most of the 6 fallen human designs i made up recently except perserverance and kindness a bit hey're both Magpie and Emy respectively from my Purple&Green AU where both co-exist for a while protected by a group of monsters, the Echoes

patience is very much inspired by paula from earthbound, rest are random. for frisk id imagine they'd randomly collect pebbles for no reason so they drop into the underground with whatever pebbles didn't fly out of their pocket. idk silly thing. i wanted to match chara to the flashback scenes more, not a new interpretation for a personal chara design but not completely common either

I actually HC that's Integrity soul is an older sibling of Clover's and, despite their anger issues, was really kind to them and almost raised them, due how neglegent and abusive their parent were.

I also HC that Clovers name is not their real name, but instead a name that was given by their sibling, after they displayed their distaste towards their birth one.

[ It's around seven years since the sixth human fell into the underground. With six human souls captured but no luck in obtaining a seventh, the monsters in the lab decide to start on a new project. ]

OPERATION NEW SOUL The plan to create a human soul.

With the determination they have, they insert it into monster's souls at first, turning some into dust…and some into amalgamates. Desperate, the scientists attempt to fabricate a soul using pure science. It works, but only temporarily; the artificial soul withers, draining away due to its inherent instability. The people of the lab couldn’t find out what they were missing.

Suddenly someone had an idea, what if they combined a monster soul with a human one. It seemed silly really, but what could they say, no? So they tried it, They gather fragments of the previous human souls and infuse them with determination. It's promising, but incomplete. They still need the monster soul.

And then one stepped up, “Meh, who really needs both halves. Someone gotta be the one feelin’ half of a Soul.” He joked. With half of his monster soul, and half of a human soul—they made…well, a soul. A stable one, maybe? No one really knew.

Some urge immediate use, fearing it will wither like the others. But the lead scientist insisted, “We must wait until its determination is strong enough to break the barrier.”

It seemed foolish. How could a soul, cobbled together in a lab, be strong enough?

You’ve opened your eyes. The first lab made “human”. ..created by monsters—how ironic. Born in a lab, it feels as if you simply appeared out of thin air. And to be literal, you did. Some young child popped up in their lab with some silly striped shirt on and dumb brown shorts.

“Now?” They would say, but the lead scientist still refused. “We wait.” He’d say.
