JUN R33 Skyline GTR at Bonneville.
JUN Suka did it 375km/h!
49th Bonneville Speed Week
Enjoying the pleasure on the salt was Susumu Koyama, managing director and driver of JUN Auto Mechanics. A new record was a given, and with the goal of beating the 260 miles set six years ago with a 300ZX, he brought his 1,200 horsepower R33 Skyline GT-R, which he started building in May. The fastest challenge on Lake Bonneville, Utah, USA will be held for one week starting August 16th. As expected, the GT-R broke the class record with an average speed of 233.217 miles per hour. Photos&Report/Shogo NAKAO ●Interview cooperation/Travel Alice 06-341-1201
JUN is Bonneville's home run king.
When he first came here in 1990, he failed with a 300ZX, but the following year he used the same machine to hit a bullet liner of 260.809 mph and 419 km/h. In 1993, I brought an R32GT-R, but it rained.
The tournament was canceled due to standing water. Moving to Dry Lake in El Mirage, California, he set a class record of 194.961 mph and 313 km/h on a 2 km straight short course.
The aim this time is F/BGCC class. In the blown gas competition coupe, supercharged gasoline engine category below 3L, the previous record of 219.107mp/h was set by Thunderbird last year. First of all, Managing Director Koyama. The road surface was extremely rough due to the previous week's thunderstorm.
Even though I said, "I won't run straight," I ran 221 miles. Qualify now.
Normally, after this, I would run the 7-mile course in reverse and record the average value of the two runs, but on the evening of August 17th, when I qualified, it rained heavily and the course was closed until the afternoon of the 19th.
The rainwater did not dry up after the 3rd mile mark, making it an unusual record run in the same direction for 223 miles. At this point, I have achieved a class record. ``When I was a sophomore, there wasn't a big bench.
It was estimated that it had 1000 horsepower. This time, we have 1,200 horsepower, so according to calculations we should be able to cover over 260 miles,'' said Mr. Yoshida, the JUN public relations officer, with a red-hot face.
``The car was bouncing around so much,'' he says, so he loaded eight 18-kilogram salt bags into the trunk, for a total of 144 kg, aiming for even more speed.
However, the rain on the 17th did not dry up quickly and there were sloppy and slippery conditions.
Daijiro Inada, who is well-known for OPT magazine, rides the boat and pulls it an average of 233 miles.
On the second and final day, Managing Director Koyama aimed for a homer with the bases loaded by removing the salt bags and using thicker tires and maximum boost pressure, but he could not beat Daijiro.
I ended up spinning around in circles.
The members of JUN looked a little disappointed.
PIC CAPTIONS
The weight of the vehicle is 1500kg. It had been converted from a 4WD to a 2WD, but apparently ``a 4WD would have been better on this road surface.''
Traction was improved by placing 144 kg of salt bags next to the gas tank in the trunk.
A twin-turbo engine with 1200 horsepower measured on the bench. Great, you have a bench.
On the road this time, he was not able to tell how the aerodynamics were compared to the Z.

Finland is well-known for its extensive rail network, and on YouTube, the spotlight often shines on the country's excellent long-distance night trains with their comfortable sleeper cabins. You might also find videos about their daytime long-distance trains or even their regular commuter trains. However, I bet you haven't heard about this unique commuter train that runs just five times a week. It's the only train in Finland that uses rare, old-school commuter cars from the 1980s. Join me for a trip on the special Z commuter train to Kouvola and discover its intriguing backstory!

Storia e Evoluzione della Leggendaria Fiat 500 F
Tumblr media

This category echoes artistic responses to other catastrophes — like the poetry of World War One, literature on the Holocaust, films about Vietnam. Valour! Compassion! (1995), and of course Jonathan Larson's Rent (1996).

