I finally got around to watching the episode. Massive lore dump AND Aizen? Amazing, perfect, 10/10.

Gonna ramble and this is not for anime only watchers, as I'm rambling about the manga and CFYOW.

The backstory with Ukitake was much needed imo! It's always a treat when Kubo flexes his body horror ideas, and it's interesting to see it animated.

The ShunUki agenda is alive and well and I'm 100% here for it. It was great to show that from early on, Shunsui never held back, even for someone like Ukitake. I know it's can be argued it's because they didn't establish their friendship at that point, but I'd like to see it as foreshadowing for how unforgiving of a fighter Shunsui is.

The subtle hits of the butchering of the Soul King! The fact that it's only a rumour amongst the upper-class nobles is what's fascinating. The control of information is done by the 4 Noble Clans (Shihouin, Kuchiki, Tsunayashiro and the Unknown Clan). The Shiba Clan was considered a 5th one and stepped away after the butchering of the king, with the Ise being the makers of the sword. It makes me wonder who else was present for the king's dismembering (aside from Ichibei).

I had an odd theory looking over the TFE episodes (and I am writing this at like 3am so someone else could probably put it a lot better than I can)

What if Bee was a Decepticon at some point?

There’s a little bit of evidence for it - he seems to be on personal terms with a lot of the Decepticons, to the point of apologizing to one of the Insecticons during the battle for the Allspark. He has Decepticon tech - maybe Optimus gave it to him, I’m not sure? Either way, he seems to really know his way around it. Swindle seems to have a very personal vendetta against him, specifically referring to the Battle of the Bay, which is definitely an important battle as it’s when Megatron defected and Dottie lost her leg.

And then there’s the whole thing with Breakdown! I could be remembering this wrong, but does Breakdown mention Optimus “getting between” them or something? They could have been friends pre-war of course, and that’s more likely, but it just makes me wonder.

I’m sure there are other examples. And perhaps he was a spy instead. Perhaps I’m looking too much into this, haha. It just seems like it would fit into Earthspark’s theme of change, and would be something very new with Bumblebee, which they seem to be trying to do with a lot of the classic characters.

One of my favorite things to learn about while reading about cr gods is that the Changebringer "calls no domain in the planes her residence" and "wanders through the Outer Planes where serenity can be found." Which I can only interpret to mean she couchsurfs around the planes, randomly showing up at the other Prime Deities' doors and being like "heyyyy, so I'm gonna chill at your place for a bit, thxxxx :)"

*sits up in the middle of the night* in this next universe where vampires seem to have taken over the world, marceline probably either never met simon or he died soon after they met, which means that since her mom also died when she was really young (too young to remember a lot about her i bet), she most likely raised herself completely alone through the apocalypse and never really learned about Morals which is how after getting bitten she joined the vampires and, became evil i guess. we see that even with simons good influence in her formative years she went through a rough path after getting bitten so it would make sense that shed turn out nasty if it wasnt for him. she is part demon. we just saw an universe where simon lost marcy and was fucked up and now we're gonna see one where marcy lost simon and became fucked up

sure! emphasis on 'some' bc there aren't many i like out there. youd think for a character w 14k fics some of them would be about comic pietro that i like. regardless

but i believe you are pushing your luck by shroomyystar: i read this one today. i cant express how bad this fucked me up . i am still thinking abt it. pietro & erik post axis retcon, a conversation about how pietro is no longer erik's actual son. the character writing in this is driving me crazy i need to go sit down with someone and discuss i tliterature class style IM INSNAE. so good.

Cycles by shroomyystar: fucked me up good as well im not gonna lie! pietro faces judgement from the progenitor. AXE compliant. SHOULDVE BEEN AN ACTUAL ISSUE METHINKS.. pietro characterization immaculate, plus LUNA.. ahh!!

Color Theory by Kworei: silver age pietro ft erik and wanda, brotherhood early days. SO good. pietro bullies erik for being a lil stupid and they also get to choose the colors for their outfits :) huge fan of pietro's writing and just how easy he can provoke erik he's my special boy

I'm referring to the absolute horror of realizing you've done something Wrong (not necessarily life threatening, like finished a school assignment but completely misunderstood the point of it, or made a huge noise while a presentation was going, or fell down the stairs in a public stairwell in the middle of the busiest time to use it surrounded by other people). The weight that sits on your chest and makes it hard to breath without it aching, the yawning pit of dread that becomes a black hole in your stomach and makes it sink like a stone, rhw feeling of being mildly faint even at the realization that *everybody fucking saw you fuck up*, the feeling of your whole body feeling hot in a flush because your stuck now and there's so much emotion and all of it is bad, the aching in your chest that pounds with the realization of 'fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck-' and the terror of realizing that people noticed you because you did something Wrong, and the nausea that rises in the back of your throat and the lower parts if your stomach, making you twist just enough to feel like eating would be a waste because while you won't puke (probably) food sounds so fucking unappitizing, the weight of guilt on your jaw for realizing you've almost definitely fucked up someone else because of your incompetence at being a normal human being.

Anyways I'm. Fairly sure that's shame and *not* embarrassment like I previously thought for my whole life. If this is not shame, pls let me know yall TvT
