Das ZK strebt darüber hinaus eine Angleichung der Lebensbedingungen der chinesischen Bevölkerung an. Das gilt zum einen für die immer noch klaffenden Differenzen zwischen den hochmodernen Metropolen, insbesondere in den Küstenregionen, und dem Land. [...] Konkret sollen wohl die Landwirtschaft verbessert und die ländliche Infrastruktur aufgewertet werden. [...] Darüber hinaus kündigte das ZK weitere Maßnahmen im Kampf gegen den Klimawandel an. [...] Das 3. Plenum stellt in seinem Abschlusskommuniqué zudem Reformen etwa im Steuer- und Finanzsystem in Aussicht [...] Schon vorab war spekuliert worden, das ZK könne sich mit den schon lange geforderten Anpassungen im Steuersystem befassen und für eine bessere Finanzausstattung der Kommunen sorgen. Diese tragen zwar einen großen Teil der finanziellen Last, dürfen aber zuwenig von den Steuergeldern einbehalten, um sie zu finanzieren. Die Folge ist eine überaus starke Verschuldung der Kommunen. Die Reformmaßnahmen, die das 20. ZK fordert, sollen [...] bis zum 80. Geburtstag der Volksrepublik im Jahr 2029 umgesetzt sein. Das soll weitere Schritte ermöglichen, an deren Ende dann im Jahr 2035 das Ziel erreicht sein soll, »eine sozialistische Marktwirtschaft mit hohen Standards« zu schaffen und »das System des Sozialismus mit chinesischen Charakteristika zu verbessern«. Damit seien dann die Grundlagen dafür geschaffen, China bis zur Jahrhundertmitte zu »einem großartigen modernen sozialistischen Land« zu machen. [...] In der kommenden Woche wird eine hochrangige US-Wirtschaftsdelegation in Beijing erwartet, die sich dort unter anderem mit Handelsminister Wang Wentao, aber auch mit Außenminister Wang Yi treffen will, um die Bedingungen auszuloten, denen ihr China-Geschäft in Zukunft ausgesetzt ist. Erwartet werden etwa: der Präsident des US-China Business Councils (USCBC), Craig Allen; der Chef von Fedex, Raj Subramaniam; zudem Manager etwa des Halbleiterkonzerns Qualcomm und der Investmentbank Goldman Sachs, von Nike, Starbucks und United Health. Die Manager sollen sich [...] mehrere Tage lang in der chinesischen Hauptstadt aufhalten und dort am Freitag kommender Woche an der China Operations Conference teilnehmen, die das USCBC einmal pro Jahr für seine Mitglieder organisiert. During the session, the KOSPI fell as much as 10.8%, triggering circuit breakers for the first time since March 2020, which are trading curbs activated when the index falls or rises more than 8% and halts trading of stocks and derivatives for 20 minutes. Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution 
The long history of Mitsubishi and the Paris Dakar Rally meant that in the mid-1990s when it was time to develop the next competition car the pressure was on. It needed to be based on a current production car for homologation purposes, and a road-legal version needed to be offered for sale to the general public. Known as the Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution for obvious reasons, the new vehicle was based on the unibody shell of the second generation Pajero – however it was vastly modified, with new suspension, a wide body kit, skid plates, large mud flaps, with power provided by a 275 bhp 3.5 liter 24 valve DOHC V6 6G74 engine with MIVEC and a dual plenum variable intake.For those unfamiliar with the acronym, MIVEC stands for “Mitsubishi Innovative Valve-Timing Electronic Control” it’s a variable valve timing system that allows different timing for the intake and exhaust valves depending on load, engine speed, and driving conditions.Inside the vehicle you’ll find Recaro seats with larger bolsters than the standard Mitsubishi seats designed to keep the driver and front passenger in place even when enthusiastic off-road driving is undertaken.Other than the seats the interior looks very similar to the standard second generation Pajero, largely due to the fact that this was a low-volume homologation model and so interior parts were kept close to stock to keep costs in check.
Mitsubishi built 2,500 examples of the V55W between 1997 and 1999 for homologation purposes. Most were fitted with the 5-speed automatic transmission (with a dual range transfer case) however some received a 5-speed manual – most other specifications remained largely unchanged over the production run.
The Pajero Evolution model series would become the most successful production-based Dakar rally vehicles ever made – taking 12 victories from 1985 to 2007, even managing a historic 1-2-3 finish in 1998 which cemented its reputation as King of the Desert.

Introduction to the Devi Upanishad, "the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Device".