Jonathan Larson's musical Superbia was never fully produced, but it was performed in workshops and readings and won awards. Larson was given the opportunity to develop and stage the musical in the United Kingdom through the Buxton Opera House's "Quest for New Musicals" competition, but he turned it down because he was not happy with the contract.
Larson performed a second reading of Superbia at The Public Theater in December 1991, but the reading didn't go well. The reading was scheduled on the same day as the theater's Christmas party, which started during intermission
Larson's development process for Superbia was immortalized in his autobiographical musical tick, tick … BOOM which premiered at the Jane Street Theater on 5/23/2001 revamped to the three piece…. Which was 1945 days after his death. That can also be written as 5 years 3 months and 28 days (5/13). 5/23/2001 was 111 days before 9/11. It closed on 1/6/2002

Years are getting shorter
There are 365 days in a year 366 in a leap year.
Or is this about that we only have so much time and we continue to waste it?
Time will not slow down for anyone, and that is one of the biggest lessons we learn through life. We have to eventually catch up, we are all going at different speeds and that's another problem. People want you to go faster or slow down or come here now in 2024 it isn’t okay to take your time. But how can we when it never slows. If we take our time with something there is a chance that fear and anxiety will take over and tell you that it can never be done and that you’re not gonna achieve your goals, making you feel like you wasted time on your dream as life was passing you by. Or its the reverse, you say you’ll get to your dreams eventually and then run out of time before you ever get the chance to really live.

Treading water is a swimming technique that involves moving your arms and legs in a vertical position to stay afloat in deep water. It's an important skill that can help prevent drowning and conserve energy
Did you know that the world record for treading water is 85 hours? That's about 3.5 days and was set by a 19-year-old in 1997

Battleship is known worldwide as a pencil and paper game which dates from World War I. It was published by various companies as a pad-and-pencil game in the 1930s and was released as a plastic board game by Milton Bradley in 1967. The game has spawned electronic versions, video games, smart device apps and a film.
The game of Battleship is thought to have its origins in the French game L'Attaque played during World War I, although parallels have also been drawn to E. I. Horsman's 1890 game Basilinda,[1]and the game is said to have been played by Russian officers before World War I.[3] In 1907 the game playing was mentioned in the diary of Russian poet Ryurik Ivnev.[4] The first commercial version of the game was Salvo, published in 1931 in the United States by the Starex company. Other versions of the game were printed in the 1930s and 1940s, including the Strathmore Company's Combat: The Battleship Game, Milton Bradley's Broadsides: A Game of Naval Strategy and Maurice L. Freedman's Warfare Naval Combat. Strategy Games Co. produced a version called Wings which pictured planes flying over the Los Angeles Coliseum. All of these early editions of the game consisted of pre-printed pads of paper
Battleship was one of the earliest games to be produced as a computer game, with a version being released for the Z80 Compucolor in 1979.
Battleship directed by Peter Berg was released on 4/3/2012 in Tokyo and on 5/18/20012 in the United States. Filming took place on the USS Missouri and in Hawaii. “A fleet of ships is forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals.”

Can't fight it, like taxes
"Can't fight it" means that someone is unable to resist or oppose something, implying that they have no choice but to accept a situation or feeling because they cannot control it; essentially, it means "it's inevitable" or "I have to give in."
At least it happens only once in your life
They're singing, "Happy Birthday"
Happy Birthday To You published in 1893 by Patty Hill and Mildred J Hill. The song is in the public domain in the United States and the European Union. Warner Chappell Music had previously claimed copyright on the song in the US and collected licensing fees for its use; in 2015, the copyright claim was declared invalid and Warner Chappell agreed to pay back $14 million in licensing fees.Warner claimed that the United States copyright would not expire until 2030 and that unauthorized public performances of the song were illegal unless royalties were paid. In February 2010, the royalty for a single use was US$700.[12] By one estimate, the song is the highest-earning single song in history
One of the most famous performances of "Happy Birthday to You" was Marilyn Monroe's rendition to US President John F. Kennedy on May 19 1962 at a gala held at Madison Square Garden for his 45th birthday, 10 days before the actual date (May 29).
She continued the song with a snippet from the classic 1938 song, "Thanks for the Memory", for which she had written new lyrics specifically aimed at Kennedy.
Thanks, Mr. President
For all the things you've done
The battles that you've won
The way you deal with U.S. Steel
And our problems by the ton
We thank you so much
-Monroe attended the event during the production of Something's Got to Give, resulting in her receiving a hand-delivered note stating that she had violated her contract with 20th Century Fox and eventual firing in June 1962 this would be one of the last major public appearances by Monroe before her death on 8/4/1962 which was 77 days later.
*Something’s Gotta Give is a song by LeAnn Rimes and it was released as the 3rd single from her 7th studio album. It was released on 12/12/2005. The label used was Asylum-club.

His nephew Jackie unpacks his suitcase and finds a revolver. Jackie and his friends are always playing with their toy guns and Jackie goes around town, pointing the gun and pulling the trigger, oblivious to the fact that there is a live round in the chamber. When his parents and uncle realize he has the gun, they set off on a frantic search but not before he fires at someone”
What can you do?
“Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country” is a line from John F. Kennedy's inaugural address, which he gave on January 20, 1961. The line is an example of antithesis, a rhetorical device that uses parallel opposition to set off two ideas. Kennedy's speech was a sensation, inspiring Americans to contribute to the public good and civic action. He believed that democracy thrives when citizens contribute their talents, and that leaders should inspire citizens to sacrifice. The speech also included a call for peace, a celebration of freedom, and a warning against nuclear threats

The first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was held in August 1995 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The show was the brainchild of Leslie Wexner and Ed Razek, the CMO of L Brands at the time. (*JL was 34 at the time of this first show)
The show was a risky move for the retailer, but it paid off and helped make lingerie mainstream. The show became a yearly event that was one of the most-watched and attended off-calendar fashion events. The show's production value increased over the years, with bigger wings, more expensive lingerie, and more famous musical acts. Some of the most famous models to walk the show include Tyra Banks, Gisele Bündchen, and Heidi Klum.
The show was discontinued in 2019 due to concerns about a lack of diversity, declining ratings, and public criticism. However, the show returned in 2024

