head and easily getting back to her spot beside you. “you just don’t appreciate my humor.”

the company building is in sight, meaning the faster you get to the entrance and to practice, the faster you can escape minji’s dad jokes. for this reason, you speed up your walk into a jog, and then to a sprint, catching nearby people and fans’ attention, some pulling out their phones or cameras to capture footage of newjeans members minji and y/n in a wild chase.

“wait!” she shouts after you, “don’t leaf me!”

you shoot a look behind you, the girl catching up at an alarming rate. “too bad, i’ll leaf you later!”

“that doesn’t even make sense!”

“you don’t make sense!”

unfortunately, instead of a crunchy leaf you step on, it’s a slippery leaf, effectively making you face plant onto (thankfully) some itchy, brown grass.

too embarrassed to get up because you’re right outside of the building, you stay lying down. a presence lurks nearby, and you just know minji’s about to make another pun. you groan into the grass and instantly regret it, because wow grass does not taste good.

“are you okay?” minji asks, poking your back with a small stick as if you were a corpse. “aw, you’re alive. i guess you’re not the no-body that won the skeleton beauty contest.”

“please shut up.”

twenty-one , grocery shopping (601 words)

“HI, yn.”

you turned to meet the voice and your vision was met with jisung, holding a basket full of groceries. he shyly smiled at you and gave you a little wave, which you reciprocated. 

“hi jisung,” you politely smiled. you mustered up a calm facade — all while you were internally stressing. you felt your heartbeat pick up, your words get stuck in your throat, and your gums began to hurt — you were nervous seeing him alone after so long. “i didn't know you went grocery shopping; i don't think i've seen you here before.”

you swallowed a lump down and unknowingly exhaled a shaky breath of air. your hands were shaking slightly as you gripped your shopping basket. you could feel it — you could feel every inch of your body shaking just by being alone in his presence. you were grateful that jisung didn't seem to notice, rather he looked right at you. 

right into your eyes.

“it was my turn to go grocery shopping,” he told you, keeping that awkward, shy smile. you noticed whenever he spoke to you, he maintained eye contact and you didn't know if that was good or bad for you. you had to refrain from erupting into giggles right then and there. “uh, jaemin sent me a list of groceries, so…”

you averted your eyes away from him, continuously darting your attention from your surroundings, then back to his face. “ah, you dorm with him?”

you were never able to look at him. he must've noticed that.

he nodded. “yeah, it's jaemin, chenle, and i. normally, jaemin goes out and gets the groceries, but he got lazy and told me to do it.”

you nodded in understanding. “i get that, my roommates are lazy too,” you smiled fondly thinking about your roommates, “they make a list for me.”

jisung simply laughed at your remark, perhaps just wanting to contribute to the conversation that you both knew was quickly dying. 

as silence crept up between you, your nerves did too. your nerves crept up through your body, and it seemed like they always did when you were near him. although it had been 5 years since you started liking him, you were never able to suppress your nerves. never. 

you tried to focus on something to say, something to make things less awkward between you and him. but ultimately, your brain turned into a puddle of mush, your nerves taking up your thoughts. 

“would you like to catch up?”

his voice rang in your head. your brain came up with an answer that yes, you would love to catch up with him, yet the memories of your conversation with mark were still fresh in your mind. 

“how could you ever want anything without taking the chance of losing it?”

all rationality you had was gone out the window. all the defenses you mentally set up were destroyed, simply because you were weak for him. 

you were weak for a man who barely knew you and you couldn't help but feel ashamed. 

you were well aware of the consequences you would face by simply talking to him, catching up with him, and getting closer to him.

“because you're too scared of rejection when you never even tried.”

you knew you would end up hurt. you knew you would regret getting closer to him. you knew the risks, but you were just too weak for him.

your heart beats for him, your heart craved him.

but you agreed. you were willing to take that risk, even if it only hurt you in the end. 

“i'd love to.”

raze and reader having a lil competition to see who can put the mostly stickers on breach’s arms without him noticing mayhaps???

Tag Team (Raze x Reader)

Prompt: A friendly competition turns into a sweet prize.

Word Count: 601

• There was never a dull day with Raze.

