- How can I cut this down? (Too long!)

- I would like to include few more shots of the clown consuming tears... but I’m not sure where. 

- I would like to include a shot where the girl drops the clown as she tries to grab the yellow flower ... is it necessary?

- Is the ending too forced or awkward? What would be an alternative option?

From the minute we released the cast album of #TheMadonesMusical, we dreamed that someone might someday do an animatic to one of our songs. It’s poetic. It’s beautiful and stark. It follows the music and every beat of the story with precision and grace. And it’s fucking dark. Be warned. It will make you cry and it will give you chills. We share this with Miranda’s blessing. We’ve already gushed to her about how much we love it and how much we wanted you to see it. Mixed Media Animatic Fallon and Beneful - Baked Delights 

Producing an animatic that delivers smooth animation while also incorporating a loose illustrated feel can be tough. Using this fresh mixed-media method, we helped Fallon convey their playful story that encourages you to always 'treat' your pet right.

It was important to capture the dog's personality through lifelike movement so we opted for 3D animation. We seamlessly combined our 3D pup within a sunny 2D world and friendly 2D family, giving it an overall softer feel. 

Reducing the amount of 3D work in this way also offers a cost-saving solution that still delivers great tone and amazing storytelling possibilities.  Two things every animatic needs to succeed in testing.
