Summary: Music, sleep, coffee, and a pack that he isn't a part of was the only thing that Min Yoongi cared about. Being the only human in his friend group was a downer sometimes especially when they were all in a relationship together, but Yoongi never let anyone know his true feelings about that situation trying and failing to put some kind of distance between himself and the pack. But when an accident leads Yoongi to get hurt, something things come out and they just might be what Yoongi needs to hear.

Yoongi would have thought after 27 years on this planet he would have an inkling to not fuck with the supernatural. The same supernatural that has been out and about publicly since the '60s. The same supernatural he works with every day as a music producer. Faries, weres, vampires, kitsunes, and many more outnumbered humans 2:1 meaning for every one human there are two supes. It was never an issue until right now.

Yoongi just so happened to piss off the wrong kind of werewolf yesterday morning before he had even gotten coffee in his system. All he did was accidently bumped into the guy as Yoongi was entering the coffee shop causing the guy to spill his drink all over himself. Yoongi had apologized to him, but the guy just growled that he was going to regret that pushing passed Yoongi. The werewolf ended up being a fellow worker at Yoongi's company, and as Yoongi left the company that night, they were chased Yoongi into the wooded area close to the company. As the moon hit its peak, the werewolf took its chance and attacked Yoongi as he was tiring biting him the shoulder. Yoongi screamed and the sound of wolf howls sounded. The wolf, that attacked Yoongi, dropped him, and turned tail and ran.

Somehow while still in extreme pain, Yoongi managed to stumble his way out of the woods feeling eyes on his back the whole way. After leaving the woods, he is vaguely aware of how he managed to get into his car, drive home, cleaned up, and into bed. And this is where our current story starts.

Yoongi stared at the circle of teeth marks that were hidden under the gauze on his shoulder in horror. Anyone in their right mind knows that if you get bitten by a were during a full moon, you become one. Yoongi had no idea what to do in this moment. He wanted to call into his job and tell them he couldn't come in because he is sick, but he normally doesn't do that. He sighed running his hands down his face.

Suddenly his phone started ringing.

"Yoongi-ah, open your door. I have coffee and breakfast," Kim Seokjin, his cafe owning friend, sang through the phone.

"Hyung, this is not the best time," Yoongi tried to argue wrapping his shoulder with fresh gauze.

"Pup, just open the door," Jin lightly ordered kicking Yoongi into gear.

Opening the door to reveal Jin and one of his partners Kim Namjoon, who also works with Yoongi.

"Hyung, this is not a good time," Yoongi sighed as Jin squeezed his way passed and into the kitchen."Nams, did he drag you here for a reason?"

"Come eat while Joon-ah checks out your shoulder," JIn said setting everything out on the counter.

"Nothing is wrong with my shoulder, Hyung," Yoongi said letting Namjoon in and closing the door.

"Hyung, we can smell the saliva in the wound on your shoulder," Namjoon spoke matter of fact. "Did you forget the pack are weres and run in the wood by the company?"

Yoongi grunted as he dropped himself into a chair and started nibbling on his food. "So, you saw the bastard bite me?"

"No, or he would be dead for attacking part of my pack," Jin growled. "We weren't aware of anything until we heard you scream."

Yoongi grunted again making his trademarked :| face holding his arm out for Namjoon to unwrap and check the bite for his own self. Namjoon's eyes set into a glare and breathed in deeply.

"The scent on this bite smells familiar," Namjoon growled softly. Yoongi shrugged and winced when he pulled at the wound. "How did any of this happen, Hyung?"

Yoongi reluctantly retold everything the day before as Namjoon cleaned the bite a bit better and rewrapped it. Jin and Namjoon gave each other a look as Namjoon finished.

"I think I know exactly who this was," Namjoon stated crossing his arms. "That new transfer teacher to the dance department. The one Jimin is always complaining about at game night. He apparently doesn't like any of us in the pack."

"But I'm not part of your pack," Yoongi grumbled. "I was just a regular human minding my business."

Jin's eyes soften at the wounded man in front of him. "Oh honey."

