Being Cautious of the Doubtful
On the authority of Abu Muhammad al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Abee Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), the grandson of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the one much loved by him, who said: I memorized from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him):
"Leave what makes you doubtful for what does not."

A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and he said, “Advise me.” The Prophet ﷺ said, “Do not be angry.” The man repeated his request and the Prophet said, “Do not be angry.”
[Sahih al-Bukhari 6116]
Explanation by Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan:
The Messenger ﷺ used to get angry but he would not vent it except if the anger is for the sake of Allah. He was lenient and never retaliated for himself despite the difficulties he faced from the people. He would forbear, forgive, and be nice to the one who has angered him because of His saying:
"But whoever forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah." [42:40]
Medication for anger;
1st - As much as possible, do not get angry.
2nd - When you get angry, do not express it; rather you should exercise patience, endurance, and forbearance.

Which Islamic book is good for me as a beginner?
As-salamualaikum.
The best is Quran and use Es-sadi tafseer because its easy for the beginner and dont start jumping on tafseer by Ibn kathir or tabari or kurtubi. These tafseer are vast and need to have a teacher for it but if u still want to, you can watch YouTube regarding this. They teach these tafseer well
Kitab At Tawhid by Abdul Wahab رحمة الله and its commentary by sheikh ibn uthaymeen رحمة الله and 40 hadith by Imam Nawawi رحمة الله ,the sealed nectar by Mubarakpuri and Book of Eman by Ibn Taymmiyah رحمة الله. Read those in sha Allah these will benefit you.
And if you can try to buy a book from store or online instead of a pdf free version. Like they really put efforts in translating it. But if you cannot its fine alhamdulillah.
May Allah grant you good health. Jazak Allah hu khayr

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀
The celebration of Halloween originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating sweet treats.
In terms of Shariah, it will not be permissible to participate in the celebration of Halloween as it is based on un-Islamic practices and beliefs. As Muslims, we are required to preserve our beliefs and not imitate un-Islamic practices .
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said :
You must keep to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly Guided Caliphs; cling to it firmly. Beware of newly invented matters, for every new matter is an innovation, and every innovation is misleading.
(Bukhari).Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith Number 42) Hadith 28, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi)
The final hour will not come until my followers copy the deeds of the previous nations and follow them very closely, span by span, and cubit by cubit.
(Bukhari 7319).
Whoever imitates a nation is one of them.

STALKING IS HARAM
This is a trait many of us engage in without even realizing it. How many of us look up people's profiles, concerned about their matters, what they're doing, and what they're up to? This is a trait that is highly disliked by Allah. Not only is it a form of spying, but it can also unintentionally give people the evil eye. The next time you feel tempted to stalk others, reflect on this.
'Do not spy on one another' (Quran 49:12)
The Prophet (SAW) said: "Part of the perfection of one's Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him." Hadith 12, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi . . .

On the authority of Abu `Amr — and he is also called Abu `Amrah — Sufyan bin Abdullah ath- Thaqafee (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
I said, "O Messenger of Allah, tell me something about al-Islam which I can ask of no one but you." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Say I believe in Allah — and then be steadfast." [Muslim]

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
"Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you. Remember Allah in times of ease and prosperity, and He will remember you in times of hardship and adversity. And know that which has passed you by and missed you, was never going to befall you, and whatever has befallen you was never going to miss you.
And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and hardship with ease."

When I think about what the world will be like after the genocide is over I have trouble imagining it. This has just gone on and on and escalated more and more. I can not really see this being over within the next few weeks at least. The failure of the international community is striking, even if they reacted like I had expected them to. I think for a lot of people the trust for institutions of power, the media, governments has been shaken to the core and I expect this will have long lasting consequences even outside the context of Palestine and surrounding countries.
Remember that this is a test not just for them, but for us also. We will answer for our intentions. May we not be of the oppressors, but of those who are speak the truth and encourage good.
On the authority of Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim]

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Al-Fawzān [حفظه الله] further said:
''As such, you find those who consume prohibited things
and earn from prohibited sources most distant from good deeds and acts of devotion.
You find that they are the laziest about the prayers because the forbidden weighs down their stomach and their hearts and gets them lazy about good deeds.
This is not the case with those who consume the permissible and refrain from what is forbidden;
that helps them upon obedience to Allah, softens their hearts and soothes them."

