Operation: "Grow these muscles back!", is about to start real soon! I've been asked by a lot of people if I'm working out right now or when I plan on getting back into my workout routine. Well, this mama has been RESTING these past passing weeks. Not one workout (other than running back & forth between my two little ones 😂). While I'll admit that I've been itching to get back to it, REST HAS BEEN MY THEME😴. It doesn't matter what type of shape you were in pre-pregnancy & labor, b/c if you don't rest, you won't properly heal. That being said, for those who've wanted to know how I feel, almost 6 weeks postpartum? I'm feeling great! The rest has paid off!
