Rumour, have you read that Herald Sun interview with Samantha Cohen? It has a delicious reveal in it which is being ignored by everyone. The press never revealed it either. When asked about the bullying rumours, she confirms them by telling a story about why she worked for the Sussexes for 18mths instead of initial 6mths that she’d agreed to do. Apparently she lasted that long because they had difficulty finding a replacement for her and when they did find someone, they were added to the South Africa tour to get some on the ground training, but they quit/ turned down the job while still in Africa on the tour!!!

No one’s talking about Samantha extending her support from 6 months to 18 months because it was talked about at the time and again 2 years ago when Tom Bower revealed it in Revenge.

The new staffer quitting during the Africa tour isn’t a surprise. If there were staffers that quit because of the Australia tour, there were staffers that quit because of the Africa tour. It’s also really old news and not that interesting /not that important anymore, not in the grand scheme of BRF relations. It’s also further evidence that the BRF really did protect the Sussexes by squashing this revelation for over 4 years. If this had come out while the Sussexes were losing staff on a weekly basis or during the bullying investigation, it would have been damning but now, 4 years later, it’s a nothingburger.

I’ve dropped my opioids by 11 mg a day, even though I had ketamine infusion in hospital I feel like I’m withdrawing bad this time,last yr I managed to drop 9mg after ketamine but I didn’t have any complications with infusions & I can’t remember any withdrawal. I think I’ve been on opioids for a minimum of 6 yrs maybe more I used to be on over 80mg,it’s totally destroyed my gutt health hopefully after next yrs procedures &infusion I’ll be able to come of this crap for good & just take endone as needed for pain & use sublingual ketamine in between infusions along with medical marijuana &LDN I lost over 30kg doing that last time but then covid happened my partner lost his job after 28 yrs in firm & I couldn’t afford to take all that & insurance doesn’t fund any of that ,it only funds opioids morphine all the stuff that fixes one problem but creates another 20 but what choice do you have when it helps with pain & without it I wouldn’t be here I definitely wouldn’t be able to leave the house for sure &would struggle to just get out of bed so yes it helps with pain. one of my specialists said if it ain’t broken don’t fix it ,but it has created so many side effects especially when it comes to my gutt health & I’ve put on all the weight again very quickly,the side effects are so bad,you don’t notice it till you cut down my partner finally got a job &Is working again so I’m very grateful I can now afford the sublingual ketamine next I’ll get the medical marijuana ,then the LDN so bloody expensive having crps i had to decide what I was going to go without like my Kakadu juice my passiflora turmeric collagen .VITAMINS add up too if I stop taking high doses of vitamin C or D or my magnesium &an general womens health one I feel it I’m exhausted,my fingers feel even more broken I feel like I’ve run a marathon each night,then there’s all the probiotics the biotin for my nails& hair &that’s just my crps & fibro meds then I have my ptsd depression anxiety bipolar medication my bedroom is like a pharmacist.Wish insurance companies paid for what ever helped you manage your pain best,what ever gives you more fragments of life.My partner not working for over 18mths meant I had to up doses of meds they paid for,made me DEPRESSED undid all my hard work I had to limit &choose which vitamins topicals meds I could afford, I only took sublingual ketamine when I felt a flare coming or during a flare ketamine is amazing for turning down the noise& when I say noise I mean the air against your skin vibrations noise smells hair follicle burning tmj ect doesn’t take the burn away helps manage the sting, magnesium sprays are amazing too as are essential oils blends for pain cannabis oil DMSO IS AMAZING for Allodynia topically but expensive I’ve tried so many things in search for pain relief ,sensory relief now &have the knowledge but not the money to fund it all.l if I ever win Tattslotto I’d definitely give the Spero clinic a go & pray I got to ring the bell for 0 pain sounds like an impossible dream but you never know guess I better start playing lol if anyone has sensory issues the loop buds are amazing,MuseS I’ve been using for sleep, to lower blood pressure distract from pain&help me breathe maybe I’ll do a post with some pics &a video let me know if you’d be interested In that? I’m waffling now trying to distract my mind from withdrawals & restless legs still have acute pain from procedures & it could also be the after effects of coming off ketamine who bloody knows I had my new batch of ketamine made prior hospital a berry strawberry with sugar as I hate the bloody taste it triggers my ptsd the taste reminds me of the smell of anaesthetic should have said no to sugar as I don’t want to loose my teeth was excited as it was tolerable prior procedures I forgot my taste buds don’t work properly part of the sensory issues I get,anyway post procedures it’s still tastes bloody disgusting & is still triggering ptsd so won’t be getting sugar added for next one.Wishing low pain days for all 🙏 chronic pain problems •

None of us were there for the final meeting. We know the line Nouiam went with but Niam just follow orders with Louis and Louis, although I think at the beginning he was better, in later years handled multiple issues not that well. He gets very set dogmatic views and Idt listens to advice. If Louis decided it would better for fans to call it a hiatus then ... thats it. That's what has to happen. And Harry seems to just opt out when he doesn't agree, rather than openly contradict.

Only if Z been there would we hear any outright contradiction of Louis' version of events. But during MITAM Harry was as obvious as he has the balls to be by just not joining in or making odd jokes when the hiatus was brought up. Watching those interviews I truly find it hard to believe the others didn't know that Harry was planning a more serious break.