The Islamic Stance on Halloween and Its Historical Roots
The ancient Celtic (Irish/Scottish/Welsh) festival called Samhain is considered by most historians and scholars to be the predecessor of what is now Halloween.
Samhain was the New Year's Day of the pagan Celts. It was also the Day of the Dead, a time when it was believed that the souls of those who had died during the year were allowed access into the "land of the dead".
Many traditional beliefs and customs associated with Samhain continue to be practiced today on the 31st of October. Most notable of these customs are the practice of leaving offerings of food and drink (now candy) to masked and costumed revelers, and the lighting of bonfires.
Elements of this festival were incorporated into the Christian festival of All Hallow's Eve, or Hallow-Even, the night preceding All Saint's (Hallows') Day.
It is the glossing of the name Hallow-Even that has given us the name of Halloween. Until recent times in some parts of Europe, it was believed that on this night the dead walked amongst them, and that witches and warlocks flew in their midst. In preparation for this, bonfires were built to ward off these malevolent spirits.
The Islamic Perspective
Iman (faith) is the foundation of Islamic society, and tawheed (the belief in the existence and Oneness of Allah) is the essence of this faith and the very core of Islam. The safeguarding of this iman, and of this pure tawheed, is the primary objective of all Islamic teachings and legislation.
In order to keep the Muslim society purified of all traces of shirk (associating partners with Allah) and remnants of error, a continuous war must be waged against all customs and practices which originate from societies' ignorance of divine guidance, and in the errors of idol worship.

Always make du'a even if the matter is simple and you’re able to do it without any difficulty.
Make du'a even if you're not going through a calamity.
For the one who makes plenty of supplications during times of ease and in simple matters, Allah will grant him the ability to make honest supplications when things are extremely difficult.
🌟 The Prophet ﷺ said: ❛Get to know Allah in easy times, and He will remember you in difficult times.❜ 【Hadith 19, 40 Hadith An-Nawawi】

. [رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ] .
Also on the authority of `Umar (ra) who said:
While we were one day sitting with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) there appeared before us a man dressed in extremely white clothes and with very black hair. No traces of journeying were visible on him, and none of us knew him. He sat down close by the Prophet (ﷺ) rested his knees against the knees of the Prophet (ﷺ) and placed his palms over his thighs, and said: "O Muhammad! Inform me about Islam." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) replied: "Islam is that you should testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger (ﷺ), that you should perform salah (ritual prayer), pay the zakah, fast during Ramadan, and perform Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House (the Ka`bah at Makkah), if you can find a way to it (or find the means for making the journey to it)." He said: "You have spoken the truth." We were astonished at his thus questioning him (ﷺ) and then telling him that he was right, but he went on to say, "Inform me about Iman (faith)." He (the Prophet) answered, "It is that you believe in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers and in the Last Day, and in fate (qadar), both in its good and in its evil aspects." He said, "You have spoken the truth." Then he (the man) said, "Inform me about Ihsan." He (the Prophet) answered, "It is that you should serve Allah as though you could see Him, for though you cannot see Him yet He sees you." He said, "Inform me about the Hour." He (the Prophet) said, "About that the one questioned knows no more than the questioner." So he said, "Well, inform me about its signs." He said, "They are that the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress and that you will see the barefooted ones, the naked, the destitute, the herdsmen of the sheep (competing with each other) in raising lofty buildings." Thereupon the man went off. I waited a while, and then he (the Prophet) said, "O `Umar, do you know who that questioner was?" I replied, "Allah and His Messenger know better." He said, "That was Jibril. He came to teach you your religion."

🖊️ Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Al-Fawzān [حفظه الله] said:
''So, consuming what is halal (what you earn and what you feed yourself and your children, what you bring as sustenance for yourself and your children) aids towards acting upon good deeds and it makes the righteous deeds accepted by Allah. As for consuming what is haram, it brings you down, makes you lazy (reluctant from doing righteous deeds) and it leads to that which is not good for one's own being."

Chapter: The great majority
(8) باب السَّوَادِ الأَعْظَمِ
On the authority of Abu Najeeh al-’Irbaad ibn Saariyah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave us a sermon by which our hearts were filled with fear and tears came to our eyes. So we said, “O Messenger of Allah! It is as though this is a farewell sermon, so counsel us.” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “I counsel you to have taqwa (fear) of Allah, and to listen and obey [your leader], even if a slave were to become your ameer. Verily he among you who lives long will see great controversy, so you must keep to my Sunnah and to the Sunnah of the Khulafa ar-Rashideen (the rightly guided caliphs), those who guide to the right way. Cling to it stubbornly [literally: with your molar teeth]. Beware of newly invented matters [in the religion], for verily every bidah (innovation) is misguidance.”
[Abu Dawud]
It was related by at-Tirmidhi, who said that it was a good and sound hadeeth.
Reference : Hadith 28, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi
