They were taking the fact that his Buck died too lightly. It was possessive, it was “you weren’t there when the lightning struck. You didn’t have to live without him, for 3 minutes and 17 seconds, in agony. You didn’t have to know he was dead and possibly not waking back up for 3 minutes and 17 seconds.” It was “the love of my life was dead for 3 minutes and 17 seconds. And I died with him for those 3 minutes and 17 seconds. And I don’t know if I ever came back. I won’t ever get those 3 minutes and 17 seconds back.”

Eddie always shouts Buck's name now because the last time he shouted more than 8 times Buck didn't respond because he was dead so he is always extremely excited to call out to Buck because Buck will respond. Someone needs to sedate me.

So my boyfriend doesn’t watch 911. He’s seen a few episodes here and there with me. He’s seen tik tok edits on my fyp of Buddie but he thinks, to his knowledge of what he’s seen, that they’re just friends and all thought the edits make them look like they’re in love it’s just edits and obviously they’re just friends.

Until I showed him the poker scene. To that he said “oh shit they’re on a date, they really are in love.” And Eddie knowing the EXACT time Buck was dead. Give me a “just friends” explanation for that