The Devi Upanishad was likely written between the 9th and 14th centuries CE. It is one of the five Atharvashiras Upanishads, which are important to the Shakta and Tantra philosophy traditions. The Devi Upanishad refers to Mahadevi as representing all goddesses. It is numbered 87 of 108.
The banner refers to what is called the yantra, or the “contraption” which is found in the reproductive area of the female woman. It is very, very mysterious:

The reasons hindus have both gods and goddesses is similar to the reasons the Jews have them: one represents intent, the other represents their fundamental energy. Male forms perform, female forms provide the “configuration.”
I have not found the study of the gods and goddesses to be particularly helpful but a deep analysis of the references in the Upanishads can help release some limitations imposed upon the Self by the mind:
Om ! Gods ! With ears let us hear what is good; Adorable ones ! With eyes let us see what is good. With steady limbs, with bodies, praising, Let us enjoy the life allotted by the gods. May Indra, of wide renown, grant us well-being; May Pusan the god of the sun, and all-gods, grant us well-being. May Tarksya, (Siva) of unhampered movement, grant us well-being. May Brihaspati god of prayer grant us well-being. Om ! Peace ! Peace ! Peace !

There are hundreds of goddesses and stories about them in Hinduism, the primary form is called Durga, “the power terrible”. She has a pleasant form called Uma, and an extremely terrifying form called Kali. They are poorly enumerated and understood in the west. Devi is very similar to Ishtar from the Book of Esther in the Jewish religious tradition, as she represents social evolution and change. This She does through the destruction of blockades between man and nature, man and society, and man within himself.
The most famous myth called Devi called the Devi Mahatmayam explains Her victory over a king that was a rapist who could not be subdued by the law.

HANOI, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Vietnamese President To Lam was named on Saturday to the nation's top position, general secretary of the ruling Communist Party of Vietnam, replacing Nguyen Phu Trong, who died two weeks ago.
Lam, 67, had temporarily taken on the party chief's duties on July 18, a day before Trong's death, as his health deteriorated.
Party delegates unanimously supported Lam's nomination, officials told a press conference.
Addressing the delegates, he vowed to inherit and promote Trong's legacy, make no changes to the Southeast Asian nation's foreign policy, focus on achieving its socioeconomic development goals and continue a campaign against graft.
"In the coming time, the work on anti-corruption will be continued fiercely," Lam told the press conference. "Personally I feel fortunate that I have much experience in handling anti-graft campaign during the time I worked at the police ministry."
Vietnam, a major destination for manufacturing investment, has long been favoured by multinational corporations for its political stability, but experienced major turbulence in recent months that officials said was fuelled by the anti-graft effort.
The nation does not formally have a paramount leader, but the head of the party has a more prominent role than others, after Trong beefed up its power during his 13-year tenure.
Lam, a career security officer, had been seen as long aiming to become party chief, with experts calling the presidency a stepping stone for the top job.
"It is a sign of a temporary halt of internal fighting within the party," Nguyen Khac Giang, a Vietnam expert at Singapore think tank the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute.
"Although Lam vowed to push forward the anti-corruption campaign, the campaign may slow down a little as he may prioritize stabilising the party system before the party congress in 2026."
It was not immediately clear whether Lam would retain both top jobs until the legislative session ends in 2026, or whether a new president would be chosen.
Lam was elected president in May after leading the sweeping campaign of high-profile investigations against corruption as police minister. He replaced Vo Van Thuong, who had been in the job about a year when he quit amid accusations of unspecified wrongdoing.
Officials and diplomats said the party had discussed possibly naming a new president so that Lam could focus on the party chief job. Discussions may still be under way, one diplomat said on Saturday.
If Lam retains both jobs, he may boost his powers and possibly adopt a more autocratic leadership style, officials have said, similar to that of Xi Jinping, who is China's party chief and state president.
That would be a change for Vietnam, which, unlike its far larger neighbour, has engaged in more collective decision-making, with leaders subject to multiple checks.
It would not, however, be unprecedented. Trong held both top jobs for nearly three years until April 2021 after the death of a former president.

But here you are, looking into how to accomplish this no so easy task. This article covers the Mazda 3.0L V6 from 2004 to 2008.

The first thing you need to understand. This is one of those jobs where you are doing more than just changing the spark plugs. This job requires some disassembly of the engine. Which means, while you are there, there is other things you should replace while you are at it. Let’s dive into this really fun job and look at what all needs to be done.
What Else to Changing Spark Plugs on a Mazda 3.0L
Here is a quick layout what you will be getting into on changing spark plugs on a Mazda 3.0L. This layout will help you decide now if you even want to attempt it. Some models of Mazda’s with the 3.0L may be more or less difficult. This article is based on the Mazda 6 and the MPV. Overall, they will all be about the same. In order to get to the spark plugs on a Mazda 3.0L, you have to remove the upper plenum.

The plenum has to be removed for the rear three spark plugs only. However, this is going to be your hardest task out of the whole project. In order to remove any of the spark plugs. You first have to remove the coil packs that are mounted on top of the plugs.