Peter Pan and Tinkerbell Ahhh
Robert James a sculptor in the UK has made a Peter Pan and Tinkerbell bronze garden statue (thanK you aIMee)
Tinkerbell- At first only a supporting character described by her creator as "a common fairy", her animated incarnation was a hit and has since become a widely recognized unofficial mascot of The Walt Disney Company, next to the official mascot of Mickey Mouse.
The extremes in her personality are explained in the story by the fact that a fairy's size prevents her from holding more than one feeling at a time, so when she is angry she has no counterbalancing compassion
June 2006- August 2019: In the Andy Weir and Sarah Andersen Cheshire Crossing series, Tinker "Tink" Bell firstly appears alongside Peter as they attempt to rescue captured fairies from Captain Hook and the Wicked Witch of the West, with Peter being captured and Tink fleeing to get Wendy's help, alongside that of Dorothy Gale and Alice Liddell, providing the latter two with fairy dust to fly. Later, after Dorothy is captured, Tink frees her and goes to Castle West to warn Jack the Knave of Hearts of the incoming flying pirate ship, preventing the Cheshire Cat from eating her when they attempt to do so. Later, after the Witch defeats Mary Poppins in battle, Tink lends Poppins her power against the Witch as Poppins utters "Say hello to my little friend!", leaving them evenly matched. Later, after the Witch has been defeated, Alice places Peter (now shrunken to Tink's size and having matured due to consuming size-altering berries in Wonderland) next to Tink, having recognized her as being in love with him, and after being complimented by Peter as to her appearance, the pair kiss.
A bronze sculpture of Tinker Bell by London artist Diarmuid Byron O'Connor was commissioned by Great Ormond Street Hospital, to whom Barrie bequeathed the copyright to the character, to be added to his original four-foot statue of Peter Pan, wresting a thimble from Peter's finger. The figure has a 9.5 in (240 mm) wingspan and is 7 in (180 mm) tall. She was unveiled on 29 September 2005 by Sophie, Countess of Wessex.
Which way to Never Never Land? Ahhh
Neverland is a fictional island featured in the works of J. M. Barrieand those based on them. It is an imaginary faraway place where Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook, the Lost Boys, and some other imaginary beings and creatures live.
its best-known resident famously refused to grow up. Thus, the term is often used as a metaphor for eternal childhood(and childishness), as well as immortality and escapism.
The concept was first introduced as "the Never Never Land" in Barrie's West End theatre play Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up, first staged in 1904. In the earliest drafts of the play, the island was called "Peter's Never Never Never Land", a name possibly influenced by the 'Never Never', a contemporary term for outback Australia. In the 1928 published version of the play's script, the name was shortened to "the Never Land". Although the caption to one of F. D. Bedford's illustrations also calls it "The Never Never Land", Barrie's 1911 novelisation Peter and Wendy simply refers to it as "the Neverland," and its many variations "the Neverlands
The novel says that the Neverlands are compact enough that adventures are never far between, and that a map of a child's mind would resemble a map of Neverland, with no boundaries at all
Peter—who is described as saying "anything that came into his head"—tells Wendy the way to Neverland is "second to the right, and straight on till morning." In the novel, the children are said to have found the island only because it was "out looking for them."
In Barrie's Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens (1906), a proto-version of Neverland, located in the Serpentine in Kensington Gardens, is called the Birds' Island, where baby Peter reaches by flight, or by sailing in a paper boat or thrush's nest.
Walt Disney's 1953 Peter Pan adds a "star" to Peter's directions: "second star to the right, and straight on till morning."
In Peter Pan in Scarlet (2006), by Geraldine McCaughrean, Neverland is located in waters known as the 'Sea of One Thousand Islands'. The children get to the island by flying on a road called the High Way
In Peter David's 2009 novel Tigerheart, Neverland is renamed the Anyplace and is described as being both a physical place and a dream land where human adults and children go when they dream. Additionally, there is a location called the Noplace which is cold and devoid of colour where people in a coma and those who are "lost" live.
In the 2011 miniseries Neverland, inspired by Barrie's works, the titular place is said to be another planet existing at the centre of the universe. It is accessible only via a magic portal generated by a strange sphere. In the 2015 American film Pan, Neverland is a floating island in a sky-like dimension.
The passage of time in Neverland is similarly ambiguous. The novel Peter and Wendy mentions that in Neverland there are many more suns and moons than on the Mainland, making time difficult to track.[2] One way to tell the time is to find the crocodile, and wait until the clock inside it strikes the hour.[3] Although Neverland is widely thought of as a place where children don't grow up, Barrie wrote that the Lost Boys eventually do grow up, having to leave, and fairies there lived typically short lifespans. [citation needed]
In Peter Pan in Scarlet (2006), by Geraldine McCaughrean, time freezes as soon as the children arrived in Neverland. In the 2011 miniseries Neverland, in which Neverland is said to be another planet entirely, time has frozen due to external cosmic forces converging on the planet, preventing anyone living there from ageing
Emerald City's gone to hell
Since the wizard
Located in the center of the Land of Oz, the Emerald City is the end of the famous yellow brick road, which begins in Munchkin Country. In the center of the Emerald City is the Royal Palace of Oz. The Oz books generally describe the city as being built of green glass, emeralds, and other jewels.
In the earlier books, it was described as completely green. However, in later works, green was merely the predominant color while buildings were also decorated with gold, and people added other colors to their costumes
Baum may have been partly inspired in his creation of the Emerald City by the World Columbian Exposition of 1893, nicknamed the "White City,"[10] which he visited frequently, having moved to Chicago in anticipation of the event. W. W. Denslow, who illustrated the original Oz book, also incorporated elements that may have been inspired by the White City.[11] Denslow was familiar with the exposition as he had been hired to sketch and document it for the Chicago Times. Likewise, the quick building of the real-life White City, in less than a year, may have contributed to the quick construction of the Emerald City in the first book.[4]
Others believe Baum may have based his description of the city on the Hotel del Coronado, where he supposedly did much of his writing
Scholars who interpret The Wonderful Wizard of Oz as a political allegory see the Emerald City as a metaphor for Washington, D.C., and unsecured "greenback" paper money. In this reading of the book, the city's illusory splendor and value are compared with the value of fiat money, which also has value only because of a shared illusion or convention. Here, Dorothy gains entry to the Emerald City (Washington, D.C.) wearing the witch's silver slippers (the silver standard) and taking the Yellow Brick Road (the gold standard). There, she met the Wizard (President William McKinley), whose power was eventually revealed to be an illusion.
More recently it has been speculated that the name “Emerald City” may be referring to the city of Seattle, Washington. This is incorrect as the American city gained its “Emerald City” nickname in 1982,[16] over 80 years after the publication of Baum's first book

Sleepless in Seattle released on 6/25/1993:
After the death of his wife, Sam Baldwin (Tom Hanks) moves to Seattle with his son, Jonah (Ross Malinger). When Jonah calls in to a talk-radio program to find a new wife for his father, Sam grudgingly gets on the line to discuss his feelings. Annie Reed (Meg Ryan), a reporter in Baltimore, hears Sam speak and falls for him, even though she is engaged. Unsure where it will lead, she writes Sam a letter asking him to meet her at the Empire State Building on Valentine's Day.

