🍜 This is the black garlic tonkotsu ramen from 📍Ramen Setagaya on St. Mark's Place!

💸 The menu is slightly more expensive at dinnertime than at lunchtime, so try going while the lunch offers are still up if you're on a budget.

🍖 I was very impressed with this ramen, which despite being the smaller size was rich enough to constitute a meal and then some. It reminded me of the fantastic ramen restaurants from back at home. The black garlic tonkotsu ramen is incredibly flavorful, equal parts savory and umami.

🥢There's lots of ramen restaurants in the area, I look forward to comparing them all!