"I'm not," Yoongi affirmed crossing his arms carefully. "You guys have four others in your pack and polycule. I'm just the pet human - well used to be human, and outlier."

"How have I allowed you to feel like this?" Jin questioned as his eyes set on Yoongi's face." How have I allowed you to feel like you are not part of my pack? Yes, you were human, but you are one of the fundamental parts of it?"

"That's not true," Yoongi argued rolling his eyes. "I'm just the friend sitting on the sidelines only needed when someone wants something."

Jin and Namjoon growled warningly as Jin came around the kitchen counter and put his hand on the back of Yoongi's chair tipping it backwards. Yoongi let out a meep clawing at the edge of the counter to stabilize himself. Jin grabbed Yoongi's chin making him look Jin straight into his eyes.

"Min Yoongi, you have been part of my pack since the moment Namjoon dragged you to my cafe years ago when he first met you," Jin growled out." You are the second person who joined even if you didn't know it yet. You stole all of our hearts with gummy smiles, sarcasm, and quiet caregiving. Have we all not made it obvious that we care and love you, pup?"

"Hyung, you can't really believe we don't love you in more than a platonic way," Namjoon asked gently," not when you always have one of the pups or Hobi hanging off you 90% of the time?"

Yoongi tried to look anywhere but Jin, couldn't. "I didn't want to get my hopes up," Yoongi admitted softly," especially if my feeling were not reciprocated."

Jin's eyes soften as he caressed Yoongi's cheek with his thumb." How long have you felt like this?"

"Love you all or feeling like the outsider," Yoongi questioned.

"Both," Namjoon answered for Jin.

"Love you guys? About a month after meeting, you and Jin, and it got worse as Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook joined," Yoongi answered. " Outsider? Started over the last few months."

"And you never said anything," Jin simply asked.

"You never said anything either," Yoongi glared slightly at the oldest in the room.

"Cheeky pup," Jin chuckled." We will inspire to show you how much we care and love you in the future if you allow."

Yoongi stared at Jin for a moment searching his face for any lies before doing the same to Namjoon. As he moved his eyes back to Jin, he gave to tiniest of nods causing both Jin and Namjoon to smile widely.

"Please, can I kiss you," Jin begged." I've been waiting for years."

"Su-," Yoongi started before he was interrupted with a passionate kiss. All of Yoongi's problems seemed to melt with the kiss. Nothing matters except Jin's plush lips and the feeling of knowing the pack loved him as much as he loved them.

As they parted, Yoongi tilted his face toward Namjoon and nodded his head giving Namjoon the answer to his silent question. Namjoon captured Yoongi's lips in the second kiss of the morning.

"This wasn't what I was expecting for today," Yoongi mumbled as he and Namjoon parted, and Jin let his chair settle back on the floor.

"You gotta expect the unexpected in this pack, Yoon-ah," Jin giggled." Just wait until Hobi and the maknaes get their hands on you."

Yoongi groaned loudly. "I would rather streak naked in the woods."

"Oh, that's going to be next full moon," Jin stated simply." Your first shift, and first run. Thank the moon goddess that after your first shift, you can shift whenever after."

"I was joking, but pop off, I guess."

"Love you too, pup."

An Incomplete History of Zhang Luyi & Chen Minghao's Friendship

Do you like Pangxie's chemistry in Tibetan Sea Flower? Do you feel that they are really old friends? Besides the fact that Zhang Luyi and Chen Minghao are very good actors, they are indeed old friends, and the earliest record that I can find of them working together dates back to 2006. However, CMH was in the 1996 class of acting at the The Central Academy of Drama, while ZLY was in the 1999 class of directing at the same university, so I figured they definitely got to know each other before 2006. So more or less, on Chinese social media, people usually assume that they've been friends for almost 20 years.

Before I dig into the history, I want to mention that some Pangxie scenes are actually improvised by ZLY and CMH on set. CHM has played Pangzi several times, and is insanely good at it, so he knows about Pangzi and the character dynamics inside out. While ZLY is new to the DMBJ universe, he did read all the DMBJ novels before the filming of Tibetan Sea Flower, so he has very insightful understanding of the characters and relationship dynamics as well.

