So i ended up looking at your youtube channel somehow and i am 90% sure one of my highschool english classes watched your A winters ball/helpless vs satisfied video for our hamilton unit

You had a fucking Hamilton unit? Baffling.

anyway yeah that doesn't surprise me honestly. 3.8 million is a lot of views. and fucking. STILL nobody else has made a comparison video. if you want to compare the choreo between the two i am the only place to look. except for a buried Official Hamilton Instagram post that I WAS TAGGED IN. insane. its such an obvious video and apparently everyone just thought mine did the job well enough. which yeah. it looks boring though.

fun fact about that video. i screen recorded the entire fucking musical off of Disney+ for a different, copyright claimed video, so i have the entirety of Hamilton saved on my (dying) laptop. my editor could handle one copy of Hamilton in its files but the moment i added in the second version (for helpless/winters ball) it grinded to a halt. i had to trim the video before editing with it.

second fun fact i agonized frame by frame trying to make the timing line up perfectly. i was so frustrated with the bit where all 3 sisters hold hands and walk around Angelica bc in satisfied they pause in a line and there just wasn't an equivalent frame in helpless.

i was serious when i said that anon got me motivated to finally work on my izaya site again... i finally am making my merch page look pretty and cute...

it used to be just within an iframe before this but i was mulling over the layout because the iframe i use on the main page is too small to just have all my merch contained in it so i thought i should retire the obsession with iframes and just make a separate page... i made this site when i was 17 and just found out about iframes so i was trying to use them as much as possible...

i'm thikning i wanna try smth w js on the navigation bar.er actually now tht i think abt it it might be easier to do in css LOL at any rate. i'm excited. not too excited about having to optimize it for other screen resolutions though. (dramatic big sad eyes)