• You two got a kick out of engaging in friendly competition over just about anything: who could out-joke Brimstone, who had better taste in music, who could spray paint a better mural…

• The thing about these competitions was that there were never any real losers: the winner usually picked something you could both enjoy.

• When Breach expresses his fears of missing out, you and Raze are determined to change his perspective.

It had started off as an innocent question.

Everyone knew Raze and Breach were as thick as thieves and had a long history together. During breakfast one morning after you’d stopped by Killjoy’s workshop, the Brazilian munched away on her pão na chapa while scrutinizing the Initiator so intently that he began to shift uncomfortably in his chair.

“Hey mano… did you ever want tattoos on those arms?”

Breach nodded. “I like to imagine they were real beauties. I feel like I’m missin’ out sometimes, but I can’t complain about what I got in their place!” He flexed his arms as he spoke, grinning fondly. “Carbon steel with titanium plating, baby.” He rapped one of them lightly with his knuckles. “Nothing beats your upgrades.”

The Duelist toyed with something under the table - one of the German’s frog stickers she’d snagged from a desk earlier. Standing up, she casually patted Breach on the arm as she made her way out of the mess hall, leaving the decal in her wake. “Vamos!” She called out to you, already having made her first mark. You clucked your tongue, smirking as you bid the others farewell. With that, you had just figured out your next competition.

To make it more interesting, you guys had printed out a whole variety pack of stickers containing bits of the agents: Jett’s knives, Neon’s octopus and Chamber’s teleportation card, just to name a few. And so it went for the day, with you both attempting to surreptitiously plant stickers on the criminal’s arms without him noticing; some times were easier than others.

She made it look so effortless. You, on the other hand, crashed not-so-subtly into him on the range during target practice just to land one on the back of his bicep. Another time, you nearly fell onto the billiards table as you got close to Breach, clutching his shoulder and standing on the tips of your toes to “get a better look at his shot angle” as he played his daily match with KAY/O. You had been acting rather strange today and at this point, the Swede couldn’t help but wonder if you were trying to hit on him.

Raze busted out laughing. “They’re with me, Breachy. Don’t get any ideas.” She bumped your hip with hers, eliciting a giggle while the man raised his hands in surrender.

In the end, Raze managed to decorate his arms in more stickers. When Breach discovered what the two of you were up to, you weren’t sure what his reaction would be. But his face lit up and he couldn’t stop admiring what you’d done. He even decided to keep them on when he was called away to a mission the next day.

“Time to take these arms for a spin.” Slinging his Bulldog over his shoulder, he fist bumped you both and strode off confidently.

Raze turned to you when he rounded the corner, wrapping an arm around your waist and taking you by surprise with a kiss.

“Hey, a win’s a win,” she reasoned as you two exchanged smiles.

Some things never changed.

So whats the whole dynamic between Peter Parker and Johnny Storm like? I’ve heard they’re best friends and rivals at times, and I know a lot of people gush about their relationship, but I don’t see what the big appeal of them is. Can you enlighten me? Sorry if that sounds condescending or anything.

So first off, my personal ship tag for them, losers who deserve each other, has plenty of panels and explanations of canon events alongside meta, fanart, and fanfic, and it is 103 pages long, so as you can see I have a lot of feelings about this subject. I also have a long and fairly comprehensive reclist of comics featuring their relationship, so those two things can provide a lot of info about what their relationship is like in comics. Second off, no worries about sounding condescending, but this ask is majorly nostalgic for me because around 2012 I used to get it like five times a month haha.

Here’s the lowdown on Johnny and Peter in main comics continuity, quick and dirty. They first met in way back in 1963, in the very first issue of Amazing Spider-Man, when Peter attempted to join the Fantastic Four thinking there would be a paycheck involved. It wasn’t the friendliest of meetings, and afterwards the two -- who are the same age, and were very much the original teen heroes of their day -- developed a bit of a rivalry with each other, something that was exacerbated by Peter pulling stunts like purposefully embarrassing Johnny at a swingin’ teen party and also hitting on Johnny’s sister. 