For example, according to an interview of the director, this iconic & funny "拜年/new year's greeting" scene in episode 6 was improvised, and the director just decided to keep it in the final cut. In a BTS footage, Pangxie putting peanuts on Feng's very wrinkled test paper in episode 9 was also shown to be something that ZLY and CMH came up with during rehearsing.

The History

In the first paragraph, I mentioned that they went to the same undergraduate university. Another thing that connects them even more is that they went to the same graduate school - Peking University's School of Arts, and both have the master's degree in arts. ZLY fans sometimes just endearingly call CMH “师哥/shige" because of all of this.

In 2006, ZLY and CMH were in the stage play 琥珀/Amber. Here are some rare photos of 26-year old ZLY and 31 year old CMH LOL:

Both of them continued to do a lot of theatre works, some tv/film roles, and also attended grad school in the coming years. ZLY got his breakthrough leading role in 2014, and started to lead in shows/films.

In 2016, ZLY and South Korean actor Jang Hyuk starred in the drama 新海/New Sea, and CMH was seen sharing the following scene with ZLY. Unfortunately, due to China's ban on South Korean entertainment content in the same year, this drama will probably never see the light of day.

Then, I think some of you already know this, in late 2016, CMH directed the stage play Big D, and ZLY was his lead actor in this play. According to different news articles, the tickets of this play were sold out in either 5, 7, or 8 minutes (LOL no idea why there were such discrepancies, but they were sold out within 10 minutes for sure).

In 2018, they appeared in The Sound which is a very good variety show about dubbing. Celebrities were asked to dub domestic and international shows/films (sometimes in both Chinese and English) to show case their voice acting skills and language skills. What's really funny is that ZLY is one of the typical introverts who can be a clown when he's surrounded by people he's familiar with, but once you put him in an unfamiliar environment, he gets nervous and shy. So after he and CMH entered the room together, he just naturally and subconsciously stood right beside CMH, the one he was most comfortable with, even though he was supposed to team up with another actress (who was off screen). He got really confused for a minute when all the other guests and hosts were questioning why he didn't stand beside his teammate LOL.

Both ZLY and CMH are really very low key actors in c-ent, so you don't see them in public events a lot. The last time that they were spotted chatting in public was during the premiere of the movie Under the Light last September.

Anyways, thanks for reading! I hope this can bring some insight into their friendship. You can tell they are just so comfortable with each other, and shooting Tibetan Sea Flower seemed to be such a fun experience for them. I hope they get to work together again soon in the future!

favorite fandom memories

here are five moments for five years I've been here :')

1. Watching push live

such a vivid memory. we were in the trenches and no one knew when or if TK and Carlos were getting back together in the episode. no one even knew why they broke up!! the post-episode high was unmatched. i walked on cloud all of the next day. so so cathartic

i can hear the music in this gif. it takes me right back to 01/31/2022

2. two bts moments that changed my life

this pre-3x18 still that was the moment the fandom knew the proposal was coming. lives were changed. and HONEYMOON POOL on the call sheet!! just knowing we'd even see their honeymoon?? lives were changed!!

3. friends

every friend i've gotten to meet through fandom, especially the ones i've gotten to plot fics with and cheer each other on, ones that i theorize with and run to with every bit of information, ones who i know beyond the bounds of fandom, ones i've sent and received mail from, one who i get to listen to about their days <3 ily i wish i could sit on your couches with a warm beverage and talk about the show forever

4. off the deep end

the day i caught up with the first 3 episodes of the show ready to watch 1x04 live. i was done being distracted, was heading to the library to lock in for an upcoming exam. i sit at a desk. i get out my phone (classic procrastination) and whoops, i've discovered this live. i tell myself i'll watch it later and i really need to study. i proceed to watch the entire thing. i haven't even opened my backpack. i knew i was fuuuuuUcked

5. posting my first fic

it was such a spur of the moment decision to decide to write for me. i wrote half of this thing on the notes app on my phone and then had to figure out how the hell ao3 worked. and i was blown away by comments!!! there were real live people telling me they liked what i wrote!! i read the emails in the bar bathroom and was so happy adsfasdf transformative experience

Jikook Week 55 Complete ✔️ (24-31/12/2024)

Jikook have finalized their 55th week in the military and 70% of their service is now complete. It's time to look back at this week in 2016. It was the end of the year and BTS were busy with a series of shows performing Blood Sweat and Tears and Fire from the Wings album. They were down one man because Yoongi had an accident at the dorm on 20/12 and was told to rest for a week.

