dream where I was 4 and was in this challenge where I had to keep a candy in my mouth for longer than my opponent. semi lucid cuz I kept saying "hey it's kind of weird im 4 now because I could have sworn I was just 19" and everyone was a little irritated by that. i was trying to remember the word reincarnation and no one helped me til I remembered it myself

Backyard Blues

Male birds sing their melodies, tired of being alone 

Green mango trees with nothing yet to give  

Against the perfect blue sky on a spring afternoon 

Which makes their newborn leaves more bold to assume 

Down south where my roots lie 

No thought of you 

Though thats a lie 

And everything reminds me of you 

But the birds keep me company 

The wind hugs me

And the perfect blue sky still remains blue