There is one more part that should be changed while you have everything apart. The PCV Valve, it is buried below the plenum. If there was ever a time to change the PCV Valve, this is it. So, you can see, this isn’t an impossible task, but more than just a simple changing of the spark plugs on a Mazda 3.0L V6. All in all, you can do this job, completely unexperienced, in and around 3 hours.
How Often Do Spark Plugs on a Mazda 3.0L Need to be Changed
Many spark plugs today can go 100000 miles before needing to be replaced. However, on the Mazda 3.0L between 04 and 08. The answer would be to replace them every 75000 or every 60 months. Coil packs can technically go 100000 miles, but there is a catch. When a spark plug starts declining in performance, it causes the ignition system to decline. Just like in the old days when cars had distributors. When a spark plug starts building up resistance not being able to fire as good as it once did. The ignition backs up into the distributor cap, causing the cap and rotor to burn out sooner. This applies to coil packs as well. When the spark plug starts to not fire as efficiently, it causes the coil packs to overheat and burn out. So, as mentioned above, since you have so much to do to change the spark plugs anyhow. Keeping the plugs and the coil packs changed at the same time is the most logical way to go. Now that you know that how declining spark plugs on a Mazda 3.0L can wear down the coil packs. I hope you understand why it is important to change both at the same time.
Always Replace in Pairs and Sets
There are some shops that shouldn’t even be in business, that will change just the failing plug or coil pack. Do not follow their practice of this stupid mindset. Always change tune-up parts in pairs or sets. Meaning, no matter how many cylinders your engine has. Replace all spark plugs as a set. This includes coil packs or spark plug wires as well. FSK: Foil-scrim-kraft reinforced Aluminum foil backing
The middle layer is the Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive, it increased tensile strength of FSK, and the Aluminum foil and Kraft paper are firmly bonded.
PSK: PP-scrim-kraft reinforced Aluminum foil backing
PSK uses a bleached white kraft paper that is laminated with a white polypropylene film and tri-directional fiberglass scrim. Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive,and the Kraft paper and PP film are firmly bonded.
ASJ: All service Jacket reinforced Aluminum foil backing
The middle layer is the Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive, it increased tensile strength of ASJ, and the Aluminum foil and White kraft paper are firmly bonded.

es gab einen rassistischen vorfall im germanistischen institut einer berliner universität, bekommt dozentin nora rischer per e-mail mitgeteilt, als sie sich gerade hat künstlich befruchten lassen. ein rassistischer vorfall an ihrem institut? wer kann es gewesen sein? wer in dem institut in dem sie arbeitet? doch es dauert nicht lange bis sie zweifel bekommt, sie selbst könne es gewesen sein, als sie neulich nach einem vortrag, der wenig verständlich war, nach einem zwischenruf aus dem plenum den chinesischen austauschstudenten aufgrund ihrer ausspräche einen deutschkurs empfahl. sofort sah sie sich in ihrem kopf mit stimmen unzähliger vorwürfe und anschuldigungen konfrontiert. gerade sie, die sie sich immer als offen und absolut nicht irgendeines ressentiments gegenüber anderen imstande sah, sollte nun einen solchen ungeheuerlichen vorfall zu verantworten haben, sie, die queere frau und nicht irgendein alter weißer mann? sie kann es nicht glauben und sucht nach auswegen, während sie noch immer in der praxis sitzt - nun eingeschlossen, da sie von den mitarbeitern im behandlungszimmer vergessen wurde... das auch noch an einem mittwoch! -, was soll sie nun bloß machen?
eine wunderbare komödie oder auch ein witziges lehrstück über - wie es auf dem buchrücken schon hervorragend zusammengefasst ist -"rassistische strukturen, identitätspolitische debatten und moralische eiertänze". panik macht sich schnell und reflexartig breit, wenn man denkt, man habe etwas falsch gemacht, denn einmal auch nur eine vermutung im raum - ganz egal ob einfach in die welt gesetzt oder mit fakten hinterlegt -, die im netz auftaucht und das leben kann ein anderes sein... nicht nur, dass das netz alles unglaublich schnell und räumlich unbegrenzt verbreitet, es vergisst auch nicht. eine komödie über hypersensibilität und übertriebene political correctness in seinen verschiedensten ausprägungen, die rassismus, sexismus, usw. damit aber auf gar keinen fall verharmlosen möchte, aber zeigt wie schwierig der diskurs im umgang mit diesen "ismen" ist. war das, was ich den studenten aus china empfohlen habe nun schon rassistisch fragt sich dozentin rischer den ganzen roman hindurch. sollte sie sich für diesen ratschlag entschuldigen? wann ist etwas, was man sagt auf rassistische oder andere weise deutbar, auch wenn man es nicht so meinte? eine frage, an der viele verzweifeln - aber meist eben nur die, die es tatsächlich nicht so meinten wie es interpretiert wurde... ein wunderbar konzipierter roman über dieses thema, von dem die autorin gleich zu beginn behauptet diesen garnicht geschrieben zu haben, in dessen erzählfluss immer wieder andere stimmen eingreifen, da sie, wie es immer so ist, auch ihren senf dazu beitragen müssen, die sich distanzieren, die polemisieren, die das nie erwartet hätten und die, die es immer schon wussten,... genial und unglaublich kurzweilig!