Still, even in the early days, there was an almost immediate bond between them that slowly became a friendship. When Peter had to run out on a fight with the Green Goblin to go to Aunt May’s side, Johnny was one of the few people who believed Spider-Man must have had a reason to quit the fight besides cowardice. They even ended up with their own private meeting spot, which they call “the usual place”, on top of the Statue of Liberty. Somewhere along the years, they came up with a Christmas tradition to always meet up there on Christmas morning.

Johnny’s long been described as Peter’s best friend in the business by people who know him well, and Peter’s one of Johnny’s closest friends. When Johnny’s upset, Peter notices and tries to help, and when Spider-Man went missing at the beginning of Amazing Spider-Man v2 #1, Johnny was upset and worried, concerned Spider-Man didn’t come to him for help. They’re both protective of each other and involved in each other’s lives. They bicker a lot, but it’s become far more of a friendly insult deal. When Brand New Day wiped Spider-Man’s personal identity out of the minds of nearly everyone, including the Fantastic Four, Johnny was incredibly upset that Peter would take his name and his face away from him. The Fantastic Four all consider Spider-Man to be part of their family -- Johnny so much that when he died (he got better because comics), he willed his spot on the Fantastic Four to Peter:

MY DEAR EVAN HANSEN THEORY/HEADCANON - EXTENDED VERSION: I have this Dear Evan Hansen theory/headcanon that during the whole play the background and most of the stage is pitch black with the exception of the social media projections, because we’re not only seeing the story in Evan’s POV - we’re inside his head. And the few color projections we get to see are his emotions and train of thought. On Sincerely, Me we see the colors orange and yellow projected but surrounded by black https://static01.nyt.com/images/2016/12/05/arts/05DEAREVANJP/05DEAREVANJP-master675.jpg Orange stands for creativity, deceit and distrust. And in that scene they’re creating fake e-mails to deceive the Murphy’s. Evan is betraying their trust on him.  Yellow stands for caution, is like his brain is warning him. Though, at the very start of the song we see light red which stands for sensitivity, and Evan is very sensitive to everything Jared writes during the first part of the song. Not liking it, on it's majority, and freaking out about the sexual related things Jared tries to put on the e-mails. On the scene with Zoe where he sings If I Could Tell Her it’s just a line of color, and it's light purple. Light purple stands for nostalgia and evokes romance. That's the first time he deceived them with created fiction about their son. Then it disappears and turns into the sky with tree's leaves. When the song finishes there's yellow in the back: his brained warned him then too. When it comes to Connor, I'm pretty sure its not his ghost. He appears to talk to Evan and on Sincerely, Me. On that song it’s just for symbolic purpose of how they’re putting words on his mouth: they’re typing and Connor is singing those words. Now when he appears to talk to Evan is on critical moments and generally it's pitch black: a) Launching the Connor Project: Connor tells him that he shouldn't be talking or listening to Jared but him because he's his only option. And that he shouldn't let anyone forget about him and I quote "once they forget about me what do you think happens to you?" He tells him that nobody cares about the Connors or Evans of the world cause guys like them are losers, that get lost in between and go unnoticed. It seems to me that it's his anxiety talking, telling him that if Connor's memory disappear so will him, and he'll go back to being invisible. At first (when it's only Connor singing) is pitch black, wen he gets enrolled on the idea and they sing together we see yellow and then, when he talks to Jared and the Murphys about it we go back to the usual black with sporadic social media. b) When he’s thinking about telling the truth to everyone: Connor tries to convince him not to with the argument that everyone’s gonna hate him and he’s gonna be left with nothing but himself and reminds him that he didn't fell but let go off the tree. And it works. He goes running to Alana and shows her Connor's "suicide note" which she makes public. Let's keep in mind that Evan didn’t knew Connor at all, or viceversa. This is not a representation of Connor, is not a reflection of him but Evan himself. I believe this is his anxiety talking. Telling him that he's not enough and people hate him or if they don't they will for sure once they know the truth. So, yes, I think we’re inside Evan’s mind and the colors we see are his emotions. Connor represents his anxiety, and so the pitch black surrounding represents the darkness in his mind and the void he might be feeling because of said anxiety. How, no matter what happens, good or bad, his world seems dark, isolated and cold. His mental illness has covered everything with hopeless darkness. Waving Through a Window is one of the few songs where we stay as in most of the dialogue based scenes: social media in pitch black instead of a projected color or special projection as in For Forever. Thats because this song is representing his mental illness itself and how it makes him feel. He's surrounded by it and he can't seem to escape it. Then the cast surrounds him but they're always giving him their backs. This whole scene is social anxiety representation as it's best. Yellow: when he's with the Murphys. It's interesting to see the yellow evolution cause at first is a warning for him not to continue the lie but in this scene is a warning that if he tells the truth he'll end up alone and hated like Connor said. Pitch Black: when he's by himself. But in the final scene it's clear. There's no black. Just color. From top to bottom. From left to right. I don't know what shade is it for real, but both work: Dark blue means stability, faith and integrity while light blue is associated with health, healing, tranquility, understanding, and softness. This scene is right after So Big/So Small because he finally feels better and loved by his mom, and has seen the light, and a ray of hope is growing inside of him dissipating the darkness away. Even if just a little. And, of course it's metaphorically, cause it’s not that simple and easy in real life. But it’s the way they let us know that he’s in the right track now cause it’s gonna be a good day because he’s himself and that’s finally enough for him, and this time: he means it.