I'd fault Harry for soo many things about his solo career but Idg blaming him for not sticking with a band he joined at 16 and was no longer enjoying. If he did trick them that is shitty but I really don't think he did. I'd say most likely scenario is he just didn't say anything about his plans but I do not believe he promised them he'd come back in 18mths to 2 yrs. I reckon he said he wanted a break and refused to be drawn on how long.

If Nouiam wanted to deny what was staring them in the in the face with Harry having got his own mgt, then his own stylist, standing off to the side in most group photos then that is just beyond foolish. And if Louis is anything as combative irl as he is on twitter then idk, I might've done the same as Harry. Just held my peace til I could jump clear rather than deal with two plus months of cutting asides and constant snarky comments.

Louis did this at the start of WWA when H had just got his new mgt, utterly froze him out and got the others to in as much as he could. So maybe Harry didn't want to ruin the last concerts with that sort of aggro? Dunno, but for all I think Holo is a gaslighting, manipulative, crass, narcissitic debacle, I don't think any of us know for sure how that last year went down behind closed doors. Alot of people so sure Harry was the snake can't allow that Louis would ever be in the wrong. At the moment we have a huge surplus of 3-6mth boy clothes, as well as 18-24mth girl, 6-18mth/18-36mth sleeping bags, and reusable nappies. Officially you can borrow any size from newborn to 2 years as long as we have enough in stock. 2-5yr clothing is reserved for those most in need as this is harder to come by. We suggest a donation of around £10 per bundle, or a couple of £ per sleeping bag, etc. This helps us raise funds to buy things like new moses basket mattresses to give out to families. Zuchttauglichkeitsprufung ADRK e.V. (summary): The purpose of a ZTP / breed suitability test is to determine which Rottweilers are suitable for breeding & eliminate those which are not !!!- ADRK is responsible for tests, but regional of federal state groups or clubs can apply for permission to carry out a test & be authorized by the ADRK to do so. Only a conformation judge who is registered with the ADRK is permitted to conduct a (BST/ZTP).

ENTRY RULES: The owner of any Rottweiler bred in accordance with the breeding regulations can register his/her dog for a BST/ZTP providing the dog is at least 18mths old on the day of the event & is not banned from participating in shows or tests.The dog must have passed the (BH) “Companion Dog Test”:the certificate is required as part of the registration procedure.In order to enroll for a BST a written application must be completed & sent to the person in charge of the event:in must include: (A)Original Pedigree (B)Original medical cert for the HIPS/ELBOWS issued by an organization recognized by the ADRK. (C)A legible copy of the work record book.This must be complete & include the front & back covers;all test details must be legible i.e. test date & location,test level,rating awarded,name of dog handler,name of trial judge etc. (D)A copy of the owner’s current ADRK membership card(if there is more than one owner,copies of all owners’ membership cards)&,if applicable, a copy of the dog handler’s ADRK membership card.Owners are requested to membership cards on the day,without having to be asked. (E)If a dog is repeating a BST, all original BST reports from previous tests must automatically be submitted.Procedure: BST “Practical”

GENERAL GUIDELINES: The practical part of the ZTP (BST) is divided into two parts.The 1st part is aimed at finding out whether the dogs temperament is typical of the breed;only dogs that pass are allowed to continue & participate in the 2nd part.This part of the test is carried out via “VPG” trials & aims to establish how self confident the animal is & observe it’s behavior in action.In order to make sure the Rottweiler is still suitable as a service, sporting or family dog. At the beginning of the ZTP, all handlers & their dogs meet in the test arena & the judge explains the importance of this particular test method – it is a tool to preserve & strengthen the performance of the Rottweiler as a breed. The judge explains the spirit & purpose of the tests used to assess temperament & self confidence as well as the dog’s behavior when engaged in activities.All the handlers must remain by their dogs in the arena throughout this speech.

APPEARANCE: First the judge describes the dog’s appearance when standing still & when gating.Even at this stage,he is able to recognize 1st character traits.The judge then rounds off his picture by talking to the owner about how the dog is kept, how it was reared & what kind of environmental influences the dog is or has been subjected to. Then the judge determines the exact color of the dog’s eyes using a special color chart & describes them in a combination of figures & letters ranging from 1a to 4a. A 4b,5 or 6 would mean the dog is not suitable for breeding. In order for the dog to count as having a full set of teeth, two reports from different ADRK judges must be presented, (issued for example at a show or from a progeny examination) which confirms that no teeth were missing at the time. The dog must have been at least 8mths old at the time of issue.The ruling refers to incisors & canine teeth, molars are exempt from it.

SENSITIVITY TO NOISE: The dog’s sensitivity to noise is tested in a quiet environment & also how the dog reacts towards people behaving in a quiet manner.The judge fires two shots at least 5 seconds apart,while the dog is walking towards the group of people.If the dog reacts to the 1st shot, If the dog shows a reaction, it must recover right away, the handler will be instructed by the judge to unleash the dog & make it sit.Only then,can the routine to test the dog’s reaction to noise be continued. If the dog startles again,it will be disqualified.Dogs that are over sensitive to noise cannot pass a ZTP.
