As I’m posting this, it’s been almost a month since he passed away. Here we were changing the bedsheets. He was always coming to ask to be put up on the wardrobe, from where he would supervise the whole process.  This is the last photo I have of him on the camera. The last one on my phone is with him sleeping belly up, a sign he felt safe and relaxed.

[2019] telah berlalu dengan sebegitu cepatnya, banyak rencana terlaksana. Ada pula yang belum selesai seutuhnya. . Semakin kesini, semakin lebih mengerti. Siapa aku dan bagaimana aku. Jadi, jangan paksa aku untuk menjadi aku yang bukan aku. Bukan berarti egois, ini tentang memaksimalkan potensi diri demi kebermanfaatan lingkungan sekitar kita. Daripada memaksa diri menjadi orang lain, yang malah justru sebabkan diri minder dan tak percaya diri. Cukup tunjukkan apa yang bisa diharapkan dari orang sepertiku, akan ku lakukan sepenuh hati dengan caraku sembari mendengarkan masukan dari rekan. Tentu, terkadang berhasil, kadang pula gagal. . Aku bukanlah perencana yang baik. Aku hanya netapin tujuan, trus di analisa untuk mengetahui cara mencapainya. Bahkan, terkadang akan sangat sering ngubah rencana di pertengahan jalan karena situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi. Bagiku, ini Fleksibilitas bukan plin-plan. Tapi, kadang gara-gara perubahan mendadak ini, menyulitkan rekan dan partner kerja, ehehe. Maaf lah yaaa ✌️ . Fleksibilitas itu mengikuti sembari mengendalikan arus. Plin-plan itu terombang-ambing arus. . Sedari dulu, aku memang menganggap konsep POAC dalam manajemen terlalu umum. Akhirnya, aku lebih sering pakai rumusku sendiri. Namanya GASAC. Goal-Analysis-Strategy-Action-Controlling. Nentuin goal, nganalisa SWOT internal-eksternal, atur strategi berdasarkan hasil analisa, ACTION! , terakhir control untuk bisa dapetin feedback. Kalau ada feedback atau bahkan gagal, bukan kembali ke goal (G). Tapi, kembalinya ke Analysis (A). Hanya merubah analisa, tanpa merubah tujuan. . 5 tahun SMA, 5 tahun kuliah. Sudah cukup membuat ku banyak tertinggal dari yang lain. Tapi, aku pun percaya setiap orang memiliki zona waktunya masing-masing. Bukan berarti nyantuy dengan kondisi ketertinggalan ini, tapi fokus dengan setiap hal dan konsisten dalam berproses dan berprogres. . 2020, di awali dengan banyak kejadian tak terduga yang mencerahkan di bulan Desember ini. Tak sabar menunggu keagungan dan keajaibanNya yang membuatku semakin tunduk pada kuasaNya. . Today has been such a sweet day. We visited Laura and her boyfriend's new home (this is the view, btw <3), had awesome food, played Exploding Kittens and each of us managed to pet Dănilă, their orange cat, at least once. 🐈