Lets talk about the Butler County District Attorneys office for a minute, they are WORTHLESS.

What does this stem from? Months ago a loser that lives in his mothers basement named Austin Ayers of 601 Prospect road, talked a little gay shithead named Ryan Ehramn (Yes they were dating so they were homosexual, whatever) into shooting my home with a BB gun.

While I was watching tv I hear something hitting my house, this little cowardly bitch shot my house up over 10 times with a BB gun while driving down the road. I personally was going out the door to end his miserable life when my girlfriend called the State Police.

Ayers then like a coward ran, troopers showed up at my house and were two great guys, they knew who Ayers was and they said they will look into it. Mind you I had video of these idiots shooting my house with kids inside.

LUCKILY for Ayers and my freedom, Ayers was found first by PSP and arrested. May god have helped him if I found him first, Ayers then like a moron went on to post online that he had a good time shooting up my house. Yes he posted this online. PSP then arrested him and his mother Terri Ayers bonded him out on $50,000.00 bail.

That is when the issue with the DAs office started. They were WORTHLESS. I was sent paperwork to fill out for the loss and damage to my house. I then called the district attorneys office more then six times asking about the case-every-time I was told “we will call you back” They NEVER DID.

Ayers then was given a plea for one year probation for causing thousands of dollars in damages to my home. Guess what, he has to pay that back and I bet I NEVER see a dime of the money as that fucking loser sucks off the system.

I was told by the District Attorneys office that a plea would be made, and when he makes the plea they would alert me. NEVER DID.

The district attorneys office is useless, and sent a clear message that they do not give a shit what happens when kids are put in danger.

Dear Rich, come election time I am going to send a clear message by my page that you will be VOTED OUT.