Texas Twister (I got stuck upside down on this ride in 2007 I was 14.) was a HUSS Top Spin located at the now defunct Six Flags Worlds of Adventure park in Aurora, Ohio. The ride would operate from 1993 to September 16, 2007 (TS was on tour with Brad Paisely they did not have a show this day.) when the park closed altogether. In 1993, Funtime Incorporated, the owners of the Geauga Lake park, opened a first-of-its-kind attraction in North America. This attraction would be a Top Spin manufactured by the German company HUSS. The ride would continue to operate with the same name throughout the parks history. It would operate throughout the Premier Parks, Six Flags, and Cedar Fair ownerships of the park. On September 21, 2007 (Ts was with Brad Paisely and Rodney Atkins in Tampa, FL @ the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union), Cedar Fair announced the ride's park would close, only operating the water park on the opposing side of the lake. Texas Twister was not demolished, but relocated to California's Great America where it would open as Firefall for the 2008 season. The ride would later be closed and demolished on October 30, 2016 due to Top Spins being discontinued.

It was then sold to Kings Entertainment Company in 1989, while Santa Clara retained ownership of the land. Paramount Parks acquired the park in 1992, followed by Cedar Fair in 2006. Santa Clara eventually sold the land occupied by the park to then-owner Cedar Fair in 2019, who then sold it to Prologis in 2022. While its current owner, Six Flags, plans to eventually close the park by 2033, the land rental agreement is a six-year lease through 2028 that gives Prologis the option of extending it another five years

****Diana, Princess of Wales's landmine walk in Angola on 15 January 1997. It had a far-reaching impact, triggering a worldwide conversation that saw a turning point in the fight against the lethal devices
Princess Diana's last official engagement before her death was a visit to Bosnia on August 8-10, 1997 to meet with landmine victims. The trip was part of her campaign to raise awareness of landmines and their devastating effects on people. She would die in Paris 21 days later. Diana's visit to Bosnia led to increased funding for demining projects and the creation of the Ottawa Treaty in 1999. The treaty aimed to eliminate the use, production, stockpiling, and transfer of anti-personnel landmines.
The release of TS “Mine” was on 8/4/2010 and it was the lead single from her third studio album Speak Now. She revealed that she wrote the song during her Fearless Tour in Texas:

”Amarillo by Morning" is a country music song written by Terry Staffordand Paul Fraser, and recorded in a country pop style by Stafford as a single on 8/2/1973 to minor success.[2]The song would be popularized in a fiddle-based Western rendition by Texas neo traditionalist George Strait on 1/14/1982 he recorded it on 4/13/1982
The song is sung from the point of view of a rodeo cowboy, driving at night from San Antonio to a county fair in Amarillo, that will begin the following morning. The man recounts the hardships his occupation has caused him, including divorce, broken bones, and poverty, but states that he does not regret his lifestyle: "I ain't rich/ But Lord, I'm free." The song has appeared in several lists of the best country songs
Amarillo by Morning" was named "No. 12 country song of all time" by Country Music Television in 2004. In 2010, members of the Western Writers of America chose it as one of the Top 100 Western songs of all time. A 2003 survey of tourism-related officials by Development Counsellors International named "Amarillo by Morning" the 7th-best song about a place.
The song is regularly played at rodeos.
The song was parodied by hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood at the 2013 Country Music Association Awards as "Obamacare by Morning", which mocked technical problems with that year's rollout of the federal HealthCare.gov website as part of the Affordable Care Act

We watched "Powers of Ten" by IBM (very good video, highly recommend) and I thought it also works well to visualise wealth.
If you say 1$ net worth equals 1m of the side of the square, the square of the richest man alive would cross the orbit of Venus, Mars and Mercury. The video cuts of around the time his net worth of 233 Billion =2.33•10¹¹=230 000 000 000 USD is reached.
Now imagine travelling this distance. The speed is obviously how fast you get money. 1$/h=1 m/h =0.001km/h. Or 1km/h=1000$/h
If you ride a bike at 20 km/h or you have an hourly wage of 20k, you'd need 1329 years and 11 months of constant riding/working.
In a car averaging at 60km/h 443years, 4months and 21,5h.
If you fly the fastest manned plane at 7274 km/h you'd need to fly for over 1300 days or over 3.6 years. If you started at January first at midnight you'd be finished at August 27th at 15:53.
If you fly the fastest a human went at 39 897 km/h (return of the Apollo 10), you'd "only" need 9 months and 8 h.
Fun fact: 233 Billion USD is unimaginable much money, but still less than 2³⁸

