Thaanks, I've loved Higurashi since it first came out. It was where I learnt.. everything I am. I've been rewatching it lately after learning of and watching the new 2020 sequel. I prefer/absolutely adore the original over Gou, but I do really like how it makes Satoko in love with Rika. But my favourite character was and still is Rena, Onikakushi-hen is truly iconic!

Agreed 100%. And there have been some "safe adults" that use "well I don't post nsfw so I can talk to minors" but it still feels weird? Like why would you want to mostly talk to minors while also talking about how adults that are into whatever fiction they're into are "icky"?