DAVID RANK I went to hear a speaker this morning.  Someone who was in foreign service (something I may hope to do one day) for the United States Government, working in our embassy in Beijing.  Because of the administrations pulling out of the Paris Accord, the gentleman decided, in June, to resign his post, after 20 some odd years of service.  Part of his reason given, which I wanted to ask him about, is that he said that - (paraphrasing) - We. The United States. Are losing our commitment to American Engagements around the world.  He mentioned the Trans Pacific Partnership as still another example.  On this example, he pointed out that American labor standards would have been extended.  Now on this, I think its important to note the current state of American Labor Standards. In effect, we have a Republican, Karen Handel, who represents her constituents (she won the election), yet does not believe in a liveable wage.  Well, China dodged a bullet on that one.  And you know the sad thing is?  I get it.  I completely understand why she said it.  Her argument holds water.  Maybe this week I will do a little research (some help would be greatly appreciated) and find out what would happen if everyone in the United States, in their respective areas, (I live in the Bay area of California), was paid a liveable wage, working the jobs they currently hold.  I would say that Karen Handel would be right that many busineses would fail, which would devastate the economy.  These are items I would like to discuss, on my one hour show with CBS.  Think of the guests I would have.  The American public, on a major news network, would get to hear whats going on, and some ideas on solving problems. from vetted EXPERTS.  Now don’t go ahead and assume my guests would be all progressives.  There are some progressive ideas I am quite strongly opposed to.  This is the second speaking engagement where I knew the material, had good things to say, good questions to ask, and was obviously ignored.  My Facebook post, one of two from today FACEBOOK POST You guys, something great just happened. Went to see David Rank, formely foreign service for the United States working at The US embassy in Beijing. As it was when I heard John Nichols, I did not get called on. Hand clearly raised, my direction was not looked in. Happens alot in AA as well. Two for two now. Speaking engagements. Taking notes. Hacing things to say... Artist who knows the material. Well, I will share on my blog, in a bit, what I was foing to share. David said something really important. In diplomacy, its important to be able to express an opinion, in a disciplined way meaning using proper channels, and one has to be willing to be a graceful loser. I liked the presentation very much, he seems like a genuine guy, so I will take this to heart. So, that being said here goes... Can you spend 47 or so cents, and 5 minutes of your time for me? Patrick House, who has run 10 marathons and more road races of various lengths than he can count, remembers trying to complete one mile back in the spring of 2010.

“I was huffing and puffing and sweating like crazy,” House says, chuckling. “I didn’t know if I would finish it but I finally did. It took me right at 17 minutes. I was whipped.”

House, then 28, weighed over 400 pounds and figures he was on the way to a massive heart attack and early death. That was before he won NBC’s Biggest Loser contest, dropping 181 pounds, 45 percent of his body weight.

Now, seven years later and at a comfortable 260 pounds, House will serve as the honorary starter for the July 4 Watermelon Run, a 5K fundraiser for the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum. House says he takes great pride in helping to promote running, walking and cardiovascular exercise of any kind.

“It quite literally saved my life,” he says. “I know what a difference exercise can make for people. Just about anybody can lace on a pair of sneakers and get out and walk. That’s the message I try to get across wherever I go.”

House, director of sales for Pearl River Resort, has run five Boston Marathons.

“The main part of my routine when I lost all the weight was just getting outside, walking, jogging, getting my steps in,” he says. “Towards the end, I was getting in 10 to 12 miles a day, just moving, burning calories.”

Exercise was by no means a new experience for House in 2010. He was an athlete growing up, played football at Brandon High and then at Delta State. In fact, he was a redshirt freshman on the DSU team that won the Division II national championship in 2000.

An offensive lineman at Delta State, he stood 6 feet, 2 inches and weighed just over 300 pounds. “I lifted weights, ran sprints, all the things you do training for football,” he said.

That ended his junior year at DSU when a back injury required surgery and forced him to quit football.

“So I quit working out,” he says. “Unfortunately. I didn’t quit eating. The pounds started to add up.”

Funny story: South Panola assistant coach Jamie Everett, an offensive guard on DSU’s national championship team, was teammates with House one year and then coached him in 2001 as a graduate assistant. Everett was flipping channels in 2010 and came across the NBC weight loss show.

“Hmmmm,” Everett remembers thinking to himself, “that guy looks a lot like the Patrick House I played football with at Delta State. Nah…”

“Patrick was a big guy at Delta State but not that big,” Everett says.

A couple days later Everett mentioned seeing a near-double of Patrick House on Biggest Loser. “You idiot,” the teammate said, “that was our Patrick House.”

House would not be surprised. He had to reintroduce himself to his two-year-old son after being away from more than three months in filming the show back in 2010.

That’s what happens when you lose nearly 200 pounds.

House says keeping the weight off is a constant battle, especially now that he doesn’t have six hours a day to devote to exercise.

“Part of my job is entertaining clients, taking them out to dinner and such, so, yeah, I have to work at it,” he says. “I’ll have to work at it the rest of my life.” But he knows how. And just lacing up his sneakers and getting in his “steps” is the biggest part. ••• The Farm Bureau Watermelon Run, established in 1983, is one of Mississippi’s oldest and largest road races. The July 4 race begins and ends at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and often has as many as 1,500 entrants.