5 Simple Weight Loss Solutions
Exercise is one of the most popular methods used by people trying to reduce weight, next to dieting. However, there are other methods of weight loss without exercise; see more on weight loss.
Numerous advantages of exercise have been identified, including a better mood, stronger bones, and a decreased risk of numerous chronic illnesses.
You've undoubtedly heard that the best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Though in principle it makes sense, not everyone can always do that. Some persons who are attempting to reduce weight may not be able to increase their physical activity. But is weight loss possible without exercise?
Tumblr media
How to lose weight most efficiently and quickly?
Start with walking
The easiest approach to start losing weight is to go for a walk.
It's a practical and easy approach for novices to start working out without being overwhelmed or needing to purchase pricey equipment. Walking is also easy on the joints.
A 155-pound (70-kg) individual will burn around 167 calories in 30 minutes of brisk walking at a speed of 4 mph (6.4 km/h), according to Harvard Health.
20 obese women lost an average of 1.5 percent of their body fat and 1.1 inches (2.8 cm) of waist circumference after walking for 50-70 minutes three times a week for 12 weeks.
It is simple to include walking into our everyday lives. To increase your step count, try walking during your lunch break, using the stairs at work, or taking extra walks with your dog.
First, begin daily 30 minute walks for the first few weeks. As you get fitter, you may lengthen and space out your walks more frequently.
Cycling
Cycling is a well-liked workout that boosts fitness and can help you lose weight.
Cycling is often done outside, however stationary bikes are common at gyms and fitness facilities, allowing you to pedal within.
In addition to helping people lose weight, studies have found that regular cyclists are more physically fit overall, have higher insulin sensitivity, and have a decreased chance of developing heart disease, cancer, and mortality.
All fitness levels, from novices to professional athletes, can benefit from cycling. Additionally, it is a low-impact, non-weight-bearing workout that won't put too much stress on your joints.
Get more fiber
Have you ever wondered if you might lose weight without working out? It is indeed feasible.
By consuming more foods high in fibre, one can lose weight.
Foods include a component called fibre that keeps you feeling fuller for longer. Women should consume 25 grammes of fibre daily, while males should consume 38 grammes.
Fruits and vegetables often have significant fibre content. As you consume more fibre, make sure to drink extra water.
You won't feel the need to graze any foods that may lead to weight gainers won't be tempted to graze any foods that can lead to weight gainers won't be tempted Thus, this immediately aids in weight loss and reduces overeating.
You may need to try to lose weight without exercising for a variety of reasons.
Your doctor wants you to lose weight while you get ready for surgery, such as knee surgery. However, knee discomfort prevents you from exercising much or at all.
You have arthritis or fibromyalgia.
You suffer from hypoglycemia and diabetes (low blood sugar).
You dislike exercise and the word itself. It isn't a legitimate excuse to stay away from exercise, but it can be the reason you're seeking for strategies to lose weight without working out.
Yoga
Yoga is a well-liked type of exercise and stress alleviation.
Although swimming is not typically seen walking as a weight reduction workout, it does burn a lot of calories and has many other advantages that can help with weight loss.
A 155-pound (70-kg) individual would burn around 149 calories during a 30-minute yoga session, according to Harvard Health.
Swimming
A great technique to get in shape and shed pounds is swimming.
A 155-pound (70-kg) person swimming for 30 minutes burns around 233 calories, according to Harvard Health.
Another benefit of swimming is that it is low-impact, which is much better on the joints. It makes it a fantastic option for those who have joint discomfort or injury-related concerns.
In conclusion:
There are several workouts that might help you lose weight. Calorie-burning activities include walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, weight training, interval training, and yoga. Numerous additional workouts can also aid in weight loss. It is essential to choose an activity you love because doing so enhances your probability of sticking with it over time and seeing benefits.
If you are one of those persons who dislikes exercise yet wants to lose some weight. Without exercising, you can still reach that goal while reducing weight. Consider the aforementioned advice as you set out on your path to a healthy lifestyle.