Watching these shows again, it is clear that this was a special time for BTS and especially for Jimin. It reminded me of RM's comments on Minimoni music earlier this year. Jimin's confidence may have suffered ups and downs in the 11 years since their debut but in December 2016 he was definitely riding high.

On Christmas Eve, BTS appeared on the Music Core Year End Stage with one of their iconic Blood, Sweat and Tears performances.

They did a live that day and exchanged Secret Santa gifts. They were in high spirits after a successful stage, lots of joking and laughter.

Suga received vitamins from JK. JK was gifted fabric deodorizer by Taehyung who received snacks from Jimin.

Jimin and J-Hope both got underwear from J-Hope and RM respectively. RM received snacks from Jin. Jin received an Suga acrylic photo stand from Suga (how he rolled his eyes when he unpacked that gift - oh Yoongi). That acrylic photo stand made multiple appearances on Twitter and in Bangtan Bombs for the rest of that year.

V & Jimin were in their partners in crime phase and filmed and posted video clips together. Tae sang "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" followed by Jimin singing the question "Taehyung, is it fun to do something like this?" V's love of Christmas songs sure goes back a long time.

On Boxing Day, BTS appeared at SBS Gayo Daejun.

This show included one of Jimin's legendary dance performances. He was part of an ensemble of idols showing off their contemporary dance skills in the opening show.

Personally, I think he did a fantastic job and from the sounds of the cheering, it's clear that the audience was impressed. However, as usual Jimin wasn't satisfied and was thinking of ways it could have been better. I'm so glad he and JK are being kinder to themselves these days.

On the 29/12 BTS filmed KBS Gayo Daechukjae with three group stages including this one for Fire.

Jimin also had a dance off with Taemin. Jimin was working hard and Taemin noted his puffy eyes with concern. I remember reading something about Jimin collapsing from exhaustion as soon as he got off stage after this showdown but I can't find where I saw that.

JK was also busy, performing I'm a Flying Butterfly as part of a group stage with the other 97 liners.

Tae's birthday happened during the shooting of the show and BTS celebrated with cake backstage.

On New Year's Eve, BTS filmed their final show of the year, MBC Gayo Daejejun. JK was featured in the BTS performance of Rainism.

Jimin posted their practice session on Twitter "It was great!!!!! You all worked hard." Always supporting his Jungkookie.

As the end of the year comes closer, we’re happy to announce that we’ll be receiving prompts for next year’s Multiamory March event. Multiamory March is a month-long event held each year, starting on March 1st and ending on March 31st, with a prompt for each day.

2025 marks the 5th year since #MultiamoryMarch came to our blog 🎉🎉🎉

The prompting process will last through November and the final prompt list should be available mid December. You can send us prompts through this google form (anon) [LINK HERE]

How will this work?

This process will have two phases:

Phase one: prompting. In this stage you will submit different prompts that will make up the pool of the next stage. It will be open from October 30th to November 17th.

Phase two: voting. During the voting stage, you will choose your favorite prompts. The top 31 most voted prompts will become the official prompts for next years' event. Visual prompts will be voted separately and a list of 10 alternative prompts will be chosen. This stage in the process will be open from November 30th to December 14th.

How to submit prompts

Please submit your prompts as words or phrases.

This year, we will also offer visual prompts. To submit a visual prompt, please describe it as best you can (i.e. a room full of people and the polycule communicating with glances across the room).

You may submit songs or music videos as prompts, but please do so as text and not links (i.e. BTS - Blood Sweat and Tears MV and not the link to the MV)
