DO INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS Manifest?

Q: Can intrusive thoughts become an assumption? Any tips on how to stop them or stop being afraid of them?

A🌙: Let's break this into a few sections

1st of all, let's remember that you aren't your thoughts

Assumption = a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.

Intrusive thought = An intrusive thought is an unwelcome, involuntary thought, image, or unpleasant idea that may become an obsession, is upsetting or distressing, and can feel difficult to manage or eliminate.

'Intrusive thoughts can also be managed by addressing the underlying problem, such as anxiety, stress, or a personal history of trauma.'

Thoughts are always gonna be there and most of the time they are irrelevant

An intrusive thought is called an intrusive thought for a reason (but tbh you don't even have to put a label on these thoughts)

So how to go on about this:

1. Don't be afraid of them, they can't hurt you and they can't have power over you without your consent

2. Don't fight with them, instead ground yourself and focus on your senses

3. Don't judge yourself and think that those thoughts are your identity.

Shift your awareness on the things that benefit you, so dont put your focus so much on "what if my intrusive thoughts become assumptions" no they will not

Empathy, compassion and kindness Differences, their immense absence in current human life & why they are important in terms of Planetary Transition 🌎✨

Empathy is feeling Compassion is action Kindness is doing something to alleviate the pain, discomfort, or suffering of others.

It is valuable and important to cultivate these skills within ourselves. Not everyone has them sharpened.

They are not automatic, as they require something from us: the interest to act in such a way. We are beings of pure free will!

However, we live running away from what makes us common, from what is simple, but what we have complicated more and more each day: the fact that we all feel, that we all need kindness, empathy, and compassion.

Empathy,

which is totally different from kindness and compassion, has even been more talked about nowadays, but talking is not the same as doing. Talking is good for reflecting, remembering that this exists, but doing only depends on us.

May this concept, so basic and precious, not be forgotten and trivialized.

May it not just be spoken, like a label to be called "empathetic," but rather as a practice, something that is part of your life, naturally.

Especially compassion,

which goes beyond empathy and is what we need most nowadays. But empathy, the most basic feeling, which "comes before" compassion (action), is still lacking.

There are common feelings to all of us, which are experienced in different ways, in different intensities, but are felt by all of us at some point in our existence. Fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, love. We are equal in essence. We go through extremely similar processes.

But why do we shy away from the empathetic gaze?

Why do we believe so much in the idea of individualism and separation? Why does the negative Ego still take hold of us?

And we do this more and more every day, despite being social beings, beings who need (balanced) exchanges, beings who need others for their evolution, through learning, experience, and so on.

Planetary Transition 🌎✨

In the end, we are going through a transition of planetary dimension. The Earth of the 3rd dimension will no longer exist, giving way to the existence of the Earth of the 5th dimension - the 4th dimension is one in which we already (co)exist, as it encompasses the astral part of our existence.

The essence of the 5th dimension lies in the interest to evolve, to seek consciousness, and to do so with the clear intention of RECONNECTING with others, striving to develop love and empathy. Even if you haven't achieved it yet, the interest and the pursuit define a Being ready for a life in the 5th dimension.

And because of this, which is already happening and is an evolutionary process of Mother Earth and all of us, the sooner we evolve, the better it will be for ourselves.

Stagnation is a choice, but it will have its consequences because our path has ALWAYS been one of evolution!

No soul is born without its greater will to evolve. It is the negative choices that take us off this path (a lengthy, deep, and evidence-filled subject; I'll bring more on this another time).

We do not live without anyone. The end of human beings is conscious and loving living in a GROUP! But for that, empathy is the most basic.

And at every moment someone is by our side. But we don't see it.

I strongly believe that empathy is the most basic thing for our lives, but it is quite clear that every day we practice non-empathy more and more, distancing ourselves from our fellow human beings - and I am not only talking about those close to you, whom you theoretically relate to.

Since our neural circuits linked to kindness, empathy, and compassion need to be trained and can be stimulated, it is up to us to stimulate this… do you agree?

Parallel stories: Alan 1 (12.2023)

The first of illustrations from which one can create an endless "tape" of time/parallel worlds. Each illustration shows one of the 13 supporting characters from my books (their characteristics are described in the upper right corner). Importantly, these characters seems to live as if in parallel universes, living their lives in different ways, depending on the world they are in, while always remaining themselves (Alan is always Alan, but his life experiences changes depending on the story he lives in). Illustrations can be added to each other both linearly (horizontally) and in rows (vertically, like hieroglyphs). This way one can fill the entire space (e.g. gallery space).

The series refers to the concept of dimensions and time as a dimension. In the first option (horizontal) the time is linear – this what happened earliest is at the beginning of the tape and what happened latest is at the end. In the second (vertical) this what happened earliest is at the top and what happened latest is at the bottom. It seems simple, but things can become a bit more complex, when we add both of those dimensions together, filling the space tightly with illustrations. Where is the end? Where is the beginning? Is there any end or beginning? It's a bit as if we combined one-dimensional spaces with each other into two-dimensional one. This somehow reminds me the concept of the fifth dimension chess, in which you can at any time go back to a selected move in the past and, having changed it, create subsequent, parallel versions of the game.

Of course, the artwork is not about explaining how dimensions work, it is not a physics lecture – it is just a loose interpretation, a combination of scientific curiosity and worlds from the books I write. Nevertheless I find the concept of dimensions and time extremely interesting. I encourage you to read and watch films about four-dimensional spaces perceived from our three-dimensional perspective and three-dimensional space perceived from the level of a being from two-dimensional space.

To make this ranking, all series titles in the Other Media category on November 29 (or the closest date to it) of every year were copy-pasted to Google Sheets, rearranged according to number of fanworks, and then manually filtered since not all web video series were marked as such.

Locked fanworks aren't included in the count because Wayback Machine can’t view those, only Ao3 users can.

Many authors started locking their works starting December 2022. It's most likely the reason the number of fanworks decreased or slowed down in 2023.

Bar chart starts at 2010 because there were no web series in Other Media in 2009.

The Dream SMP tag was only considered an Additional Tag in 2021-early 2022, which is why it's not listed in Other Media earlier than that.

By being a ghost Danny’s form changes to match the dimension he’s currently in.

Sure it was a little difficult at first adjusting to experiencing the things in the 3rd dimension and occasionally the 1st or 4th, but he got the hang of it. There was just one little snag with the form shifting. His true form was a 2nd dimension body, so being summoned or forced into his true form in non 2nd dimensions made things very… awkward.

Young Justice didn’t know how to explain the “who framed Roger Rabbit” situation they were in, because they were pretty sure the cartoon cardboard standee in front of them was not some world destroying eldritch monster like the cult that they were supposed to stop promised to summon. At least they hoped they weren’t.

Completely unrelated, Robin definitely has contingencies for 2 dimensional creatures. Right?

the model is of my fan Lunacid character, Snail!!! (name includes the !!!)

the goal here was to repeat Lunacid's artstyle. I was doing pretty good at the start, yet at the end I started to lose patience since the mistakes I did while modeling (and not knowing how to unwrap properly) made this quite annoying. regardless I really enjoyed the process and I hope when I have more time I'll be able to do models like this!

The fandom making fun of a character for disabilities reminds me of when people made aus where Rainflower became disabled as “karma” for how she treated Crookedstar. If the character is “messed up” enough some people in the fandom will have no problem with treating them as if they deserve to be disabled as if it’s a punishment.

The leftism LEAVING people's bodies when they think that a person deserves to become disabled as a punishment. The leftism being downright EXORCISED from people's bodies when they can frame a baby being born disabled as a consequence for the sins of their parents.