Maserati Mistral
The Maserati Mistral, named after a cold northerly wind of southern France, was the successor to the iconic 3500 GT, it was also the first in a series of classic Maseratis to be given the name of a wind. It was offered both in Coupe and Spyder form. 828 coupés and 125 spyders were built in total. Maggiora of Turin supplied both bodies under contract. The Mistral is the last model from the "Casa del Tridente" or “House of the Trident” to have the famous straight six cylinder, twin-spark, double overhead cam engine, as fitted to the Maserati 250F Grand Prix cars that won 8 Grand Prix between 1954 and 1960 and one F1 World Championship in 1957 driven by Juan Manuel Fangio. The engine also featured hemispherical combustion chambers and was fed by a Lucas indirect fuel injection system which was novelty at the time for Italian car manufacturers. Although the Lucas fuel injection system enhances performance, quite a few owners, especially in the U.S. have converted their cars to Weber carburetors due to difficulties in tuning the system properly, the cost being a loss of resale value due to non-originality. The Lucas fuel system is reliable, and needs little attention when rebuilt and initially adjusted by an expert machinist or master mechanic. Sometimes Bosch pumps are used; although not stock, they offer availability and parts, and are not visible due to their location. Regular use of the automobile prolongs the life of the many Lucas "rubber" seals, while also preventing blockages in the injector's. Several American owners have reported a significant performance increase when changing over from Weber carburetor's to the correct (mechanical) Lucas fuel injection. Maserati subsequently moved on to V8 engines for their later production cars to keep up with the demand for ever more powerful machines. There were three engine variants fitted to the Mistral; 3500, 3700 and 4,000 cc. The most sought after derivative is the 4000 cc model. Only the earliest of the Mistrals were equipped with the 3500 cc engine. Unusually, the body was offered in both aluminum and, from 1967, in steel but no one is quite sure as to how many of each were built. Use of the aluminum body panels had no effect on the performance of the Mistral. The mixture of the aluminum body on a steel substructure can lead to corrosion due to the dissimilar metals. The automobile was standard with a five speed transmission from ZF and also had four wheel solid disc brakes. As was Maserati's practice at the time the front suspension was independent while the rear made do with a solid axle. Speed for the 3.7 liter engine and the 4.0 liter engine was around 7 seconds or a little better and the top speed was around 140 mph (225 km/h) to 145 mph (233 km/h). When leaving the factory the Maserati Mistral originally fitted Pirelli Cinturato 205VR15 tyres (CN72) on Borrani wire wheels. 3500 engine was mounted only in a spyder model, with just 12 made, alongside with 76 of Spyder 3.7 and 37 of Spyder 4.0 versions. Of all spyders 20 were right hand drive models. The body which had been designed by Pietro Frua was first shown in a preview at the Salone Internazionale dell'Automobile di Torino in November 1963. The Maserati Mistral is generally considered as one of the most beautiful Maseratis of all time. It is also often confused to the very similar looking but larger and more powerful AC Frua, which was a Frua design as well.

