Are you a vegan struggling with fatigue and low energy?🤔 If you’re struggling with feeling tired every day and find it difficult to get through your entire day, this is NOT normal. You shouldn’t feel sluggish and weak all the time. That’s no way to live! Here’s a few reasons you may be feeling this way. 1.) Not eating enough! Food = energy, so if you’re not eating enough, you can begin to feel very tired and sluggish. You’re not giving your body what it needs to thrive and recover. 2.) If you have the wrong macro nutrient split, this can be a very common reason that you are feeling tired. If your carbs are too low, this is a very easy way to start feeling like 💩. You need the right balance to feel and look your best. 3.) Dehydration! Our bodies run on fluids and it’s critical for every process in our body. 4.) Nutrient deficiency! This doesn’t just go for vegans. A lot of people compose their diet of lots of processed foods and bullshit.😂 They may be lacking in certain nutrients. Common deficiencies are vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron and calcium. 5.) Not exercising or overtraining-when you haven’t been exercising for a while, it becomes much easier to feel lazy and set in your routine. You have to start building momentum, otherwise it becomes harder and harder to get yourself moving. However, this doesn’t mean to overtrain yourself and over exert yourself either. Rest is just as important as training and nutrition when it comes to reaching your goals.
