What can I tell you about this beautiful girl named Kat. For starters she’s one incredible athlete. Never once has she complained or told me she can’t do it. Instead I’ve been able to push her to her full potential and she continues to get stronger each week. This picture was taken of her on New Years Eve. Her weight loss and journey to become the best version of herself is amazing. If you knew Kat the way I did then you would be so proud of her and her accomplishments. Which is why I can’t wait to see how she’ll look and feel in another three months.