Dabihawks writing shit
Hawks’ writing guide:
https://waxwingedhawks.tumblr.com/post/185881407778/guide-to-writing-hawks (Go follow @waxwingedhawks)
and a few things I want to add:
1: As ive said before, Hawks’ food addiction is probably just his coping mechanism. Stress eating, yknow? I mean think about all the stress this poor boy is under. he has to find some way to deal with it, and it doesnt take a genius to see that way is food.
2: how long it takes for his wings to grow back. Just a convenient reminder. To quote the wiki, “When he uses all his feathers, it takes at least two days to grow back entirely, which can be a considerable weakness.”
3: Just how fast he can go; “By his own admission, Hawks' strong side isn't strength but his phenomenal speed. He was able to reach Endeavor's attackers from the top of a skyscraper, in the blink of an eye (0,5 s) which makes 375 - 400 km/h (233 - 248 m/h) and he did not even seem trying, which implies that he can go faster. Hawks solves most fights so rapidly that his sidekicks can't keep up with him so he usually just leaves the aftermaths of his battles to them, while he rushes to the next case.”
4: This handy little trick that I havent seen in many fics: “Vocal Espionage: Hawks is able to use one of his feathers to distinguish sounds from the minute it changes in the air, allowing him to decode conversations and vocal information from sensing the vibrations. Especially after leaving the room or increasing the distance, this technique makes him a dangerous spy.”
5: The fact that he’s actually a little baby “Hawks holds the record for the youngest Pro Hero, as well as the fastest for a Pro Hero to become one of the top 10 Pro Heroes on the Hero billboard chart Japan.”
6: The fact that his nickname is LITERALLY PRECIOUS MAN
7: He never attended U.A and some of yall forget this
8: He’s actually a very complex character, and he knows his death is coming, so dont forget to write that. https://linkspooky.tumblr.com/post/188365405175/when-the-cherry-blossoms-fall (Follow @linkspooky too)
9: My personal {Educated} headcanon; He can’t really handle too much loud noise, so he wears those headphones.
10: My other headcanon: Hawks is kinda adhd.
and theres no guide for Dabi yet, so ill make one for you:
1: Dabi is very aloof, casually confident and kinda emotionless at times. So you really have to write him like he doesn’t give a rats ass about anything... Except for Endeavor. Anytime Endeavor or any real mention of family is part of the situation, Dabi is always mad and unhinged (At least that’s what I’ve observed from the Manga).
2: Dabi is actually kinda useless:
 https://echodrops.tumblr.com/post/177149516011/is-dabi-just-terrible-at-being-a-villain (Go follow @echodrops)
3: You still have to remember that he’s a villain, and that he enjoys playing that role. In the wiki it says that “Despite his usual expressionless behavior, Dabi finds joy in establishing himself as a villain fighting against what he believes to be false heroes. He takes pleasure in taunting heroic figures, students, and Pro Heroes alike. He even takes sadistic pleasure from the pain he inflicts on others, including the people he's murdered.”
4: His intelligence level varies a lot. The wiki tends to portray him as some kind of manipulative genius, while his stats are pretty low. So I guess that’s up to you
5: He still shares Stain’s ideology, and probably looks up to his image as some kind of vague guideline. I’ve seen so many people forget this when writing fanfictions and it kills meee
6: Touya ‘died’ while he was in middle school, so he would’ve been about 13-15 years old. {Still a baby} Also, it’s been noted that this happened shortly after Rei was admitted to the mental hospital.
7: Dabi is slim and sickly. So maybe you should have other people take notice.
8: POINT OUT HIS FIGHTING POSTURE. I cant stress enough how much i love when people write this. he has the same fighting motions as Shoto, and you shouldnt be afraid to have other characters notice.
9: This is just a popular headcanon, but almost everyone seems to agree that Dabis hands are cold. {Got it from his mom obviously}
10: Dabi’s nerves are absolutely obliterated under his scars, so he cant feel anything. Pain or soft touches.
_______________________________________________________________________
Ok now that that’s out of the way, lets focus on the Dabihawks aspect of this;
1: Unless you’re skipping the getting together part of their relationship, you need to start with its roots, which to quote the wiki “It is unknown if Dabi sees through Hawks’ lies, but it's hinted that he's still observing him. Their relationship is mocking, dishonest and resembles a constant power struggle. As far as is known, Dabi is the only villain who may suspect Hawks of being a double-agent.” So dont forget that they didnt get along at first.
2: If Dabi finds out tha Hawks is a double agent, it can go a bunch of different ways. He can get mad and feel betrayed {Angsty, and also kinda overdone}, He can cut off contact without much warning {His feelings can be up to you}, He can be a bit surprised{Or not} and be ok with it {Haven’t seen this one done yet}, or my personal favorite He can just kinda be like obviously and just string him along, giving him false information {Imagine Hawks feeling betrayed by the man he was supposed to be betraying. Like the tables were switched the whole time or something. Ironic right?}
3: If youre writing smut, I think its been made pretty clear that Dabi has some kind of pain kink. {Sorry Hawks}
4: This ones kind of just a writing tip in general, but i like seeing other characters thrown in too. Not just the main ship, you know? I’m pretty sure it isn’t just me either.
5: The height difference isn’t that big. {Sad I know.} Hes only really about an inch taller than Hawks {Making him the shortest Todoroki son.}
6: If you’re writing smut Dabi would probably play with Hawks’ feathers i.e gently{Or not. Up to you} Biting them, licking them, or whispering into them.
7: Their names:
